Wings Relief, an NGO that specializes in
bringing humanitarian aid to hot zones.

It was on its way back from a joint Navy
civilian mission in Haiti.

Interim director has made solving this
case a priority.

Well, there are several anti -government
groups in Haiti with the resources to
