It is clear that
we're seeing consistency

as far as the type of UFO
that seems to be appearing

-inside the bubble.

That one's not even forming.

that same spot right there.

[Travis] Yes. Inside the bubble.

Look over there in the distance.

a spaceship from sci-fi, man.

for our final briefing.

[Travis] After a year of
groundbreaking new experiments

on Skinwalker Ranch,

Brandon has gathered our team
at his office

in Salt Lake City, Utah,

for a final review
of all the data we collected

and to discuss the future
of our investigation.

[Brandon] I'm very excited,

and I also want to welcome
our special guests.

Dr. Jan Francke,
who has been with us

-through this investigation.

I'd also like to thank
Jay Stratton,

senior intelligence official

who has been
a key part of taking

this whole investigation
forward.

And of course,
welcoming Dr. Hal Puthoff,

uh, one of the most respected
physicists on the planet.

Well, it's a pleasure.
I appreciate the-the invitation.

And it's crazy to think,
almost 30 years ago,

you landed at Skinwalker Ranch
with Robert Bigelow...

-That's right. -...to launch
the scientific investigation

at that time.

[Harold] Thank you.
I am glad to be

a-a part of it t-today.

[Travis] Having Dr. Hal Puthoff
join us for this meeting

is a chance to share
our findings with someone who,

just like Jay Stratton,

has his own history
on Skinwalker Ranch.

In the 1990s and early 2000s,

Dr. Puthoff reported to Jay
as a key member

of the federal government's
investigation

at Skinwalker Ranch
with Robert Bigelow.

He also worked for the CIA

and served as a senior advisor
to the Pentagon's

Advanced Aerospace Threat
Identification Program,

or AATIP.

That was a secret
government study

of UAP phenomena
between 2007 and 2012.

And most incredibly,

he made worldwide headlines
this year

when he publicly stated that
our government has recovered

physical evidence
of extraterrestrial crafts

and beings.

So, it's gonna be amazing

to get his reaction
to what we've found,

and any insights he can share

based on his years of experience
both on and off the ranch.

[Brandon] As we're looking back

and reflecting on

the incredible, uh,
discoveries of this last year,

uh, we've seen stunning evidence

that underscores how important
this investigation is.

[Royston] Yeah. This year,

to me, it-it stepped up a level.

Yeah. Well, I'm gonna pass

the, uh, torch here to Erik.

Uh, if you don't mind
walking us through

-the latest findings and review.
-[Erik] Yeah, sure.

Dr. Puthoff, before we get
into some of the data

from our final experiment,
I think I'll start with

what we call the bubble,

because it was a main focus

of our experiments this year.

-Oh, yes.
-Um, you know, here is

a representation of the bubble.

We're not exactly sure
what it is,

but in our lidar reviews,
it's portrayed as a giant sphere

in the middle of the ranch.

It's invisible to the naked eye.

And we've seen strange effects
all around its boundary,

and as you can see, it appears
above and below ground.

[Travis] And dead center
above the bubble

-is the triangle.
-Really? Oh.

So, the final experiment
that we did

was centered at the triangle,
because we've repeatedly

seen evidence of some kind of
blob right above the triangle.

Oh.

[Travis] We've only seen
the blob once, back in 2022,

when it appeared right after
a rocket exploded

31 feet above the triangle.

Our high-speed camera
clearly captured something

that materialized
out of thin air.

This year,
we've seen smaller rockets

diverted at that same level.

We've seen smoke
that we shot through that space

appear to trace around
something invisible

with the same shape as the blob.

Heck, we even saw electricity
from a Tesla coil gun

get pulled upwards toward
something right there, too.

We hoped that our final
experiment of the year,

where we used explosions
from the fuel mines

that created smoke rings,

might get this dang thing
to reveal itself again

so we could figure out
just what the heck it is.

And we were detonating

these fuel mines at the triangle

that are supposed
to make perfect smoke rings

and-and perfect fireballs,

so that if something interferes

with these rings,
we would see it.

And maybe even the blob.

-Oh, my.
-Wow.

This is an interesting clip
of one of those

fuel mine detonations.

I'm gonna bring that one up.

This is drone footage looking
straight down at the triangle.

So, we're looking almost
straight down

the path of the lasers.

[Jim] Wow, look at that.

[Travis] Now, these are supposed
to form a perfect smoke ring,

and they do every time
anywhere else,

but not on Skinwalker Ranch.

[Hal] That is not
a smoking ring.

[Jay] No.

-Which is really odd.
-It is irregular.

[Travis] I mean,
they've done thousands of shows,

and it worked exactly right
every time.

So, what is stopping it
from working at the triangle?

And so, something has
to be changing the flow dynamics

-of the explosion.
-[Erik] Yes.

That's a key point, you know,
something about our experiments

seems to trigger these effects.

[Travis] That's a really
good point.

The correlation is too specific
to be a coincidence.

And they tend to coincide

with other strange phenomena
appearing, too.

Yeah, that'd be tr...

Yeah, that would,
that'd be very significant.

[Travis] During this
final experiment,

we also had Dave Mason's
FLIR camera.

-Oh, my.
-[Erik] Yeah, in fact,

I've already reached out to him,
I'm connected,

and we'll bring him up.

[Erik] So, David, I'm gonna play
the clip you sent me,

and, uh, you can, uh,
help us to interpret

what we're looking at.

Okay.

So, let's see.

-Okay. -[Dave] So, this is
the mesa looking north.

W-While we were
conducting the experiments, uh,

with the explosions,

we began to see
thermal anomalies,

particularly behind the mesa.

[Erik] So, what are
we seeing happen here?

It looks like a part
of the ridgeline is heating up.

And, uh, it's-it's heating up

a-at a level that's greater
than the mesa itself.

[Brandon] Wow, look at that.

Wow.

Where is it coming from?

That spot is heating up
or it's reflecting a source

from somewhere inside the mesa.

The bubble could be
causing these, uh,

unusual measurements
and readings that we're getting

all over the ranch.

And, you know, the question is,
why is it doing this?

Yep.

Why-why, why would we have rocks
heating up like that?

[Travis] This year, our
experiments inside the bubble

have revealed several
large masses of heat

that were hotter
than the environment

by more than 20 degrees.

Dave Mason has captured these
on his thermal cameras

at various altitudes
inside the bubble.

But he's also caught them
showing up above

or just behind the mesa.

We have no idea yet
why our activities

seem to trigger these things.

But our work this year
has repeatedly produced

evidence that phenomena
in the bubble

and around the mesa
may be connected.

The kind of, uh, group dynamics
you've put together

and the instrumentation
you put together

and the results that are
coming out of the experiments

are just so advanced.

I mean, i-it's just thrilling
for me to be able to see

that-that kind of output.

You-you know, Dr. Puthoff,

-t-there's a question...
-Call me Hal. I'm-I'm very...

-Sure.

Hal, that's just the beginning

of what we found out
about this bubble.

-Okay.
-[Travis] Yeah, you need to see

what we found much higher
above the blob.

[Erik] Yeah. I want to show you

some of the, uh,
highlights of that exercise.

You won't be able
to believe this.

[Travis] You need
to see what we found

much higher above the blob.

-Really? -[Erik] Yes.
-[Royston] Oh, yeah.

[Travis] Erik, you know,
one thing we should do is maybe

-preface the altitudes
of interest. -Mm-hmm.

[Travis] Thanks to the work
we did with the drones,

we know that between
750 to 1,000 feet,

there's a magnetic anomaly.

And then, at 2,000 feet
is the top of the bubble.

Then there's another
magnetic anomaly at 3,200 feet,

where something took control
of our instruments

and made them suddenly
drop out of the sky.

It's pretty amazing.

-Wow.
-[Erik] Yes.

So, we had a follow-up exercise

to our many drone, uh,
activities on the ranch

scheduled over
the triangle area.

And, uh, so, the Sky Elements
team put together

a drone flight pattern.

We were launching
four drones at a time

just to see how things would go,
uh, with their system

going higher than
they've ever gone before.

[Ellis] Drones are up.

[Travis] Earlier this year,
Sky Elements launched 100 drones

above the triangle,
and found that a giant mass

of electromagnetic energy

was causing a break
in their communication

between 750 and 1,000 feet.

Looks like the swarm
is getting movement

all throughout the formation.

[Travis] That made us wonder
not only what it was

but if it went
even higher in the air.

So, Sky Elements got
a special permit with the FAA

to fly up to 4,000 feet

to see what
they would encounter.

Looks to me
like they're falling.

[Thomas] Drones coming down!
Drones coming down!

[Travis] And that's what led
to this crazy

and scary event
where four drones

were taken over by something

at 3,200 feet
and fell out of the sky.

[Brian] Oh, my gosh.

So, what in the world
could these anomalies be?

-And what causes them?
-So, let's play this through.

[Erik] We're watching
the drones ascend.

[Thomas] So, what you're
seeing here is them reaching

an altitude of 3,271 feet.

[Hal] Uh-huh.

[Erik] And that's when
the drones were taken over.

-[Brandon] Oh, my gosh.
-[Travis] Look at that.

[Travis] Something
just told them to suddenly go

in a different direction
as fast as they could,

and then,
they turned themselves off

and started falling
from the sky at 3,000 feet.

Wow.

[Erik] Now, the way it was
described to us by Sky Elements

is that something or someone

issued a command
to those drones.

A kill command.

-Yes.
-And the question is,

who or what did that?

[Thomas] It's important to note,
as we reviewed

the video record, we found
evidence of flashes in the sky

continuing through this flight.

[Brandon] So, you had flashing

throughout the experiment
where all of this

-was going crazy?
-[Travis] Brandon,

even more concerning
is there's a flash

directly over the drones
at their apex.

[Erik] Let me pull up
one example.

-Do you have that?
-I do, yes.

[Erik] This is gonna require
some careful attention

to a specific region
of the screen.

Okay.

[Travis] Here's the video
of that happening.

[Erik] You'll see the drones
coming.

-[Travis] There's one.
-[Royston] There's one.

[Erik] You saw the flash?
I'm gonna back up just a bit

so we can all see it.

Flash, boom.

-Yep.
-That's unequivocal.

Uh, please replay that.

You got it.

[Travis] Tom was right.

When Erik processed
our surveillance video

from the ground,
he found that a star-like flash

or some kind of UAP
appeared out of nowhere

above the drones
as they lost power.

So, did that UAP trigger
the electromagnetic anomaly

to make the drones
drop like that?

[Thomas] We studied these things

for a long time,
and I don't know

that we ever came
to a conclusion

-as to what they were.
-[Erik] Yeah.

[Travis] Out of
all the data we've taken

over the years,
I think we collected

that much data and then some--

multiple orders of magnitude
more-- this year.

And the UAP activity
was higher than ever, too.

[Erik] Yes.

Whether it's involved
electrostatic discharge,

you know, we did
the high-voltage experiments.

We did thermal experiments,

rockets, of course,
and Doppler radar.

They all led to UAPs
appearing above the ranch.

-Yeah. -[Brandon] What we have
on video footage

is consistent with the reports
going back decades.

It's almost as if every time
we probe the bubble,

we have UFOs caught on camera.

Yeah, absolutely.

[Travis] This year,

we collected a lot of data
that suggested

the bubble could be
the source of at least

some of the UAP activity
on the ranch.

Look at this.

In one instance at the triangle,

a rocket hit something midair

a few seconds after launch
and got destroyed.

Erik then found an image
in the camera data

of something glowing
in the airspace

at that very moment.

[Cameron] All right.

-We're dropping.
-[Travis] Later this year,

a team of Doppler radar experts
came to help us figure out

if the UAPs were coming from
somewhere inside the bubble,

like one of
the electromagnetic zones.

Wow, look at that.

That resulted in us seeing
a large, cigar-shaped UAP

a few hundred feet high
near the triangle

that was invisible
to the naked eye.

And then, the very next day,

while we continued
with the Doppler experiment...

[Travis] ...Cameron
and Pete Kelsey saw something

flying below the helicopter
near Homestead Two

that looked metallic.

So, are these things
coming from the bubble

or from the homesteads
or somewhere else?

[Erik] But we've not only seen

strange things in the sky
from afar.

We've also seen them appear
to chase our equipment.

[Brandon] Well,
Cameron experienced

the same thing following him.

[Cameron] Yeah.
We saw a UAP, uh,

under the helicopter,
so I'm deeply concerned

with the airspace
that I'm sharing.

'Cause I think
it could be very dangerous.

Oh, absolutely.

It's one thing to see a UAP

on Skinwalker Ranch,
but it's another thing

to see them chase our equipment
and especially our team.

Pete's gonna fire up
the laser now.

[Travis] A couple of weeks ago,
Cameron was flying

several hundred feet
above the triangle

while Pete Kelsey
shined a laser down,

looking for a possible source

for where these UAPs
generate from.

And then, suddenly, Dave Mason,
Jim Royston and Brandon...

-Look at that.
-[Travis] ...all saw UAPs

on a thermal camera
that appeared to be

stalking the helicopter.

It just makes us
all the more convinced

that whatever these UAPs are,

they seem to be possible craft

that are being operated
by an intelligence of some kind.

There is something
within the space

above the ranch that is active,

intelligent,
appears to have volition.

"Effectively" intelligent.

-Yes, yep.
-[Brandon] Dr. Puthoff,

do you recall people
telling stories,

giving accounts of seeing craft

during your investigation
on the ranch?

-Oh, yes. -What were
some of those reports?

Well, there were
descriptions of...

...and a number of people
looking at the same time,

and they would often describe
different shapes,

which is really an anomaly...

-Yeah.
-...you know, coming down,

going into the mesa, coming out.

-So, multiple witnesses.
-[Hal] Multiple witnesses.

-Wow. -[Jay] Yeah, one of those
incidents was with Robert,

with Colin, uh,
me and another individual.

We were all on the back deck
of the command center

and looking at that object

that was at the, kind of
the tip of the mesa.

-Right, right.
-And one of us said,

"Oh, that's pretty cool,
that it's a diamond shape."

and the other one's like,
"I-I don't see a diamond,

I see a square."

You know, "I see a circle."

So, we were all seeing
different shapes.

Yeah, that's exactly
what was reported to us

and, you know, we couldn't
even begin to imagine

-how that could be.
-Absolutely.

[Brandon] Very good. Well,

as fascinating as this
discussion has been so far,

Congressman, welcome.

Well, thank y'all so much
for having me on.

[Brandon] Jay,
you've helped facilitate

this, uh, discussion
with the Congressman.

[Jay] Definitely. You know,
over the last two decades,

I've spent countless hours
with Congress,

briefing the UAP topic
in an official capacity

on behalf
of the U.S. government.

And Congressman Burchett,
he is a key driver

within Congress to help push
much-needed transparency

about everything going on
with the phenomenon.

I appreciate
that very kind introduction.

[Travis] In the past,

we've been lucky to have members
of the Utah state government

take an interest
in our investigation.

But for U.S. Congressman
Tim Burchett to meet with us

is absolutely next-level.

Based on what members
of our military

and other
national security agencies

have encountered in the skies,

he's gone on record
that he believes

extraterrestrial life exists.

He also thinks
that our government

knows a lot more about it
than they've told the public,

and that it all
should be disclosed.

to our principal investigator,

Yeah, one of the events
that we want to show you

is something we refer to
as the in-and-out incident.

Okay.

I'll proceed with the video
record frame by frame.

-[Tim] Yep. Okay.

Travis, would you like
to describe to the Congressman

-what we're seeing here?
-Yeah, uh, Congressman,

we were conducting
an experiment,

and the helicopter was probably

a couple hundred feet
in the air.

What's happening here, Tim,
is you see this bright object

off to the east,
a bluish-white orb,

and it flies
at a fairly high velocity

directly into
the solid-rock mesa.

And so, we call
that the "in point."

Right.

[Travis] And then we see
it exits right there,

just below the helicopter,

flies underneath the helicopter

and then literally
just vanishes.

I've been briefed in the past

by a pilot who described
something very similar to this.

There's gonna be a scientific
explanation to this.

Maybe it's not within
the realm of our understanding.

And frankly, we just need
to get to the bottom of it.

[Travis] Yeah.

It's wild to hear

that this possible craft
we documented on the ranch

lines up with official accounts
of strange encounters

given by members
of our own military.

And it just goes to show how
important Skinwalker Ranch is

to understanding UAPs.

We want the American people
and the world to realize

that these things
are real phenomenon,

that we don't know what they are

and where they come from
and what their intent is.

[Tim] What I've said
in the past is that

I would prefer it to be
from folks like you all

in the scientific community,

the funding would be there
for them to research it

and to, and to report to us
on a regular basis.

I think it would open
some new thought processes

-and maybe some new avenues.
-Absolutely.

[Erik] You know,
we've talked about

things coming into our airspace,

but there's another aspect
to this.

We are seeing what looks
like technological interference

with all of our platforms.

Notably, GPS, or "Global
Positioning" technology.

Yeah, all of
our instrumentation,

so we could tell where
we're getting the data measured,

has GPS trackers
connected to it.

Whether we're doing
ground-penetrating radar

to look underneath the surface,

whether we're flying
the helicopter

with instruments on it,

whether we're just
walking around

or driving around
the property with instruments,

we have GPS systems on them
that are supposed to be

centimeter-accurate,

and when we start
to collect some of the data

that's of most interest,

suddenly, the GPS will see

that there are
31 satellites above

but cannot get a GPS fix,

and it can't tell us
our location.

So, there is clearly
a technological interaction

taking place.

Whether it's humans doing it
or something else doing it,

I don't know, but that's scary
when you think about

how many things in our culture
depend on GPS.

And I think that's
a national security issue.

That's exactly right.

Congressman, we have also
encountered at Skinwalker Ranch

a high frequency of covert
military assets deployed

simultaneous with much of our

experimental research
activities.

Erik is going to show you
what we have encountered.

Here's an example.

[Erik] For context,
this video is from 2023.

I'll go ahead
and play this through.

[Travis] Probably a hundred feet
from the top of the mesa.

That's clearly not
a commercial aircraft.

[Erik] Clearly not
a high-altitude flight.

-No.
-[Travis] Right. And that was

very close to the-the surface.

-Yeah.
-[Brandon] Low-altitude

military assets,

in nearly every case,
non-transponding.

In other words,
cloaking their identity.

-I don't think
it's coincidental. -Right.

[Cameron] Yeah.
And I'd like to state,

when you're flying
over a civilian area,

such as this area,

you're not in
r-restricted airspace,

so you're supposed to, by law,

have your transponders on,
as a safety issue.

So, we can't understand

how they are justifying
these continuous flyovers.

[Tim] It just begs the question,

is it in coordination
with the UAP activity,

or are they researching
that UAP activity?

[Brandon] Yes, and we believe

that that is just
the tip of the iceberg

relative to the high strangeness

that is happening
and being monitored

by even our own government.

[Tim] The longer I serve
at the federal level,

the more layers to this onion
I see need to be peeled back,

and I think y'all have opened up
s-some questions that I have,

and I'll be following up
with the Pentagon about this.

[Travis] To have
Congressman Burchett say

that he'll look into
what we're finding at the ranch

with officials
at the Pentagon is huge.

We need more allies within
our government to help us.

So, this could be
a very important development

for our investigation.

We really appreciate

Pete Kelsey has alerted me
about a discovery he made

on top of the mesa
that might shed some light.

Hey, everyone. Good to see you.

We're anxious to see
what you have to present.

All right, so,
during our drilling operation

this year on top of the mesa,

one of the things that I did

was conduct multiple surveys
with lidar.

Well, during the last one,
I noticed something interesting

-sticking out of the ground.
-[Brandon] Wow.

This is, uh, incredible.

One mystery on the ranch
that only got stronger this year

is the huge,
possibly metallic object

and several smaller anomalies

that data suggest
are buried in the mesa.

We drilled
four large-diameter boreholes

that we thought
would hit the main object

based on previous
ground-penetrating radar scans.

[Thomas] We're far enough
down that hole

that we should have hit
what we were looking for.

[Travis] That just doesn't
make any sense to me.

But every single
one of them missed it.

That was really frustrating,

especially since our smaller
drilling operation last year

recovered ceramic materials

that might be related
to spacecraft.

So, we're beyond curious
to see what Pete found

on top of the mesa.

[Pete] When I was out surveying

on top of the mesa,

I came across
a permanent survey marker

that had been left there
many years ago.

Here is that survey marker.

This one is labeled "USB,"

as in "bravo."

So, I did a little digging,
and it turns out

that is an indicator

for the U.S. Army Corps
of Engineers.

The Department of Defense.

[Travis] How about that?

And the key thing is-- I hope
you guys can read the date.

It's 1963.

[Erik] Are you kidding me?

[Pete] That's interesting,
as it relates

to the 1964 nickel

that Chris pulled out
of the tailings.

[Brandon] That's crazy.

Besides the ceramic material

we pulled out of the mesa
last year...

[Chris] U.S. nickel.

[Travis] ...we also found
a 1964 nickel

in our drilling spoils.

At first, we just shrugged.

But then archaeologist
Chris Roberts informed us

that it's general practice
and protocol

to conclude
an official archaeological dig

by leaving a coin
in the backfill

to serve as a time stamp.

That gives us a period
to look through records.

That made Erik and me decide
to look through aerial photos

from government archives
that were taken in the 1960s

to look for any evidence
of digging on the mesa.

Guess what.

The photos from 1964
through 1968 were missing.

And when we compared one
from 1963 to another from 1969,

the 1969 photo looked doctored.

[Pete] So, somebody
was surveying

in 1963

at the top of the mesa,
right at the northern boundary

of Skinwalker Ranch.

That means
whoever placed this monument

was only interested
in what was south

of the boundary line.

I'm in a state of shock,
because, uh, to have

a survey marker
right on top of the mesa

within close proximity to where
all of our drilling activity

and some of the-the strangest
anomalies have been occurring,

and it's within
that date range where...

all aerial imagery of the ranch
disappeared from the record.

This is only about
100 meters north

of the mesa drill site.

Man, that-that's, that's a...

that's certainly a smoking gun.

Could this survey marker
be evidence

connecting
the U.S. Department of Defense

to a possible excavation

where we've detected
these objects in the mesa?

And if so, what did they find

that made them go
to such lengths

to possibly cover it up?

As we all know,

studying what's going on
inside the mesa

is one of our main objectives,
and Jan,

I know you have some things
to reveal to this group,

-some form of data.
-I do.

[Travis] Another thing
that makes us believe

there could be something
really incredible in the mesa

is what Jan's GPR scans
have shown this year.

After he ran one set

of new scans inside Borehole 1,

which runs through
the mesa to the east

of the buried anomalies,

something in the mesa
warped his GPR signal,

preventing him
from getting any data at all.

Like whatever's in there

is operating on some
kind of advanced technology.

That made Jan redesign
his device to encrypt his signal

and shield it from interference.

And after that scan
in Borehole 1,

the data confirmed the objects
were right where we drilled.

That makes it
even more unbelievable

that all our vertical boreholes
this year missed the big object.

[Thomas] We're ready.

[Travis] So, last week,

Jan returned to conduct
one last round of scans

from inside the first
of our new vertical boreholes.

It was drilled right in line

with horizontal Borehole 2

where we hit
something incredibly hard

about 33 feet down,
which stopped the borehole.

That's also where
we found the ceramics.

All we can hope now
is that this new data

will show us where
we need to drill next

to finally figure out just
what in the heck is in there.

[Jan] So, I want to show you
some new data that we got.

What's really interesting
is when we look at

the south wall on the borehole.

What I want you to look at
is this anomaly right here.

That is absolutely
characteristic of a void,

which is what the end
of a borehole would be.

-[Travis] So, that's the end
of Borehole 2? -[Jan] Yes.

But here's the weird part.

The depth is actually
only at about

18 to 20 feet.

[Royston] Really?

[Jan] Not 33 feet.

-[Erik] Wow.
-So, now explain that.

Wow.

[Travis] It suggests that, uh,

we're looking
in the wrong place.

This is mind-boggling.

Jan's new scans, taken from
inside the vertical borehole,

are showing that our drilling
operation last year

in Borehole 2 didn't stop
33 feet from the surface,

but instead at a much shallower
depth of around 20 feet.

So, is Jan's
new GPR device wrong

or was the drilling beacon
from last year interfered with?

Because it showed
that Borehole 2

stopped at 33 feet deep.

Either way,
it looks like whatever is

inside the mesa messed
with our instruments again.

This has been
a really vexing issue,

trying to figure out
where we are.

We have something
going on here that's like

an active stealth application.

You have stealth by design,

you have stealth by application.

You know,
design is throwing off things

that interfere with the signal.

[Travis] So, what or who
designed whatever's in there?

[Travis] So, what or who
designed whatever's in there?

It's exactly like
a missile system

that is a-a jammer for GPS.

It basically sends
signals out that causes

any GPS systems to think
they're somewhere else.

And how many times
do we see that

-on Skinwalker Ranch?
-[Jan] Yep.

-Yep. -[Travis] Right?
-[Brandon] Well, this could be

part of why we're seeing
covert military assets

-deployed over Skinwalker Ranch.
-Right.

Whatever is in the mesa

seems to have
a similar capability

as our own military
defense systems

that can jam enemy radar

and do things like
make our vehicles

impossible to track or locate.

So, after all the strange clues
we've found

around and in
the mesa drill site,

could that mean
there's something connected

to our military buried in there?

Or is it something much stranger
that our military

and government
have known about for decades?

Dr. Puthoff,

when you launched
your investigation

with Robert Bigelow decades ago,

did you have any suspicion
that there was

something unusual in the mesa?

No, this is, this is
a new revelation.

We-we didn't, uh, think
of that option at the time.

You didn't have the technology
available at the time, right?

-Exactly.
-[Travis] This could be

a conglomeration
of some very complex piece

of equipment
that has been distributed,

-maybe through a crash,
there at the mesa. -Hmm.

So, uh, until we either
get more of it

or some other test
that we can do

without d-damaging it,

we have to be very cautious.

the obvious question is

-how did it get there?
-Right.

[Erik] And how do we get
better images

or data from inside the mesa?

-Yes. -Yeah, there's, uh,
other technologies

that we can
bring to bear as well.

I'm thinking of the, uh,
work done by the Italian group

led by Dr. Filippo Biondi

that, uh, used satellite
synthetic aperture radar

to look at the ground
underneath the pyramids

there in Giza.

The technology
is really fascinating.

with Dr. Biondi,
and he is waiting for us now.

[Travis] In March 2025,

Dr. Filippo Biondi
and his colleagues

from the Khafre Project team

reported the discovery
of extensive

pillar-like structures
hidden beneath

the Great Pyramid of Giza
in Egypt.

They discovered it using
Dr. Biondi's cutting-edge method

of analyzing satellite-based

synthetic aperture
radar imagery,

also known as H-SAR.

We're really interested
in the technology.

So, uh, tell us a little bit
about how it works

and what you would need
to do that.

Okay.

[Travis] Just from
everyday human activity

and things in nature
like weather,

the surface of the Earth
is constantly vibrating.

When a satellite
flies over taking radar data,

those vibrations
slightly alter the radar signal

that bounces back up.

Dr. Biondi's team
has figured out

how to use that information
to scan for voids

and structures deep underground.

This is how they imaged
all the possible structures

under the Great Pyramid
in Egypt.

So, it would be incredibly
interesting

to see what it might show us
in the mesa

and below Skinwalker Ranch.

What's the maximum depth
you think you can see

with this technology?

-So, that's up
to three miles deep. -Yes.

[Travis] That sounds
fascinating.

You know,
we've got objects, potentially,

underneath the property here,

-Yes.
-and, uh, it would be great

-if we got any kind of return
to verify these things. -Yes.

[Travis] We would
really like to see

that technology
brought to bear here,

uh, in Utah at Skinwalker Ranch.

-Great. -[Travis] So,
all you need, then,

is for us to commission,
uh, data from

-a satellite that will
pass over the ranch? -Yeah.

-Yes.
-Now, once you get the data,

how long does it take you
to do the analysis

and all the-the number crunching
to get, uh, the results?

We need to identify
what we're dealing with

similar types of UAPs

Well, the thing
that I have seen--

which has been the movement
from where we were

when we did
investigate the ranch

uh, assets and so on--

and then to see how you've
brought in such a team of people

and increased
the kinds of equipment

that you've, uh,
brought to bear,

I mean, I'm absolutely in-in awe

of what you and your team
have, uh, brought to this.

So, uh, all I can do
is say, you know, I-I...

because you're actually
