nor be provoked.

Into our midst, there crept
an unmitigated scoundrel...

who had no thought
in his head...

beyond the linings
of his pocket,

and he proceeded to sell
whiskey to the Indians.

The very man who,
at the hands of an enraged
and humiliated youth,

met his end in
a dark alley last night.

Ned Cochran, a man
who would sell you
one leg off his horse...

if the price could be made
sufficiently attractive.

when the news
was brought to him,

and he wasted no time
in organizing a detachment
of outraged citizenry.

And he not only
received the blessings of
the commandant of the fort,

but the loan of
