How would I describe myself?

Corporate rebel.

A little bit different
than everyone else.

I like to be noticed.
I like to be seen.

My style is me.
It's what I feel.

It's me on a regular basis.

No matter my mood,
I'm dressing to be me.

Modern vintage.

I got out of bed this morning,
and I thought to myself,

"How can I make Easter Sunday
on a Monday?"

I love kind of the classic look
of the bolo tie,

and that is my favorite thing
to wear at all times.

I love my vests.

Yeah, this is
my going-out watch, so...

I got it for my birthday when
I was -- from my parents, so...

Wear something that can put
a smile on other people's faces.

You know, it's important to me
that people feel good.

When you look good,
you feel good.

When you feel good, you do good.

So I try to keep it
in the "good" category.

You know, you got to be
comfortable in your own skin.

My wife thinks I look good
with a shirt off,

so, you know, it makes her
happy, it makes me happy.

Oh, yeah, I feel so confident
like you would not believe.

Gene: How would you describe
your style, Joe?

I'm not sure.

Come on!

With the exception
of waterproof jackets,

fashion is not really
one of my interests.

Joe: It's true,
and I'm not just saying that

because I'm down
from my grandmother's passing.

Every day, I try to look neat,

zip up my fly,
and wear collared shirts

to even out the fact
that I have

a skinny neck and small head.

Aside from that, I don't know,

but the concept of fashion
is troubling Gene

because his sons are launching
their fashion line

tomorrow in Milwaukee.

He insisted I come
to get me out of the house,

but I've also always wanted
to see

the Mitchell Park Domes there.

They're domes filled with
plants from around the world

and, um, yeah.

You know me.

So where does fashion
come from?

I don't know, Gene.

New York? Tokyo?

Is there some supercomputer
in Paris

deciding whether graphic tees
are in this season?

And these magazine articles
titled "How to Dress Good,"

actually, they should be titled
"How to Make You Feel Bad.

How to Make You Feel Dumb
for the Wrong Cut of Trousers."

Not to get political,
but I wouldn't mind

if the government
gave us uniforms.

It feels so beyond me,

but I think if I could
understand fashion,

I could
understand my sons.

I saw a promo for a show
called "Fashion Police."

Who sent them?

They sit and criticize
people's outfits.

I wish they'd turn into
a pile of leaves

and get swept away
by the wind.

Maybe fashion just comes
from the choices we make

when we pick out our outfits
in the morning.

You'd think, but, no,
there are bigger forces at work.

That sounds like something
Sarah would say.

Also, Lulu picks out
my clothes.

How is Sarah?

Okay.

As we were leaving,
she asked when we'd be back.

Sunday.

But I said, "I don't know,"
and I'm not sure why,

maybe because everything in
Marquette reminds me of nana.

But then Sarah laughed,
so I said,

"Maybe I will move
to Milwaukee."

What did she say?

"Oh, okay."

So maybe I will move.

We're at three-quarters
of a tank.

Let's get some gas.

[ Door dings ]

Joe, look at me.

I'm fashion guy.

Gene, you look like a guy
from L.A.

Yeah, look at me.
I'm a guy from L.A.

I like matcha tea,
open relationships,

and traffic at 1:00 P.M.

I'm psyched for all my friends
who are killing it.
