Your Majesty.

You call him here?

Chancellor has nothing to do with it.

Your Majesty

Minister Lu is my teacher.

Today he died.

I want to escort him back.

Ok.

Thank you, your Majesty.

Your Majesty.

One more thing.

I, as the head of ministry of justice,

know someone here disrupts the order,

and law, even threatens the emperor.

Censorate and all the scholars

admonish the emperor.

Zhang Luzheng

How dare you!

Let them...

Your Majesty

Your Majesty

I want to resign.

I don't want to be the sinner of our country.

Great.

Here is the decree.

I know the crown prince is loyal and respectful.

I won't tell him to leave the capital again.

The adviser is loyal.

It's the unintentional fault.

All the scholars are sincere.

Now our country has the warfare.

The troops are under rectification.

Prince Qi is the prince and the subject as well.

I order him to leave the capital to inspect my troops.

Then he will leave for his fief.

Alcohol.

Wang, I need alcohol.

Alcohol.

Your Royal Highness

Jia Yibo.

He is in Zongzheng Temple.

He needs the sanctuary.

Ok.

Your Royal Highness

You can't come back now.

You should make it clear in front of his Majesty.

Wang.

Don't cry

Even I am not crying.

The emperor is soberer than you and me.

I don't want to think about anything now.

Just leave me alone.

I'm fine...

Fine.

Your Royal Highness

Your Royal Highness.

Your Royal Highness

Your Royal Highness

Go.

Who is this?

The same.

He disturbed the court test.

Go.

I am not convicted.

It's the criminal law or lynching?

This is lynching.

Get in.

Dad

Dad

Dad

Dad

Dad

Idiot.

Go...

Go.

Dad

Dad

The unadmitted could be advantageous.

Otherwise, do you think if I should stand there or undress?

Dad.

Am I right?

Dad.

You accepted chancellor's gift.

And defended the crown prince.

Dad.

Who will my sister marry?

Prince Qi has his wife.

If she marries him, she will be a concubine.

Besides, he is about to leave the capital.

It's hard to tell if he will come back.

I think the crown prince is a good option.

If my sister becomes the crown princess,

crown prince will be my brother in law.

In the future, I will be so upper-class.

So stupid.

It's fortunate that you fail.

If you pass the exam, others will kill you.

I mean...

Your Grace

You have a visitor.

It's so late, who is it?

Chancellor.

I am sorry for keeping you waiting.

It's ok.

No harm done.

Thank you, chancellor.

Since you are late, I think you don't need to take a seat.

Yes.

People can't stand on two sides at the same time.

You can't take my gift and defend them.

Right?

But what I did is for prince Qi's good.

Chancellor

Think this way.

You forced the crown prince's teacher to die.

The crown prince won't let the prince go.

Lu Shiyu asked for it himself.

Even if someone forces him.

So you think I can't protect the prince alone?

No.

Great.

I have a question.

Say it.

Rumor has it...

Lu Ying will be the crown prince's dad in law.

It's all the past.

Just because of the sin he committed today.

The commander in chief told his men to fetch Lu Ying's census register.

They want to register the princess?

Actually I am at odds with him.

And the crown prince will be the emperor.

I hope you can understand my difficulties.

What is this?

Commander in chief sent this.

Your Majesty

Your Majesty will abandon prince Qi?

Your Majesty, mind your behavior.

Your Majesty

You should send him to Changzhou rather than Jingjiwei.

Then.

Send him to Changzhou.

He should follow Gu Silin.

Your Majesty

My decree.

Secretary's parent died.

Your bastard dad.

Who does he think he is?

He dares to intervene in my family business.

If I want to get even with what he did, he will be executed for ten times.

Your Majesty

I tell him to go to the Jingjiwei.

Lucky him.

Do you think the crown prince is a pushover?

He is a suckling tiger.

His mom is my queen.

My wife's blood son.

Patriarchal clan system, etiquette and moral all favor him.

Not to mention

his uncle has 200,000 soldiers.

Who are you?

What do you have?

I tell you.

8,000 times in 12 years.

This is the first night he doesn't come to see me.

Lu Shiyu is more important than me in his heart.

Why does he defend his cousin?

Prince Qi doesn't leave.

If he doesn't leave,

the crown prince will sacrifice all.

He will tell all the truth out so you will die with his teacher.

Do you believe?

Your Majesty

Your Majesty

God.

Your Majesty

Your Majesty

Your Majesty

Hurry, open that drawer.

Your Majesty

Send for a doctor.

Your Majesty...

Teacher.

I had the same dream.

The older and the more experienced I am, the more I don't understand.

You told me, the emperor is the heaven,

the subject is the earth.

Father is the heaven,

and son is the earth.

Your Royal Highness

Your Royal Highness

Your Royal Highness

Wake up

Your Royal Highness

Wake up

Your Royal Highness

Between heaven and earth

where are peole?

Mom.

You...

Your Majesty

I am here

I am here.

Father.

Father.

Father.

Crown prince?

Father.

All my fault.

Father.

Where is the crown prince?

He is drunk.

I can't wake him up.

Father.

Please sentence me to death.

Father.

You need to take care of your health.

Your Majesty

Chancellor is such a troublemaker.

Prince Qi is implicated.

Your Majesty severely punish him.

I won't object.

Help me.

I and prince Qi have nothing.

We have to rely on you.

Please take care of yourself.

I won't die now.

Who did this?

Find him out.

I will arrest him and kill him.

Otherwise, you should take my throne.

Your Majesty

Take it.

Your Majesty

I should be executed.

Father.

Mom.

Is father all right?

His father in law leads Xiaoqi squad.

He should go there.

Right away.

He can't come in the palace again.

I am so sick of him now.

Don't go

Dad, brother.

All because of me.

No.

Don't touch him

Dad

All because of me.

All because of me.

Commander in chief.

You scared my tits away

Here is the imperial decree.

Your Majesty

The flavor is heavy.

I am sorry.

The crown prince wakes up?

Yes, he is awake.

I need to see him now.

Your Majesty.

He went out early in the morning.

The one who stands outside is not the crown prince.

You stayed up all night?

You come here so early.

Yes

Your Majesty

Here is the confession of censors.

Well, you have their confession overnight.

It's a serious affair.

It's about the royal family.

And the ministry of rites.

I need to take it seriously.

It's only about Lu Ying, or...

there are other stories in it?

They all say Lu Ying is the initiator.

They cause troubles deliberately.

His Royal Highness has nothing to do with it.

I think it's my mistake to appoint him as the minister of discipline.

His family may know this.

Chancellor

We really need to do this?

Disrupting the national ceremony is like destroying the imperial temple.

It's about the royal family's dignity.

Tell the ministry of justice to act in plain clothes to arrest them.

Yes.

Shiyu Mansion

Shiyu Mansion

Shiyu

Mansion.

Let the ghost come back.

Come back.

You are ill, why do you get up?

I can't lie in bed.

Never mind.

If he were still alive, he wouldn't want to see his students here.

Surely someone will come.

You should find the royal minister Lu and Wenpu.

I have asked prefectural governor li, he...

Madam.

Madam.

What's happening?

Madam.

Here comes the ministry of justice.

He is...

Why are they here?

They ask, if royal minister Lu's daughter is here.

The punishment won't be imposed on the wife and kids.

What do they want to do?

I can't stop them.

He insists coming in.

Make way.

You can't go in.

Make way.

You can't go in.

No.

Hurry, you should go from the back door.

Madam.

My family is overturning, where can I go?

Go.

Go.

Madam. - Miss.

Hurry.

Go, miss.

Hurry.

Miss. - Madam.

Go.

Madam.

Miss

Go. - Ma'am.

Ma'am.

Hurry up. - Ma'am

Hurry.

Make way.

You can't go in.

Make way.

Make way.

What are you doing? You can't go in.

You can't go in.

Make way.

No, you can't go in.

We are mourning.

Why the noise?

Mrs. Lu.

I need to arrest the criminal.

I appreciate your understanding.

I want to search inside.

Your criminal is here?

Only the man who lies there.

You are here with the decree.

You can even take the coffin with you.

Minister Zhang.

Did you go too far?

It's not like the imperial decree.

Act in plain clothes.

Assistant minister Du.

You don't think it's meaningful?

Miss.

This way.

Comes out from minister Lu's mansion.

Keep up.

Go over there.

Madam.

We are doing our work.

Please let us go inside.

Now the wizard is conjuring.

Please don't disturb us.

If you insist so, I will break-in.

Go.

You can't go in.

I am your minister, Zhang's teacher's wife.

You should ask him.

Is he sure to do this?

I'm here for a funeral.

Tell Zhang Luzheng

He can't disturb my teacher's wife again.

Get out.

Sorry.

Go.

It's ok.

It's okay, sister.

Sister.

Where should we go now?

Come back home

I want to go home.

After my son dies, I have been unfortunate.

I am so repentant.

I will think of him when I see kids at his age.

I will think of him when I see the same calligraphy.

Even if I close my eyes and see nothing,

I still think of him.

Is this why I teach you the calligraphy?

Your Royal Highness

No offense.

You study the calligraphy from me for 15 years.

I think you remember what I said.

All literature and art can't be used for conspiracy.

Otherwise all will be contaminated.

It's also true for people.

Maybe I am old.

Recently, I think of my hometown's cuisine.

Mushroom, water shield soup, and weever.

I plan to retire after the spring exam.

Please give me your calligraphy before I leave the capital.
