Fifteen years ago,

I dislocated my shoulder
on Heroes and Villains.

Shoulder popped out.

My shoulder.

I couldn't get it back in
on my own.

Medical had to come out,
relocate my shoulder.

I went back into the challenge.

After that, I had reconstructive

shoulder surgery,
because my shoulder was done.

My rotator cuff,
labrum fully torn.

So now,
I come to this challenge,

I can't use that shoulder.

It's gonna lock up.
It just, it's... I can't.

I won't be able to keep
that elevated for that long.

So now I have
to use my left arm...

...which is
my less dominant arm.

And I'm thinking,
"Oh, no. The one thing

"I'm not gonna be good at
in this game, besides puzzles,

is anything overhead."

Whew. Let the games begin.

It looks and sounds so simple.

Just have to hold your arm
above your head for an hour.

How hard can that be?

It is not easy.

There's this whole contraption.

Water comes down this chute
and slowly

starts to lift this pot.

And then there's, like,
a marker

on the pole, and when
the pot gets to the top,

the pot breaks, you win.

The pot's moved, like,
this much up the pole.

I'm like,

"Oh, God." Like,

I felt like I'd been up there
for three hours.

This is going to be

the longest hour of my life.

It is agonizing.

Like, anything that
could have hurt, hurt.

Everything tenses up.

This is

the hardest thing
I've ever done.

Like, back starts locking up.

My feet are starting to hurt me.

with childbirth.

Last time I played, I was 28,

when I was young and right

All the experiences I had

were such amazing experiences.

buy those experiences.

And when you're a mom,

it's very easy to get stuck
in the day-to-day life.

You kind of forget yourself.

or my arm is gonna have to
come out of the socket

for me to come off this perch.

rolling that boulder until
you reach a very tall platform,

where you will
have to work together

to get everybody
to the top of the boulder

and on the platform,

where two tribe members
will race to finish

a Survivor logo puzzle.

First group to finish
wins reward.
