A forest in spring,

The birth of a little prince
is a magical event,

especially for a curious crow.

On the first morning of his life,
Bambi can already walk.

set by humans.

Yet it is the ancestor of dogs.

he eats what he likes.

His meal is just a little more agitated.

Ever since he was born, Bambi has been
reassured by his father's presence.

secure in order to gain self-confidence.

to become King of the Forest.

Bambi is now six months old.

Time has erased the stains
from the fawns' coats.

A rumbling makes the whole forest
vibrate. It's the deer's bellow.

Bambi discovers that males have
an instinct to fight each other.

His father and other males compete
for the favors of a doe.

When he grows big and strong with antlers
on his head, he'll have to fight too.

Even in the rain,
autumn ignites the colors.

But Bambi will discover that the season
of love comes to an end one day.

powerless to do anything about it...

for his apprenticeship is not over.

Bambi is four years old.

Now, it's time for him
