rioters battle policemen last
night after the tragic shooting

death of three unarmed
Hispanic teenagers

by two members of the metro PD.

One of the boys was Councilman
Michael Elandro's son.

The three youth were buried
today at St. Agnes cemetery

where more than
100 mourners joined

the parents of the slain boys.

Councilman Elandro
made a formal request

to the district
attorney to initiate

a grand jury investigation
into the shooting.
