any kind of history like this.

research of cattle mutilations

at Thomas Miller Ranch
led them to a bridge

that could hold clues
to how their cattle are

being mutilated.

I think something lifts
them up, does their thing,

and then drops them down.

All evidence
points to the bridge.

last investigation

revealed there could be some
sort of time-based anomaly

or portal at the bridge,
just like the triangle

at Skinwalker Ranch.

investigation yet on the ranch.

happened since the last time

I woke up and had to
go to the bathroom.

So I was walking down the
hall, and this voice said,

where are you going?

And it shocked me.

And I said, well, who are you?

And that was the end of it.

It was a male voice.

Was it familiar, Tom?

Was it a voice
you'd heard before?

No, it didn't seem familiar.

And you were wide awake
at that time, were you not?

I was wide awake at that time.

Have you heard voices
in the house before?

No.

That was the first
clear voice I heard.

And I understood every word.

There's some kind of
communication going on.

Something about the phenomenon
at this ranch is communicating.

We want you to participate
in an effort to communicate

back at the bridge.

Highway 350 bridge

to join ham radio
specialist Jares Doverspike

for their first experiment.

And Jares Doverspike, this
is Tom and Sally Miller.

How do you do?

Jares is a ham radio expert,
really a radio expert overall.

So he's going to help
us run the experiment.

We want to see whether or
not there's any way that we can

instigate some sort of
reaction from the ranch

by trying to
communicate with it.

The plan is to use
Jares's ham radio to send

Tom Miller's voice into
the environment surrounding

the bridge and up into space.

Then the team will
use their monitoring

equipment to see if they can
capture any type of response.

So this radio is the one
that I'm able to both transmit

and receive on,
but this one here

is more so a primary receiver.

It's a very sensitive receiver.

In their earlier
investigations at the bridge,

the team saw UAP activity and
possible communication that

correlated with a 1.735
gigahertz radio frequency

on their spectrum analyzer.

1.735, look at how
strong that signal is.

So regular.

This is exactly
what we've been

seeing around the ranch
at the mutilation sites

and in the house.

We've been seeing some
kind of excess energy

coming in at 1.735 gigahertz.

That's the most
consistent pulse we've

seen anywhere on the ranch.

Since this
1.735 frequency seems

to be a bandwidth the phenomenon
communicates on at the bridge,

the team will

voice on that same frequency.

were here, the ranch

seemed to try to
communicate with us.

is to see if we

can communicate with the ranch.

These go to what's known
as a UFODAP, an AI powered

device that has eyes in
the skies at all times

and only locks in and starts
collecting data on things

that it identifies
as unidentified.

That'll be very interesting.

bright red, to crimson?

So whenever you get down
into this really deep blue,

that's where it's
basically baseline.

There's not very much energy.

into this really deep red,

this is basically
almost off the charts

in terms of the amount of
energy that's being seen,

which is not like anything
that I've seen before.

And to be clear, there are no
satellites overhead right now,

so that's not coming from--

an uplink or a
downlink to a satellite.

It was just like an
instant fade to black.

Jares, is there
anything that could

explain that incredible
surge of energy that we saw?

It's just gone.

I've not seen

I have not seen that here up

a very clear foundation of what

life looks like

mutilations were going

derivation from baseline

with intense communication.

Really high energy on a
broad spectrum, and seems

to be coming and going.

that some sort of anomaly

that we can't see

After poking the
hornet's nest with their ham

radio experiment at the
Miller Ranch bridge,

Andy and Paul will now scan
the area around the bridge,

near the aptly named Purgatoire
River that runs under it,

to see if they've stimulated
any activity in the environment.

It is a spooky
place to be at night.

Andy and Paul will
use night vision technology,

including a FLIR thermal camera,
an instrument that monitors

changes in temperature.

They'll also be using
a SIONYX camera.

The SIONYX is an infrared
night vision camera

that enhances and amplifies
light in near-complete darkness,

allowing the team to see things
not visible to the naked eye,

including seeing into the
infrared spectrum, which

is beyond human visual range.

So I was reviewing our
footage from the night walk

with some of our producers--

and we actually think
that we may have caught

something that
explains what we were

seeing through the infrared.

We had just seen that
Starlink satellite trail.

And when you look
at the footage,

you can actually see
the medic in the crew

had pulled out his
cell phone and was

taking pictures of the
Starlink satellite train.

And it's like right
around-- who is that?

That's-- that's the medic.

In order for a camera
to work in the dark,

it needs to use some sort
of mechanism to focus.

And so you think that was what?

I have a suspicion that it
was some kind of infrared meter

to help the camera focus.

So I actually have
the medics camera

here along with our SIONYX so we
can do an experiment in the room

and see if we can
rule it out or confirm

that that's what happened.

If they find something

data, then they'll

with UAP activity.

This is exactly like the
first time we came here, man.

What is this activity?

We may have set
off that reaction.

We are
still seeing very consistent

anomalies on the bridge.

And even though the energy
signatures on those anomalies

are changing, we're still
seeing the same kind of evidence

that shows that the
bridge is responding

to our experimentation.

spectrum energy response?

What's the relationship

And why is it happening here

this time directing the energy

carry out the ham radio

and have the Millers
be a part of that.

What we asked them to
do was just essentially

speak to the phenomenon.

With Jares's equipment, both
broadcasting and receiving,

as well as a more sophisticated,
more sensitive spectrum

analyzer, we set up a large
array of multiple antennas

just to the east
side of the bridge,

very nearby to the anomaly that
we identified with Pete Kelce

in our previous investigation.

So the
camera's been repositioned

somehow, and slightly.

The AZ/EL, or
the azimuth and elevation,

refers to the specific
direction and height

of the camera in the sky.

Andy and Paul always
disable any function

that would allow the camera to
change position once it's set.

So the AZ/EL should
never change.

My understanding was that
you fixed those in position.

It couldn't have
moved on its own.

No.

What is the
operation to do that?

You've got to open up
software and pull down a menu,

use a mouse.

Not just a thing that could bump
by accident and make it move.

No, no, there's
no joystick that--

nothing like that.

So something went into
the electronics, powered

the servo on, and moved it.

I don't know.

And what's interesting to
me is had that not happened,

this second event wouldn't
have been captured.

Because the azimuth and the
elevation for the second--

You would have missed it.

We'd have missed it.

It would had
been over here off the screen.

Right.

Something hacked the
computer, changed the AZ/EL

so you would see this thing.

So the question is, was
something there being

nice and trying to help out?

Because, usually, it's
something trying to hinder us.

So I find that an
interesting contrast.

But again, on the bridge.

So
there's our first big break

away from the actual UFODAP
tracking box, from 9587 to 9590,

so three frames.

There, right there.

It's way down there.

How many frames is it?

From 90 to 92, two frames.

Two frames.

It covered most of
the field of view.

But then
it decelerates right there.

Yeah, it
jumped and it slows down.

So that's clearly
not a satellite.

It's not an airplane.

No.

Something makes it
jump that big jump.

Is it an optical aberration?

Or did it accelerate that fast?

So tell me where I'm looking.

Is this thing right
by you looking

up through where Pete Kelce's
drone had the phenomena occur?

Yes, sir.

This anomalous data that's in
the air, it shouldn't be there.

That's where some space-time
something is the only thing,

with our current
understanding of physics,

that could explain it.

Like a portal.

So if there is a time
anomaly at the bridge,

you've found the edges.

Because you see it moving
normal, then you see it jump,

and then you see it slow
down and move normal again.

Which suggests
where the jumps are

is it's behind whatever your
time shift, something else,

whatever this is, right?

Yeah, I'm not saying
it's a wormhole,

a gateway to another universe.

It could be an
optical distortion.

It could be anything.

In fact, we actually
measured something like that

here over the triangle with
Pete Kelce's terrestrial LiDAR

scanner back in the summer.

That would make
this another data

point that correlates
with the triangle

here on Skinwalker Ranch.

Yeah, that's exactly right.

Every time we
visit Miller Ranch,

we seem to come back with
another solid data point that

correlates the bridge and
the area over the bridge,

the anomaly over the
bridge, with the anomaly

over the triangle here
at Skinwalker Ranch,

it really cross correlates
well with Skinwalker Ranch.

And then here's the
other big question.

What is this anomaly
doing near a place

where all of these
cattle mutilations

seem to be occurring?

Right, which is
where we started.

Yeah, I can think
of five, probably,

followup experiments
that need to be done,

including tandem
experiments that we do here,

then we do there simultaneously.

That's interesting.

We have to do a simultaneous,
connected measurement experiment

between these two points.

It has to be done.
