Here.

The official's son Zhang buys horses.

4 Guan.

Come.

10, 4, 5.

Red Rabbit, 10 steps forward.

Come... Hurry.

Open...

Go.

Great.

The horse is in there.

Sir.

Sir.

Go away.

My horse is doing great.

Sir.

Mine is better.

Hurry.

Come, bet.

I have Fan horses.

Right over here.

Really?

You asked them for Fan horses.

I have heard it.

I know some Fan horse sellers.

They have Fan horses.

But the government is undergoing the strict scrutiny.

What are you doing?

What are you doing?

I am a civilian.

I am inferior to the officers even if I am not the sinner.

What are you afraid?

Yes, what am I afraid?

Come, this way.

Go.

Sir.

Please.

This way please.

Please.

Sir.

Don't worry

Please come in.

Please.

Please.

What are you doing?

Let me tell you

My brother-in-law...

That's the spirit.

This is Shangsheng division.

Exactly the same.

Let alone the emperor.

Even the horse's mom can't recognize it.

Nonsense.

I didn't see the royal horses.

Just like the crown prince's said.

Sister.

Am I so brilliant?

Finally you can do it well.

But you can't show off because of it.

Brother-in-law.

Call me your Royal Highness.

Where did you get the horse?

I borrowed it from a friend.

You have friends?

All the gamblers.

Sister.

Come.

Come up here.

Your Royal Highness

I can't ride a horse.

Don't be afraid, you have me.

Go, sister.

Maid Gu

You should go on my behalf.

I still dare not.

You are afraid.

What are you afraid?

I.

You are afraid of me.

Maid Gu

I am so scared.

Maid Gu, you said you couldn't ride a horse right

But actually, you are such a good horserider.

Yes.

Like the gentle wind.

And my horse should take some credit.

Gu

I played polo several times in the palace.

Want to play polo.

This horse needs to be tamed.

Let's go back.

Maid Gu

Are you ok?

It's more than I have promised you.

Sir.

I am afraid it's not enough.

We have said it's 6 Guan.

Do you think it's the horse race in the casino?

I need 30 Guan.

I think you know the rule, right?

You defraud me.

I don't dare.

Yes.

And sir.

You have said you will buy all the horses over there.

I mean the spare.

But now I don't need it.

But we missed one big buyer.

Now we can't find another buyer.

How about this?

Ten horses.

I give you a discount.

300 Guan in total.

300.

Correct.

300.

Where are you going?

You.

You guys.

What do you want?

Let me tell you

I won't mind you if you go to yamen or the ministry of justice.

Tie him up.

Take him to Donggong palace.

No...

You can't take me to my brother-in-law.

So you made the IOU.

People in the capital all know my identity.

I can't hide if I want to.

What else can I do?

Maid Gu

Open my makeup kit.

Give him the money.

Your Royal Highness

You need to reconsider.

How can they know young master Zhang?

They know my identity, so they want to extort money.

It's nothing to give them the money.

We can bear with it.

But we can't bother the crown prince.

I think we should tell the crown prince.

No.

Recently the crown prince is so busy with state affairs and training the horse.

My brother is such a troublemaker.

We should settle the matter as soon as possible.

Tomorrow is Dragon Boat Festival.

I hope the crown prince will spend good times.

Maid Gu

I only trust you.

Maid Gu

Maid Gu

Can you go with me tomorrow?

I will give you a good horse.

I have work to do.

Don't tell my brother-in-law about this.

Remember to get the IOU back.

Maid Gu

Maid Gu

I have been calling you.

What are you thinking?

Nothing.

What's wrong?

The crown prince wants to see you.

Ok.

Come with me.

Where is this?

The crown prince is waiting for you.

Why here?

Just get in.

Attendant Wang

Your Royal Highness

Where have you been with Zhang?

I can't say it.

He has the money?

In this palace, I have informers everywhere.

I have something to ask you.

Come.

Did you advise my princess about this, why?

I know a little about the court system.

Dealing with horses is a felony.

I am worried Zhang will damage your reputation.

Since you know it, why don't you tell me?

My master is the princess.

I will step over the line if I tell you behind the princess's back.

It's a betrayal.

So you will believe a betrayer?

You are right.

But I don't believe you not because of this.

I asked minister Zhang.

He didn't receive my letter on the night royal minister Lu was in trouble.

But I found this in your place.

Your Royal Highness

They found this in your room.

You detained it and didn't give it to him.

Why?

I.

because

A maid, you know everything about the horse and horse trade.

You even want to scheme royal minister Lu.

Royal minister Lu?

I won't.

So what is going on?

Silence.

It doesn't matter.

You want to murder royal minister Lu, I won't keep you.

Your Royal Highness

I.

I can't trust my princess to people like you.

Attendant Wang

Your Royal Highness

Send her back to the palace.

And leave it to lady Jiang.

Your Royal Highness

Yes

Assistant minister Lu, please

Maid Gu

It's late now.

You should pack up your things.

You will leave early tomorrow.

Dad.

No.

I can't leave.

I know it's against the rule.

But I have something to ask you.

I know according to the national policy,

Fan horses exchanged by the official's tea will be used as the war horses.

Previously some Fan horses came to the capital.

The commander's horses.

The horses in my palace.

Now...

Yes

But five years ago, the war fire began.

The emperor made the decree.

Since then, all the horses will come from the Central Plains.

Fan horses will be sent to the front line.

Where do the horses in central region come?

Smuggling.

They avoid the government.

and smuggle the tea and exchange the horses.

And they sell those horses in the central regions.

Severe punishment won't work?

The horse they exchange with tea costs 4 or 5 Guan.

But they can sell them at 40 or 50 Guan in the central region.

It's a high profit. We can't curb it.

Not to mention.

Not to mention

It's all the courtiers and officials in the dark.

Right?

Chancellor, what brings you here? I am freaked out.

Why freaked?

I think someone else should be freaked out.

As I know, someone who dealt with Fan horses on the market.

And his horses hurt your constables.

Is it true?

Yes.

They are so wicked.

So ridiculous.

I have issued the warrant.

I have found him.

But it's a little tricky.

I don't know if you will handle it.

Enlighten me.

He is...

Zhang, 10 horses.

First one is Hangu Pass.

Go to scholar Li's horse.

Half pot.

So he really got the money.

Come...

In the court,

when people speak of the big official tea sellers,

I'm so curious.

Zhao Yong can make money from everything in the world.

Your Royal Highness

An Pingbo is not alone.

Yes.

They have the accomplices.

Frontline soldiers are fighting hard.

And these people are undermining the foundation of the country.

So ridiculous.

Yes.

I tell you

No matter who his father is

who his sister is,

his brother-in-law,

You should bring him into justice.

You should catch him on spot tomorrow.

If you can make this, you will be the hero of our country.

Till then...

Don't worry, chancellor.

An Pingbo

I won't fail the court.

An Pingbo

Chancellor.

Chancellor.

You think Zhang Shaoyun is so valuable?

He is worthless.

I have said I would hit the yellow bird with him.

It all depends on tomorrow morning.

The mantis stalking the cicada.

They don't just aim at Zhang Shaoyun.

I used to lure them as a bait.

And now he is in my trap.

Fan horses are the war horse.

We should take this seriously.

You can't take the risk.

After the polo.

Come, this is yours.

I won't shortchange you.

All of you have rewards.

Give it to me...

Reward...

Give you

Thank you

After this case has settled, I will implore the emperor to give you

the opportunity to atone for your crime.

But before that, I need your cooperation.

It's my duty.

Dad

I can't leave you now.

Maid Gu.

All set?

The carriage is waiting for you outside.

We are coming in.

Just go in.

No more talking.

Where is she?

Where is maid Chen?

Didn't wake up yet.

Strange.

She is never late.

How did you make it?

Just blacken the paper with ink and paste it on the window.

Also drove some orioles away.

So it works?

I am right in front of you right?

I'm so curious about what you are going to say.

So tell me now.

I didn't give your letter to Minister Zhang.

Not to murder royal minister Lu.

Also not your explanation.

So there is a third way?

Yes

I think the royal minister Lu is safe.

So I don't need to give him the letter.

Give me reasons.

Your Royal Highness

And then?

No then.

You are the reason

It's also the same in the detached palace that day

I used to love you very much.

I thought only my opponent would let you say so.

So I don't want to leave.

What can I have if I keep you?

At your disposal.

I am familiar with horses and horse trade.

I can help you.

It's quite tough.

How can I promise or decline?

The crown prince is not ready, but we are going to the palace?

What's wrong with you?

Your Royal Highness

Who is inside?

Your Royal Highness

The crown prince wants to see me.

Maid Chen

You should go.

You should tell the crown prince to be quick.

Yes

Except those

How about you?

Your Royal Highness

A girl

Protect yourself well.

Don't tell such lies if you are not sure.

I will be helpful to you.

I can help you even if I bring you many troubles.

You don't want to take the risk?

Do you know what lesson I have learned from this position?

One day.

I want to stay for another day.

I am sorry.

I don't think you are eligible to stay here for another day.

Go.

Leave here to me.

The princess is waiting for you, your Royal Highness.

It's about to start.

Enter.

Try your best.

I will reward the winner.

Ball.

God bless the emperor.

I know he is lame.

Sprained the ankle last night.

It's great, and you want to see the emperor in the game.

Maid Chen.

Why isn't maid Gu here?

I don't know, either.

Zhang.

Maid Gu

You follow me.

Right here.

My sister told you to follow me?

Get in.

They are late.

Why the maid?

his Royal Highness ordered us to catch the seller.

That's all.

That black horse is a good one.

Minister Zhang

The crown prince is destined to win with the good horse?

Maybe he doesn't dare.

As for others, it's not the same way.

Your Grace.

Right here.

When they trade, go inside and catch them.

Yes

Zhang.

What about other people?

Soon.

Where are the horses?

Why are you alone?

It's only me here.

I need to check it out.

I can show you.

Anyone in there?

Here they are.

Maid Gu

You can check it out yourself.

Just in the rear.

Don't more around before I come back.

I get it.

Took you long enough.

Invalid.

Finally you have learnt it.

I thought the crown prince would defeat the emperor in front of all of us.

The crown prince knows the drill.

Is the emperor kind to the crown prince right

It's different from the rumors.

I can see it.

In terms of horsepower, Fan horses are better.

But for the game...

The emperor is better at it.

Naughty.

You lost it.

But I still give you the gift.

Bring it here.

Yes

Thank you, your Majesty.

Why I can't see Jia Yibo today?

Yes.

He is your sidekick.

He...

He is still angry?

He left, your Majesty.

What does it mean?

He sent him away.

I sent him the horse you gave me.

Imperial concubine knows this.

So we don't need to beat around the bush.

Gave your horse to him?

So this is...

You have gone against my decree.

Why do you deceive me?

Your Majesty

I deceive you because of the traitor.
