officers have detained a man with an
active arrest warrant for larceny theft.

The man was about to board a flight to
Jamaica.

After picking up the scent of cannabis
on his carry -on, a search revealed

several bags of pills.

The Jamaica -era corridor is

a common trafficking route for U .S.
