Deep in the heart of the city, a clandestine meeting is held by the members of the deadly enemy,

This film was taken by one of our agents who was at General Ross' missile base

when the Hulk made his fantastic escape.

This is where the Hulk begins to execute one of his powerful leaps into the air.

In the background, you can see General Thunderbolt Ross...

...and now zeroing in on the Hulk is the Air Force's Orion missile,

America's greatest weapon and one that we must possess.

You see how it is programmed to blow up within 100 feet of its target.

Note the ionic ring of energy which the explosion hurls towards its victim.

Only the Hulk's great strength saved him when he plunged to Earth.

And now our job is to select an agent to obtain the missile for the Secret Empire.

And the only logical choice is the Boomerang.

Moments later, in another city and state...
