of Review says Article 97 applies only

What Petty Officer Curran did,

disobeying the general order against

it would appear that he did disobey

the MCM or case law to back that up?

decency. What Petty Officer Curran did
by telling you the aid of a defenseless

woman he perceived to have been a victim
of enemy atrocities served the risk of

his own career.
