result of a computer malfunction of some

kind. And I'm sure it will correct
itself shortly.

Mr. Deputy Mayor, responsibility for
these people's lives is in your hands.

You can protect them and buy their
freedom by arranging a ransom of $10

vehicle, it has to be driven to this

building.

Considering traffic conditions at this
hour and the time necessary to assemble,

count, and package that much currency,

doors on intervening levels, it'd be
