Now that I know those shells
are tied a Mexican drug cartel,

I can search H. Ruiz
in the DEA database, and...

and owner of the warehouse
in question.

If the cartel owned
the warehouse,

then George Ramsey worked
for them.

And maybe he was more
than just a maintenance man.
