in her promise to you.

She has failed to prove
the guilt of Robert Lawson

Mr. Dabich's death,

he was going to lose his home
and his assets to the bank.

He needed that money.

The defendant testified
without hesitation

that as a Marine,
he was an expert with a knife.

And you heard
the medical examiner testify

that one wound, one,
took the life of Mr. Dabich.

A single thrust up towards
the breast pocket

and into the heart.

Something every Marine
prepared for combat is taught.

Self-defense.

The weapon.

This knife,
this hunting knife,

was pulled from
the chest of Mr. Dabich.

Who had the knife first?

Who owned it?
Where did it come from?

A hunting knife.

to be immediately accessible

in a family's living room.
