He and the man spoke

which was unusual
because my parents

- He had dark hair.

He was slight framed.

He had a stepson that
served in World War II

that he never got over.

- That sounds like Frank Raber.

- That's it. The
stepson's name was Frank.

I never could understand
why Old Man Raber

wasn't proud of that young man.

When he came back from the war,

became a doctor, good one.
