I firstly would like to thank
all the legal representatives

for the parties,
who have done a thorough job

in emphatic terms,

to say that she is sorry
for abducting the children,

for going to prison,

and for being in an abusive
relationship with Ava's father.

The mother loves her
children greatly,

and she wants to be mother to them.

However,

I remain deeply concerned with
the mother's erratic behaviour

whilst abducting the children.

The mother had no plans
when she abducted the children,

and she took them, with barely
any money and nowhere to live.

The mother's actions were
reckless and selfish.

I am also of the opinion
that the mother

has made significant
changes in her life,

that the children will be
returned to the mother
