a month in a rehab, and for having his gun accidentally discharge into a grill

at a family barbeque. And, last year the judge received death threats

after he ruled against the court officer's union in a contract dispute. Hector used to be a delegate.

Then, there should be a pattern on the incident reports from Saturday night. Hector says he was carjacked in Spanish Harlem.

And here, armed robbery at a bodega 3 A.M. Saturday night.
