attack water or power grids.

with a ton of different

air traffic control center
in Torrance.

That center would have a direct
and secure communication line

with LAX--

that mean--

that they can
intercept communications

between LAX
and incoming flights?

alter flight plans, coordinates,

speeds-- it could crash
every plane in the air.
