Tonight at Tribal Council,

as part of Emily's and my plan
to take out Cirie,

I played my idol.

And it all seemed like
it was going according to plan

until we got got
by an extra vote

that we were not aware of.

Never wanted
to vote for any of y'all.

I do love you very much.

Gonna shut up.

Right?

I'll be quiet.

Cirie's ticked off.

I guess that's
another bridge burned.

I don't know what to tell you.

I'm flying solo around here.

I need to either
find that idol tomorrow--

I'll be up early looking--

or I need to win
the immunity challenge,

or both would be,
actually, great.

I want to stick in this game and
continue to cause some trouble.

Hey, everyone.

TIFFANY:
Oh, wow.

RICK:
He got blindsided,

- he didn't use the idol?
- Yeah.

- Okay.
- Really rough exit.

After Ozzy
put his foot in his mouth,

it made me realize that

Ozzy was a sinking ship

and needed to go.

And now I'm hoping

that it leaves Cirie

needing me a lot more.

He went to Aubry

and basically explained to her

everything about his game,
who he was closest to.

He was like, "Me and Cirie
are a secret final two."

- (gasps)
- He was out of his mind.

- JOE: Yeah.
- Well, good thing he's gone.

I tried to protect Ozzy,

and guess what?

He turned around

and just laid out
the whole plan,

just gave 'em
all the tickets to everything.

Apparently.

What is wrong with you?

I thought you had, like,
two brain cells to rub together

or I wouldn't have
been working with you.

I would not have tied my cart

to a ... idiot.

What did you do that for?

(breathes deeply)

You know what, Devies?

RICK:
I'm serious.

I mean, that was a big move.
That was your move?

JONATHAN:
Yeah.

Good job.

JONATHAN:
The advantage that gave me

the power to vote
at both Tribals really paid off,

'cause I just

got the kingpin out himself,

aka the jungle boy.

I got him out tonight
with an idol in his pocket.

We flushed Devens' idol.

Cirie played her extra vote.

And on top of that,
we got out Emily.

Right now,

I feel like $2 million.

AUBRY:
I think Jonathan
feels like the Ozzy vote

was all his doing,

but when Ozzy
showed all his cards to me,

I told Joe, Rizo and Jonathan

that we had a chance
to take a shot.

I had one mission:
get Ozzy out of this game.

And I just drove
the nail into the coffin.

I really mean that.

AUBRY:
On Survivor: Kaôh Rong,

I went to the very end
of this game

and I lost,

because I was sitting
next to the wrong people,

but I've learned my lesson.

This time, I'm ruthlessly
focused on one thing:

getting rid of every threat
in this game.

And that ember of fire
inside of me is getting bigger.

And now it feels like a flame,
and it's go time now.

There's no turning back.

RICK:
Last night,

I had to use my idol
to save myself,

so my hope is that

another one gets planted
somewhere around the island.

So I woke up literally before
the sun was out this morning,

and just started
looking for idols.

Oh, great.

RICK:
I'm going down every path,

strip-searching every tree,

and I'm just like,
"Where could this thing be?"

But this island is huge.

AUBRY:
Rick's idol hunting.

- Right now?
- AUBRY: Yes.
- TIFFANY: Mm-hmm.

Shouldn't we, like, go with him?

I sure as heck
don't want him to find it.

Devens is dangerous 'cause
he can find idols like mad.

So I'm like,

"What are we doing
waiting here?"

"Let's go... Let's go.

Let's stick with him."

(laughs)

I'm like,
"Follow me all you want."

But the problem with Jonathan
following me is

I'm looking for this idol
as he's blocking out the sun.

I need some sort of light
to be able

to see where this thing is,
and he's just

gigantic.

(laughing)

AUBRY:
Luckily for me,

Rick's scurrying
around the jungle.

And right now, if the focus

is on Devens as being
public enemy number one,

that's better

for me than me becoming

the enemy, because I've
been playing in the middle,

and I have to be really careful
how I tread right now.

But it's one of the most
powerful positions you can be.

I'm sitting here going, "God."

I'm like, "I don't know
where else to look."

But, you know,

there's no quit in me, obviously.

And I'll try to win
the thing today, we all will.

Of course.

God, I-I just don't want to...

admit defeat.

'Cause-'cause my whole thing
is positivity.

Like, I'm never out.

I don't think I am,
'cause, you know,

people are gonna
look at each other.

And we'll see
who I'm approached by, but...

...I've had so much fun.

This could be
the end of the road.

Unfortunately, I can't find
the one thing I need,

so my bag of tricks
is running real low, man.

I'm kind of a pariah right now.

But, like,
I'm not just the idol guy.

In my first season,
I won four immunity challenges.

So I just kind of
got to psych myself up

and go in there and try to win.

Day 22. Come on.

I feel the energy.

All right, shall we get
to today's immunity challenge?

- Yeah.
- First things first, Jonathan.

Got to take it back.

Mm-hmm.

Once again,
immunity is back up for grabs.

For today's challenge,
you're gonna use a rope

to balance a wobbly table

while stacking letter blocks.

If at any point
your stack drops,

you got to start again.

The first player
to spell "immunity"

wins immunity,

guaranteed
a spot in the final...

You can see it in the distance--

the final three
getting closer every single day.

In addition,
playing for a reward.

Stakes are getting bigger
every minute of every day.

We'll draw for spots.
We'll get it on.

All right, here we go,
for a spot

in the final six.

Survivors ready?

Go.

Everybody taking
a different strategy

to stacking their blocks
the way they want them

before they begin.

Over half of you
have run this challenge before.

Joe won it
the last time we did it

in Survivor 48.

Aah!

PROBST:
Rizo has not run it before.

He's got a bit
of a learning curve.

I write it a different way.

PROBST:
You are spelling "immunity,"

but you're spelling it
from the bottom to the top.

Get a block,
then you've got to balance it

while going backwards.

Then you got to have
both feet on that platform

while balancing it.

Then you got
to reach for another block

while balancing it.

Then you got to head back
while balancing it.

Doesn't take much
for these blocks to drop,

and you're starting over.

Devens loses his one block.

Has to start again.

Big stakes on day 22.

This game has been
unpredictable,

every single Tribal Council.

Wearing that necklace makes it

very predictable for you.

All you've got to do to win:

spell "immunity"
before everybody else.

Lots of ways to approach this.

Joe won it
by going slow and methodical.

And he's
sticking to his strategy.

Aubry and Tiff moving quickly.

You want to go
as fast as you can,

but you got to figure out
where that balance point is,

because the higher it gets,

the more precarious it becomes.

Aah!

PROBST:
Aubry places her seventh.

Tiff places her seventh.

Side by side, in terms of
where they are in this course.

Rizo places his sixth.

It is Aubry
and Tiff in the lead.

Then Rizo.

Then Joe.

Then Cirie.

Devens drops again.

Aubry has
her eighth and final block.

Tiff is almost at the platform

- to reach for hers.
- ...

And Tiff drops.

The door is wide open now
for Aubry,

who drops at the same time!

We have a brand-new leader now.

It is Rizo in the lead,

Joe on his tail.

That is why you've
got to have a strategy.

Rizo and Joe
did not change their pace.

They didn't try to chase.

Devens been trying to chase,
it hasn't worked.

And now it is Rizo

in the lead.

And Rizo drops.

And just like that,

Joe is in the lead.

And there is nobody
close to him right now.

Devens determined, moving fast,

not giving up.

Anything can happen.

Joe's still got
a lot of challenge left.

Just try
to build your stack again,

one block at a time.

Joe, slow and steady,

places his seventh block.

He's got one left
to win immunity.

Everybody else chasing.

Joe reaches
for that last letter.

Joe has not changed
a single thing.

He's moving
at the same snail's pace.

And in doing so,

it is possible
somebody could catch Joe.

And that's what Rizo's doing,
as he places his sixth.

Tiff making
a quick run of it again.

She's already back to six.

Jonathan, Tiff, Rizo and Cirie

all at six.

One block behind.

Can they make up the time?

At a certain point,

you decide you got
nothing to lose, you go for it.

Or you hope that Joe's
gonna suffer the same fate

and drop,
and you'll be there waiting.

Tiff drops again.

Tiff got to start over.

Joe is moving just enough

to technically be moving.

You are not
watching slow motion.

That is a determined
Survivor player.

Not bothered
by any of the distractions

of me or the other players

or the sound of blocks dropping.

Thinking about the necklace.

Here's Joe
with his eighth block.

He's got to place it and get all
the way back without dropping.

Rizo places his seventh block.

Time to go for broke.

PROBST:
Steadies his stack a little.

Immediately starts heading back
for his eighth block.

He's got a lot
of ground to make up,

but it is doable.

Cirie, still in it,

hoping for disaster.

And Rizo drops everything.

Joe now just has to get back,

get both feet on that platform

for the win
and a spot in the final six.

Nobody's gonna catch him
at this point.

Question is
can he finish without dropping?

Oh, my God.

PROBST:
Devens drops again.

Oh...

- PROBST: Cirie loses everything.
- Damn.

PROBST:
It is now Joe
with only Jonathan

even remotely close.

And by that, I mean not at all.

Just got to get both feet

on that platform,
and this challenge is over.

Joe with one foot
on the platform.

Joe with a second foot
on the platform.

It's over.

- (applause)
- Joe has won individual immunity

and guaranteed himself a spot

in the final six of Survivor 50.

It was strategic.

I think tonight
should be straightforward.

RIZO:
Yeah, I think Rick Devens,

the farther the guy makes it,

they're gonna say,
"He deserves to win."

- I'm afraid of that, too.
- CIRIE: Well...

You think everybody else
would be down, though?

- Oh, yeah.
- RIZO: You don't think anyone's

- gonna try to do anything
with my idol?
- CIRIE: No.

I was gonna play it tonight,
but if it's 100% Rick,

then it's, like,
I'll just play it at six,

- but I don't want
to go home with it.

with the jury and his theatrics.

JONATHAN:

TIFFANY:

TIFFANY:

it's gonna take to boil, right?

and Tiff's getting mad at me
'cause I'm eating dry rice.

We're in Fiji
with no food, people.

And I didn't get
picked for the reward.

If we're going based off
what people have eaten

at the auction, Rizo got

two giant chicken breasts.

I had a sea slug
and some crackers.

Mmm.

- That pissed me off.
- And bitched about it.

And then gets to four, yeah.

I totally agree.

TIFFANY:
I'm annoyed because

Rizo still has an idol.

And if you let somebody skate
by with an idol, it's stupid.

Devens, right now,
he's public enemy number one.

So I want to use Devens
as a smoke screen.

TIFFANY:
Allow Rizo to believe

that Devens
is the one going home,

and then blindside Rizo
and send him home

with a idol.

We flush the idol,
we get Devens out another day.

People are probably gonna look
at me sideways if I pitch this,

- but if we gonna get that idol
up out of the game,

I'm a little biased.
I got nothing to lose,

so if you got numbers

a plan that's not Devens,

It's all about who I see

in my final three.

And Rick's antics

aren't just antics.

They make him
a real threat to win.

JONATHAN:
Cirie is Cirie.
She's played five times.

So I want to hear
what she's thinking.

Well...

- (laughs)

JONATHAN:
Every time you vote,
it's a huge vote.

And the closer you get
to winning $2 million,

Devens is not
going to find another idol.

However, that idol from Rizo

All right, so let's
start with the challenge, Joe.

You and Tiff shared it
in the pairs challenge.

And with it comes a reward--

to go back to camp

and have barbecue ribs.

You picked Rizo and Cirie.

Was there
any part of you thinking,

there might be an invoice
for this, just because

you're picking two people and
you're not picking four others?

I mean,
it's hard to really tell,

but everyone
seemed all right with it.

You know, I was just trying
to figure out, "Hey,

who hasn't been
on a reward for a while?"

And you just hope
and trust what they say

when they said
that was cool that it was.

RICK:
Jeff, I will say,

there was some discussion
as we're making our rice.

Um, if I'm being totally honest,

I think Joe honestly
completely forgot

the fact that Rizo and Cirie
ate okay at the auction.

Tiff, you were smiling a bit.

What at?

TIFFANY:
Uh, yeah, 'cause the discussion

was probably
mostly just me venting

about the fact that I was hungry
at the auction, and Rizo

wasted most of his food.

Rizo, is this news to you?

The only thing
I really had at the auction

was cookies and chicken,
but, you know,

to each his own.

Everybody has their own opinions

on what they ate
and what they didn't.

JONATHAN:
I think it's funny. (chuckles)

"I only had cookies and chicken.

- (Tiff laughs)

Jeff, I just
can't help but laugh

that we're hashing out

each of our auction orders,

and it's just
a little bit comical.

PROBST:
So, Cirie,

there's really only one pressing
question this late in the game,

and that is
who's going home tonight?

I'm guessing that
dominated the afternoon,

is what is the right decision
tonight?

I think it was
the usual conversations,

the usual suspects,
the usual targets.

(laughs)

- It's you?
- RICK: Uh,

that's-that's my understanding.

I wouldn't
put it past this group

to blindside me
by not sending me home.

Like, who knows?

But I had a feeling

this morning I was in trouble,

and I did what I do.

I scoured that island for idols.

But again,
I would not be gobsmacked

if there was
something else afoot.

- Yeah.
- PROBST: Tiff,

was it easy for you

to latch on to Devens

simply because,
"Well, it's not me"?

No, it wasn't
particularly easy for me.

I actually
really do like Devens,

and I actually enjoy his antics.

We have fun.

And it's less about defining

what type of threat
that person is,

but what type of threat
that person is to you

and the people
that you're working with.

PROBST:
But Rizo, with seven people,

you could argue there
are seven different ideas

about who the threat is.

You know, Jeff,
to think it's as simple

as a six-one vote
that Rick Devens is going home

on day 22 of season 50
with $2 million on the line--

I don't want
to be Boo Boo the Fool.

So if I feel like

this is all a ruse,
then I'm gonna stand up there

and also guarantee myself
in the final six.

Because it's not news to me
that my name

was a possibility today.

So I know I'm possibly on
the chopping block tonight, too.

PROBST:
Aubry, you also have to consider

- things like challenges,
- AUBRY: Yeah.

things like jury impressions.

- AUBRY: Yeah.
- PROBST: Did that impact
your decision at all?

AUBRY:
Yeah, I think

a really important
part of the game

is figuring out the timing.

It's almost like
dismantling a bomb.

You're trying to find the people
you can sit with at the end,

but you got to be really careful
how you peel back the layers,

or the whole thing
will explode in your face.

Cirie, that's a really
interesting way to look at it.

CIRIE:
I think, being the fact

that we're all threats,

and Devens is viewed as
the biggest threat, currently,

most of us aren't
willing to cut that red wire

and risk having everything
blow up in our faces

at this point in the game.

PROBST:
So, Devens, if it is you,

and this isn't a ruse,

you came out
to play a second time

the same way?
Different?

It's so funny. I came out
to play a different way.

I was like,
"I'm gonna form relationships,"

and that's exactly what I did.

And it got me
all the way to the point

where I fell right back
into the old Rick Devens.

You know?
And...

just like the old Devens,

I had a blast.

I left my stamp on this game.

Like, there's no doubt about it.

I just kind of let loose.

And I-I've been more emotional
this season, by far,

than my first season,

because I knew what it was
coming into it.

Like, there were things I was
looking forward to doing--

seeing the stars.

It's all right, buddy.

The stars out here are amazing.

And I literally feel like...

...when you're on that island
looking at the stars,

like, you're closer to heaven.

Every shooting star,

you feel like that's...

that it's from someone.

Maybe it's your loved ones
back home.

Maybe it's people you've lost.

Maybe it's people
that you've never even met,

but they're-they're up there,
they care about you.

And it's just not something
I've ever been able to find

anywhere except here in Fiji.

I think you really hit
one of the core aspects

that makes Survivor
so unique, is that

you can have these
deeply profound

and personal experiences
with a group of people

that you then
have to turn around

and conspire against,
like right now.

ended up going home.

However, I was hoping

that Rizo would
play his idol, but

just like I thought,
he did not play his idol,

and I'm just aggravated.

Listen,
if he was arrogant enough

to not play it last night,
he'll probably try

to stretch it
for one more Tribal.

I know that's what
he really wants to do.

to be his big game move.

whatever is necessary

to get rid of Rizo

I'm really concerned
about Tiffany in this game.

who could take the whole thing.

I've been
in this conundrum before.

by so many people on that jury.

If Tiffany gets to the end,
she wins the whole thing.

Tiff might be
the most dangerous.

logical answer.

I mean, if Cirie sits
in the final three, she wins.

to show Joe, Jonathan and Rizo

that Cirie is the biggest threat
in this game.

Aubry has been a floater

so it's not that hard

for me to frame Aubry.

of what's right in front
of you at camp,

then you might make a decision
based on a what-if.

Because the game
is happening so fast

in front of us,
we're just trying to focus on

that next step so we don't fall.

be different

RIZO:
Jeff, I got to be honest,

this wasn't a Rick Devens vote,
where it was a consensus.

I feel like, with

so much at stake,

it comes down
to who can I keep in this game

to help me get further
one more round.

right now as we get ready

Where is the tension level?

I'd say it's about

a 99 out of 100, Jeff.

But we've learned
to become ducks.

We're calm on the surface,
going a million miles an hour

right under the water.

you've gotten deep in the game

and had it fall short.

"Is it gonna happen again

about Survivor.

You can evolve,
and there's always a chance

You've had some historic moments

from that point of view

The rest of us--
our hearts are pounding so fast.

It's almost like being

I feel like
I'm in a fight right now.

in my body is rushing

to my vital organs,

essentially, I feel like
I'm fighting for my life.
