today, we bring you the most awesome tag
teams in WWE history, where it's all

about the power of two.

There's no more unique form of wrestling
competition than tag team wrestling,

where the thumb of the card...

are what truly matter.

Chemistry, synergy, and energy are often
the difference makers between success

and failure.

And when a tag team possesses all those
ingredients, the results are some of the

most memorable matches and action in all
of sports entertainment.

Tag team wrestling is the best form of
wrestling.

There's different people, there's
different options, there's different

And I think within that, you kind of get
your own art form of a different type

of match.

Let's say you like cars. Would you
rather have two cars or four?

That's a no -brainer.

You guys have to work together to figure
out how to achieve this one goal.

When you're able to overcome all of
that, you know that you've done

cool, unique, and special.

I've always loved tag teams, ever since
I was a kid.

Rockers were my favorite tag team. They
were fast. They were high -flying.

OMG, sensational.

The Steiner brothers were the greatest
tag team of all time, in my opinion.

How are you going to beat 285 -pound
Scott Steiner, 300 -pound Rick Steiner?

You're not.

Steiner brothers are awesome.

My favorite is the Kabuki Warriors.

I love the way that they move in the
ring. I love the style.

I was always a big fan of APA, the
Mexicals, Chavo and Eddie.

People always laugh at me when I say
this, but I'm completely serious.

Billy and Chuck, it was showing people
you didn't have to live by the rules

everyone else had written in order to be
successful.

It's awesome.

Tag team wrestling is awesome.

I am the tag team champions.

I'm the tag team champions.

I feel like with tag teams, you kind of
want one of two things. You either want

two guys who are just very, very
similar, or you want two guys who have

dynamic where one brings to the table
what the other one doesn't.

For DIY, I'd have that more intense,
gritty style to me.

Johnny's got a bit more flash.

Oh, my God!

For the Viking Raiders.

Eric, he's smaller than two, and he's a
powerhouse.

And then I'm the big one, but I'm the
high flyer.

And that's not the dynamic that you get
from any other tag team in the history

of pro wrestling.

I think what makes the tag team work is
a true, genuine friendship.

Me and Austin Theory, we're best mates.

When I got put in my first tag team, it
gave me...

A sisterhood with women that I will love
and be friends with forever.

I mean, I've been turned on a lot,
though, actually, now that I'm actually

thinking about it.

I think almost every tag team partner
I've ever had has turned on me, except

Kel. I love her, Kel. She's a real one.

Well,

I'll be damned.

When it is going naturally and you're in
a tag team, there's nothing like it.

Absolute chemistry pressure on our head,
brother, was what really made us a

success. We'll use the key.

Well, he and I already both didn't mind
having a beer, two, or ten.

Awesome crew.

Miz and Morrison.

Show Miz.

Miz and Miz out.

I've had some really great moments with
those tag teams.

Even with Ben Ballard, I have a buddy
that I can pick his brain.

I could feed off of in the ring, and we
could create magic together.

The street problem.

Angelo Dawkins, Montez Ford.

It's like peanut butter and jelly.

Being a part of this new resurgence of
tag team wrestling, it's an honor.

I mean, last year, main event, tag team
match. This year, night one, main event,

tag team match.

They say great minds think alike, but
the best minds are tag teams.

Teamwork certainly makes the dream work.
And perhaps no tag team epitomizes that

better than the new day. It's a new day.
Yes, it is.

Love saying that.

Reaching the power of positivity and
pancakes.

Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods, and Big E
capture the hearts of the WWE Universe

with their fun, off -the -wall hijinks
and their talent and teamwork inside the

ring. An incredible 14 championship
reigns between the trio. The New Day are

probably considered one of, if not the,
greatest tag teams of the modern era.

If by probably you mean definitely.

Now we can start the conversation
because I don't want to toot our own

but... It's a new day! Yes, it is!

Give your boys the new day!

Kofi Kingston, Biggie, get it, Biggie,
and Xavier Woods.

When you think about the new day, their
energy, their excitement...

It jumps off the screen.

We have the power of positivity on our
side.

Hashtag P .O .P. It's a new day!

Over the past, I think, 10th year will
be this year, we've never gotten into

kind of disagreement.

We've never even collided with each
other in the ring.

It's a new day!

It's a new day!

I can't believe it's been a decade.

It's crazy knowing that we're coming up
on 10 years of New Day, because at the

beginning, we were just three guys who
were trying to keep our jobs.

When we first debuted New Day, people
were not feeling it.

It was something different, something
very different. But that's why we wanted

to do that, because how many guys on the
roster are just badass?

What if we just take a hard left and try
something else?

New energy.

New emotion.

New day.

There is a load of talent in that three
right there.

When we were met with rejection, it just
brought us closer together.

We knew that we had great chemistry
together. Anything that we did together

going to work.

Champions! We've got new champions.

The New Day are tag team champions.

We never fought to be a leader. We never
fought to diminish the other.

From the top turnbuckle. Oh, no.

The big ending.

Woods launches with a wide elbow.

And New Day is going to retain the gold.

The New Day accomplished more than any
other team ever.

Ever, ever.

The free bird rule, you know, you never
know what combination of the New Day

you're going to face.

How about some flight plan?

So it was almost like three individual
tag teams in one group.

Freeboard rule is where any two of the
three members of the group can defend or

complete a tag title.

It's really smart for those guys because
the longevity you can add to your

career is incredible.

Arguably one of the greatest tag teams
in WWE history.

New Day became tag team triple crowners.
New Day does it! New Day makes history!

Break out the champagne!

To look back and to think of the 483
-day tag title run

breaking a record that stood for 20
years.

483 days.

The new day has been your tag team.

We kicked the door wide open. Things
that we were saying

were like so outlandish.

We're throwing out pancakes.

It's working.

Getting people to do ridiculous things
like wear unicorn horns on their head in

public.

It's just been so much fun. It still is
fun.

Oh, my God! There's cake everywhere!

You keep doing what you're... As long
as... This is tremendous!

It's a parade of pancakes!

Get it!

Now you're in sync?

Yeah, we stay in sync. We're always in
sync. Very good chemistry.

Being able to connect with these guys,
on a professional level, but also these

are my two brothers. I would do anything
for these guys.

Those two men mean so, so much to me.
They are family. They are truly

brothers. We will always stay bonded.

I feel honored to be a part of the new
day.

I'm really lucky to have met two people
that I love as much as I love Woods and

Luke. So I'd never take that for
granted.

Who says you can't have a little fun at
work? The new day certainly brings it

wherever they go.

But this next tag team only brought pain
and destruction.

In the late 1980s, no duo personified
heavy metal like Axe and Smash,

aptly named Demolition.

Featuring fight metal, leather attire,
and demonic face paint.

Demolition was the stuff of nightmares.

And together, they dominated the tag
team division.

You take a close look at this space, and
you're gonna feel the pain of defeat.

Pain, pain, pain!

The music would hit, and you just...

comes the act.

Here comes the smash -up.

It's demolition.

Walking disaster.

Pain and destruction is our middle name.

Ooh, they were kicking butt and taking
names back in the day.

Well, the monsters are here.

It's alive.

And your nightmare is about to begin.

You think back to 1980s WWE.

You start rattling off tag team names
just as much as single stars.

Demolition was the team that was at the
top of that list.

I always remember, like, as a little
kid, watching them wrestle and being

scared.

Demolition wore face paint that almost
made them resemble that band Kiss.

They were in black.

They had masks. And they'd take them
off. And they're in makeup. And they're

going, ah.

And it's like, oh.

We're out to demolish and destroy.

Who's behind?

Look at this.

He forgot about Smash.

Those guys looked like they were going
to do damage.

And that, to me, was so badass.

That's what they've been doing,
demolishing opponents.

Well, let me tell you why they call me
the app.

Because I can cut down the biggest wet
wood there is.

Timber!

I like to drive them straight off a
cliff and watch them smash!

We're in the smithereens!

there wasn't a lot of superstars that
looked and acted that way. So they were

immediately distinct, and I think that's
why they were able to make so much

noise so quickly in the tag team
division.

Oh, look out!

It's over!

New tag team champions!

Demolition won the tag team titles at
WrestleMania IV and held on to them for

then record -setting 15 months.

When you have two skilled wrestlers like
both of them were, they showed how

great they were and how powerful they
were.

Maybe you only went to one show. Maybe
you only watched one show.

But from that show, you would remember
Demolition because they stood out so

much.

Ready for demolition!

Demolition were three -time world tag
team champions with their first reign

lasting an unbelievable 478 days, a
record that stood for over a quarter

until the New Day broke it in 2016.

Speaking of breaking things, these next
two guys made it their business to do

just that with a preference towards
breaking tables.

Using human bodies. Yes, kids, before
the Bills Mafia, there was a legendary

team called the Dudley Boys.

Bubba Ray and D -Von Dudley emerged from
the radically groundbreaking ECW.

It would take the WWE by storm during
the famed Attitude Era.

With intensity, a hardcore style, and
those distinct matching glasses with

in the center, the Dudleys became
instant fan favorites.

It would go on to become the winningest
tag team in the history of professional

wrestling. Testify!

Coming down.

From Dudleyville, Devon and Bubba Ray,
the Dudley Boys.

The Dudley. Oh, man.

The Dudleys live for this. They live tag
team wrestling. They're the masters of

it. The most decorated tag team of all
time, Dudley Boys.

18 -time world tag team champions.

We are the Dudley Boys.

The best tag team in the world today.

First time that I saw them.

We heard that this wrestling called ECW
was a thing. I was

floored. I've never seen stuff this
violent.

When it came to ECW and going too far,
there was no such thing.

The Dudleys were absolutely brutal.

They also had such a distinctive look
with, like, the glasses and then the tie

-dye. It definitely stood out and helped
them once they got to WWE.

They're here, and the Dudleys are ready
to fight!

The Dudley boys came in and almost
instantly were beloved.

Thou shall not mess with the Dudleys!

In the ring, we had chemistry, we had
timing, we had that it factor.

And we had the number one thing that
every great tag team needs. You need a

great tag team finish.

That is the most fun -to -watch

finishing move.

It's cool -looking. The guy's up in the
air, and he gets kind of an RKO off the

ground.

They were the ones pushing, like, the
edginess. They were the ones who were

and dynamic. They bring a creativity.

They bring a charisma.

The... There's so many

memorable things that we all love.

They felt like rock stars.

What are the Dudley Boys best known for?

Whenever you saw the Dudleys, you wanted
to see them get the table.

If I know the Dudleys are coming out, I
know these guys are going to

get tabled out at a certain point in
time. I want to see them go through the

table. Oh, my God!

They're slamming Mae Young through the
table. What the hell?

Oh, is that Mae Young? They don't care
who they're putting on these tables.

It didn't matter who you were, you were
getting put through a table, and that

kind of attitude is what made the Dudley
boys stand out.

These guys have conquered it all!

The Dudley boys, to have as much success
as they've had, is a testament to how

good of a team that they are.

We're the baddest tag team on the
planet!

Me and D -Von were attached to the hip
for 20 years.

We were a true tag team in every sense
of the word.

The most decorated team of all time, the
Dudley Boys!

Absolute legends who are a perfect
complement to each other. And after all,

that's what tag team wrestling is all
about.

Playing to each other's strengths.

Another case in point, the Rock and Roll
Express.

Debuting in the early 80s, the tandem of
Ricky Morton and Robert Gibson were

wrestling's resident rock stars with
heartthrob good looks, a high -voltage

dynamic, and an exciting offensive
repertoire.

The Rock and Roll Express would charm
and captivate crowds all across the

U .S. of A.

From Tennessee, Ricky and Robert, the
Rock and Roll Express!

It's hard to explain how popular.

The Rock and Roll Express were. They are
nothing but excitement.

Here's the Rock and Roll Express, a tag
team of the 80s. Great Morton and Robert

Gibson are forever. Rock and Roll is
never going to fade away.

They were rock stars. They were teen
idols in the 80s. Rock and Roll is here

stay. The Rock and Roll Express was the
best babyface tag team of all time. Of

all time, period.

There's something about them. They were
going to come out there and they were

going to rock.

The people here, they are rockin' and
rollin'. They set arenas on fire, and

people loved them, and they set a
standard for tag team wrestling that I

think had ever been seen before.

They have really created excitement
wherever they go.

Any time you see the Rockin' Roll
Express, you see the best.

It seemed like they were 100 % in sync
all the time.

To win championships all over, it shows
how popular and how great they were.

We are the NWA World Tag Team Champions.

We are the true Smoky Mountain Tag Team
Champions.

The Mid -South Tag Team Champions, the
Rock and Roll Express.

They can work against the Road Warriors.
They can work against Midnight Express

or Cornette.

It didn't matter. They were that good.

The latest entrant into the WWE Hall of
Fame, Ricky Morton, Robert Gibson,

The Rock and Roll Express!

You are the greatest person I ever met
in my

life.

They're entertainers as well as being
great athletes. They're idiots.

Edge and Christian were fun. They
weren't good guys. They were horrible

You know, they liked hitting people with
chairs and causing chaos and winning by

any means necessary, but there was this
certain aura of fun about them where

even though the audience booed them...

they still kind of liked them and they
enjoyed their antics because they were

just so entertaining when they were
singing like other people's theme songs

thought it was so funny those

guys they just had a swag about them
very flamboyant you know very

confident in their skin and i always
appreciated that These are two guys

you know, really, they grew up together.

When it came to being in ladder matches
and stuff like that, they knew the tag

team championships. They knew exactly
how to work together.

And then entertainment -wise, you know,
that five -second pose.

For the benefit of those with flash
photography.

I don't exactly know what this is, but
they would just always do this.

I've never seen anyone pose like this,
though, is the thing. But I really enjoy

it, and that's the one I would do.

Maybe dressed as Elvis.

We call this one a hunk of hunk of edgy
Christian.

In terms of like checking boxes, we
checked a lot of boxes from the brood to

what we became.

I just feel like we both had the same
mindset.

We get entertained, we go.

But when it was time to get them down,
we got them down. These guys can be

like that. But when they go out there,
they're one of the best tag teams.

They're definitely going to prove it. We
are.

The kings of the ladder match.

Oh, my God! Oh, my God!

Oh, my God! And for the 21 ladder!

Who else would do that?

Psychos. To this day and for the rest of
time, people will say that that

Hardee's -Dudley's -Edge and Christian
rivalry is maybe not just the greatest

tag team rivalry of all time, but one of
the greatest rivalries of all time.

Edge and Christian have done it!

We were out there for each other and to
make our team the best team. That was

the goal.

We wanted to be the best.

This is great that you have this duo
that are so incredibly funny but also so

incredibly talented in the ring so they
can back up all their shenanigans that

they were pulling.

This is good stuff.

Yeah, check out your pearly white. They
look great.

Look at you, you're in a costume.

Yeah, they're really coming in. They
look great. The most photogenic tag team

ever. I think so.

You could just tell that they had a
very, very special bond before ever,

stepping into a ring in WWE.

Let me get old Commissioner Mick there
to get us a couple sodas, huh? I'm

That soda's real.

Yeah, they do.

If I have to look back at one thing,
we're at WrestleMania, and we're both

grabbing the Tag Team Championships.

Tag Team Christian are the new Tag Team
Champions!

And looking over and seeing him beside
me, I mean, man, you can't beat it.

You just can't beat it.

Edge and Christian would win seven World
Tag Team titles in their time together,

serving as an awesome first act in their
legendary careers.

Both men would go on to achieve enormous
success at singles, winning multiple

WWE World Championships, as well as
headlining a number of WWE events.

And although tag team wrestling can
certainly help launch a singles career

that next level, what happens in the
reverse scenario when two already well

-established main event players decide
to unite and become a tag team?

Well, if egos are in check, then that's
a big if. The level of success these

super teams can attain together could be
limitless.

Look at that.

Death. They've had their differences in
the past, but the Macho Man is extending

the hand of friendship to the holster.
We could be seeing the meaning of the

madness and the mania. Yes! There it is!

Sometimes we get two single stars come
together, and they just seem to click.

That tends to be the most successful
super team.

We're a world tag team champ.

If you can get on a super team, then you
do it.

You see it in sports all the time.

LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, this box.

You don't expect those teams. So when it
happens, it's just extra special.

We will do what we want. No one can stop
us.

A super team that I loved was the two
-man power trip.

Triple H and Stone Cold. These two run
the whole company as it is. Now that

they're a tag team, unstoppable.

Rated RKO.

I really hated Edge, and I really hated
Randy Orton. Now these guys are a team.

Two dudes with attitude.

The perfect combination of size and
strength.

Big Sean Undertaker.

It's not even fair.

Shawn Michaels, Stone Cold Steve Austin.
They did not kick the ball. They still

won the tag team title.

X -Pac and Kane.

Mick Foley and Kane, too.

There's been so many. RBD and Kane.

I love the dynamic of a

team that you can't figure out how to
beat.

My goodness, this super group.

You can go all the way back to the mega
powers.

The symbol of greatness.

Macho man Randy Savage and Hulk Hogan.

The mega, yeah, the mega, yeah, the mega
power, yeah.

Mega power, yeah.

You had these two bigger than life
characters, colorful, but all of a

when they came together, it was like
something was going to be unstoppable.

Kane and Undertaker, the brothers of
destruction.

Amazing to see them on the same page.

I'll say it, they're not there.

Hell hath no fury like these two.

He has a great tag team in the ring, but
I'm more interested in what was their

cohesion like when they left the arena.

If you're Undertaker, the whole deal is
that you burned the house down and Kane

stuck inside.

That's arson, attempted murder.

I don't know if he sent him an edible
arrangement, got him a couple bottles of

Jack, but Kane saying, hey, it's true.

Let's be a tag team now and mess
everybody else up.

What's going on?

Enough people don't talk about the Rock
and Sock connection.

Rock and Sock!

It was almost comical because they were
so different. Polar opposites.

Rock comes out with such a shirt, the
eyebrow, the glasses, and mankind is

dressed like he found that shirt two
minutes before he walked out.

It's the most unlikely tag team ever,
JR.

Such an amazing dynamic between these
two characters.

The Rock thanks you for that.

Don't come into our division if you're
not a real team. Get out. We don't want

you. Go back for your singles titles.
Fight for the IC title. Fight for the

world title. Nobody can beat us.

For fans, it's incredible.

The tag teams that already exist, I'm
sure it's frustrating.

I think it's similar to the NBA.

You get the best of the best together,
everyone else gets jealous.

I know that they're not a real team.

That's super team crap.

Get out of our division.

Okay, okay, simmer down, Woods.

There's plenty of room for everyone.

Now, whether you're assembling an
Avengers -level team or a street -level

Defender -style team, the recipe for
ultimate success remains.

The sum is greater than the parts, which
is exactly what struggling single

-stars Road Dogg and Billy Gunn figured
out when they set aside their rivalry

and joined forces.

Turns out these degenerate... were
perfect soulmates and became one of the

prolific tandems in the famed attitude
era. It's part of the X.

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls,
children of all ages, I give you the New

Age Outlaw.

Both Billy Gunn and the Road Dogg were
kind of lost at sea.

You had Billy Gunn as Rockabilly and
Road Dogg as the real Double J.

Neither one of them.

We're connecting with the crowd.

You know, me and you got a lot in
common.

Willie Will, are you with me?

So they just got pasted together to see
what happened.

And what happens, it's one of the
greatest tag teams of all time.

Oh, you didn't know?

You better call somebody!

I didn't love the outlaws, all right.
Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls,

children of all ages, we are the World
Wrestling Federation.

Sometimes it takes a while to find what
works with guys. And once they found

that, it really was lightning in a
bottle.

Those guys just took off and they ran
with the ball. They go out there and

they're just having fun.

You could tell that these dudes were,
like, legit bad friends.

And they played off of each other so
well, the chemistry was just there.

The New Age Outlaws are shaving Hawk's
mohawk! This is absolutely unheard of!

We'd love to get entertained. We'd love
to laugh.

But them stuffing Cactus Jack and James
Hurt Charlie in a dumpster and pushing

it off the stage.

Wait a minute! Wait a minute! Oh, my
God! Don't you dare do that!

Let go of these people in there!

Reckless.

I remember when they joined DX, I was
super pumped because it just felt like

they fit in. There has been a marriage
made straight from heaven.

They 100 % fit right into what they were
doing and right in with the attitude.

If you're not down with the new age
outlaws, we got two words for you.

Putting them in DX solidified them as
big time players.

You saw badass Billy Gunn going out
there shaking his hips like you want to

shake your hips, you know? Billy Gunn
was 6 '5", 260 pounds, and moves like

about 50.

Road Dogg is so ridiculous and such a
larger -than -life character.

Welcome to the Dog House!

Road Dogg was a mouthpiece, you know?
He'd talk his way through anything.

You know that D -O -double -G always
takes that year's net.

Doggy style!

They truly brought a new level to tag
team wrestling.

Because they were entertaining and they
were fun and they were multidimensional.

We're about to take you straight down
memory lane.

When the New Age Outlaws had their
return run and it led to the match at

WrestleMania 30, it was just fun.

And that chemistry is still there.

Six times WWE Tag Team Champions of the
World.

Wow. Incredible to see that kind of
longevity and impact.

True icons of the Attitude Era. In fact,
the Attitude Era was just stacked with

killer tag teams.

Among them, the Hardy Boys, the high
-flying, high -risk -taking duo of Jeff

Matt Hardy. One of the most influential
tag teams in WWE history, the Hardys set

a new bar for innovative and extreme
wrestling, a bar...

That hasn't been topped to this day.

Arguably the greatest tag team of all
time.

The Hardy Boy was one of the faces of
tag team wrestling.

You knew that when they came to the
ring, they were just going to bring a

different level of energy, different
type of skill set.

They were like dead devils. They were
like something different.

These guys, I mean, they sacrificed
their bodies every minute of every

The Hardy Boys were instantly
identifiable because of their offense.

I have never seen any offense like that.
They were great for taking what you

expected and flipping that expectation
on its head.

They would be jumping off ladders,
jumping off of whatever they possibly

the Titantron.

My God, what is he doing? Oh,

God! Oh!

They were incredible athletes.

They had such great chemistry together.
They were very different in the

technique and their look.

They just, like, looked so cool with the
fishnets and the colors.

They really spoke, I think, to the
younger audience.

They were always themselves, and they
were unapologetically themselves.

They didn't care what people thought,
and I think people actually enjoyed that

more. Talk about excitement!

Talk about extreme! Matt and Jeff Hardy,
baby!

I mean, they wrote the book on tag team
ladder matches.

These guys are crazy. The Hardy Boys are
crazy.

The Hardy Boys just represent that
extreme style.

They really, really raised the standards
for what ladder matches were.

The Hardys who made history in tables,
ladders, and chairs matches.

One of my favorite career moments,
hosting WrestleMania.

And then the moment that their music
hit.

What? Oh, my!

You've got to be kidding me!

Man, it's Jeff!

The Hardy Boys are here!

This is the first time in almost seven
years that the Hardys have teamed in

Everyone here inside the Citrus Bowl is
in shock.

That was one of those surprises that
never got spoiled.

Oh, no.

Twist of fate from the top of the
ladder.

Jeff Hardy, the thrill seeker, swan,
cod, bob.

To be able to bring them back, to be a
very small part of that moment is

incredible because Matt and Jeff mean so
much to tag team wrestling.

Eight -time WWA tag team champions.

They set the tone for all of us who came
after them. We all just wanted to

follow the artist. We all hoped to leave
a stamp on the industry on tag team

wrestling in the way that they had.
Their goal of a lifetime was to make it

WWE, and they've done that. Two guys
that have given everything, their lives,

their bodies, and they love it, and the
fans love them.

Unpredictability, unexpectedness. Two
absolute legends.

and guys that deserve their flowers for
what they've not only done for tag team

wrestling, but wrestling in general.

My blood pressure skyrockets just
watching those guys.

Incredible athletes that left an
indelible mark on the tag team division.

Now, the Legion of Doom, they were into
leaving different kinds of marks.

The black and blue kind.

Also known as the Road Warriors, the
team of Animal and Hawk were the

bearer of tag teams. Their mere presence
sent chills up the spines of their

opponents with their iconic face paint,
spiked football shoulder pads, and the

dreaded Doomsday device.

Their pops were legendary, giving fans a
rush they would never forget.

The LOD.

Oh, what a rush.

My favorite tag team of all time.

Road Warrior Animal.

The Legion of Doom.

They, to me, are the tag team.

We are walking dead. We are the Road
Warriors.

In our business, one thing we always
talk about is a Road Warrior pop.

Like, you always want a road warrior pop
because those guys would come out and

get a pop like none other.

Those guys came out, you couldn't hear
anything.

My all -time favorite tactic, the
spikes, the paint, the jackness.

We snack on danger.

We dine on death.

They're dead men. Don't make money.

Watching them on TV, I was hooked from
the beginning.

You're facing the best team in
professional wrestling today. From the

Chicago, we're talking the real deal.
Everything that the Legion of Doom did

looked like they couldn't be stopped.

We want the World Wrestling Federation
titles, and we want them bad. I've never

seen them live in a square garden, and
that was one of the coolest things I've

ever witnessed.

Hulk is up there!

He nailed it!

We got him!

Wherever the Royal Warriors went, they
captured gold.

Whether it was the AWA, Japan, WCW, or
WWE.

The Legion of Doom will never be...

closet champion.

We will face all challenges. We're
coming after you.

They like to hurt people. They're very
dangerous.

So many times you've watched them and
just hands on your head like, that guy

might be dead. They were set the
standard for dominating their opponents.

They just can't seem to handle the
Legion of Doom. We are the best.

that wrestling has to offer today.

They were always a force to be reckoned
with, and they won every championship

you can think of.

Nobody does it like the Legion of Doom.
I still, no matter who accomplishes

what, find myself going back to the
Legion of Doom as the greatest tag team

all time.

You set them up, we knock them down.

What a rush!

I can never do it as good as they can.

Anyway, two -time tag team champs, the
Legion of Doom, are no doubt on the tag

team Mount Rushmore. But right next to
them is our final duo, twin brothers

Jimmy and Jay, better known as the Usos.

Eight -time WWE tag team champions, the
Usos elevated their game to new heights

during the Bloodlines reign and put
together one of the most successful runs

the history of sports entertainment.

It's hard to argue that the Usos aren't
one of the greatest tag teams to ever

exist.

They're legit one of the best. Brothers,
twins, and this industry is in their

blood. They have just continually raised
the bar every single time they've

stepped in the ring.

The Usos are so incredible, one, because
they're cheating.

They're twins, and that's unfair.

That level of connection, they're always
on the same page.

Even when you're watching them, they're
communicating with each other without

saying a word. It's just a look or they
just know where each other's going to

be. And that type of teamwork really
stands out.

Oh, wow, into a Samoan drop.

I mean, you can't deny family and them
being brothers.

I mean, it's the whole package.

He is my blood.

He is my twin.

He is my brother. He is my family.

They have so many names in their legacy
to live up to.

Of course, from the Anoa 'i family, the
great wild Samoans, Zapa and Zika, their

father, of course, Rikishi, the rock,
Roman reign.

So having that drive makes them an
incredible tag team.

The Usos, much like every single member
of their family, are amazing at

adapting. The original incarnation of
the Usos was awesome.

The Samoan culture is very proud, and I
think early on they were very proud to

show their heritage.

But then it kind of morphed to where
they

were proud and they wanted to show who
they were as people.

We went from face paint to snapbacks,
from rainbow colors to white and black,

from wrestling tights to the all -white.
We went from, they might be all right,

to yeah, yeah, yeah, we had mass in the
night.

The Usos were able, especially once
under the umbrella of the bloodline, to

a pocket of success that no one was able
to touch and conquer or come anywhere

close to.

The historic reign for Jimmy and Jey Uso
has now lasted 622 days.

The Usos are very much so influential
that they made tag team wrestling cool

again. All the way to the point that
they main evented WrestleMania.

Arguably the greatest tag team of the
modern era. And here we are, closing out

WrestleMania as tag team champions.

The Usos were the very first tag team to
main event WrestleMania.

they've broken down so many barriers
deserve that spot more than anyone to be

able to do that as brothers is beyond
special how do you prepare for two

brothers who ain't got nothing to lose
you can't how do you prepare for two

brothers that's been down since day one
jimmy and jay the fool

It is so rare to see a longtime tag team
like them go their separate ways and

get to the point of being main eventers.
That is really a testament to their

ability, not only as a tag, not only as
a collective, but individually. They're

just so incredibly talented and hungry.

The legacy they've left behind as a tag
team here is going to be very hard to

match.

Guaranteed Hall of Famers as a tag team.
I can't say enough good things about

them. I really can't.

For my money.

The Usos are the greatest tag team in
history.
