Yeah, I just got here.
No, no, I told you I'm not doing that. I already did it.
I'm already here.
Why?
Whatever. Okay, anyways, I'm here. I'm staring at him.
All right.
Hey. Well, hello, Ms. Fox. It's a pleasure to meet you.
Why don't you have a seat?
Well, um, so, what, uh... What seems to bring you in here today?
I mean, I have a bit of an idea, but can you please articulate that to me?
I don't know. My parents want me to come here.
Okay. Is there some sort of issue in particular that you have with your
I don't know. I guess they say I have an attitude.
So, I'm sensing some bit of hostility and possibly some animosity. Is there...
Something in particular that is driving this emotion?
Uh, man, I don't know.
Everyone's, like, doesn't know how to do their job at my job, and I'm working
all the time, and I just don't know, like, what to do.
And then I'm getting mad at everyone.
Okay, is there any particular thing that is cutting this off, or it's just in
general? In general, every day, all day, angry.
Okay.
So I have a little bit of unconventional methods to get to the root of things.
One of the things I want to inform you is that if you'll look up here, I do
record all my sessions, and that is just so I can go back and refer to my notes
and look at your demeanor and things and just try to...
pinpoint exact issues and exact times of issues.
So just know that that's taking place and that everything just stays with
me and in my own personal lives.
Okay? You okay with that?
Okay. I guess.
That's wonderful.
So why don't you tell me about your relationship with your parents? What is
like?
They're always telling me to do stuff when I get out of work, like chores.
I know how to do that stuff already.
I don't even know why I still live with them.
They get on my nerves every day, and they still treat me like a kid.
Okay.
What did you say about the relationships with your coworkers?
Well, I said it before. No one knows how to do anything.
I feel like I'm working with a bunch of new people every day.
It's not cool.
Specifically about your managers that work.
Do you feel that they are incompetent as well?
Yeah. I don't even know why the manager... The whole place is shut down.
Okay, interesting.
What do you...
I think it'll work after you're wound up from your day.
Do you have any issues going home and maybe going to sleep or relaxing?
Yeah.
When I get home, I don't want to sleep because the whole day was ruined for me,
so I just want to relax and be home and be on my phone for like an hour or so
before going to bed.
Okay.
So is this accompanied by...
It's fatigue, achy muscles, maybe some joint pain or anything like that.
I guess my back hurts.
Okay.
I wear a lot of bags.
All right.
All right.
I think I understand what's going on.
Do you?
Yeah, I do believe I do.
You're having a problem.
With a lot of pent -up anger and frustration that you're holding on to,
and you just don't know how to effectively release it, let it go,
and be able to move on.
You're holding on to things too long and magnifying them inside your
body, and it's just building up.
Yeah, I think there's that.
And you have to be able to take personal responsibility for the things that you
do. You shouldn't be blaming everything on everybody else. It's everybody else's
issue. It's everybody else's problem. And you're the only one that does not
an issue and a problem. And effectively what that's doing is making you the
issue and the problem.
I don't believe that's true at all.
Well... respectfully, I'm the professional here.
So, yeah. I do believe that that is the issue.
I respectfully do.
See, there again, goes right along the lines of what I'm saying.
How
do
you feel physically right now?
Tired. I don't even know why I'm here.
Well, you're here because your parents feel that you need to be here,
And I have a tendency to agree with them on that, to say the least.
What I would like to try first is working on
your ability to be able to release your tension, working on
clearing your mind.
through your body. Everything flows through your body.
So if we can clear everything out of your body, that will bring everything,
your pent -up frustrations and vent them out through your body and then bring
them out. That way you'll find that you're much more relaxed, much more have
the ability to be able to cope and deal with people in a much nicer way.
Does that sound like something that would be productive for you?
I don't know. Is that like something my parents have to pay for?
Well, it's covered in the session.
So it would be fun.
I mean, I'm already here.
Okay. All right.
Let's get started on that.
You're ready.
Yep.
Okay.
Let me explain to you what we're going to do here.
Essentially, I feel like you have a lot of built -up tension.
And that's not allowing your body to release all of your anger and
So first, we work on getting your body right and making that a
vessel.
For your mind to be able to open up, dump and release all of your tension.
And into our next session, we'll release that. It's just a continuing cycle.
And I believe if you do this, you're going to have a much more positive
And your serotonin levels will be higher.
And it will just be a wonderful overall experience for your life in general. To
where you'll find a peace and happiness that you really never had before.
So, do you have permission to start?
Sure. Okay, fantastic.
So we just lay down and just relax.
There we go.
feel all that tension starting to leave your body, pushing
all of the toxins that you have into your bloodstream. So make sure you drink
plenty of water.
Okay. And you're just going to find that it's a much more overall
body experience. It's good for your mind, your body, and your soul.
Yeah, I guess it feels good.
Yeah.
just a little.
I just want you to visualize all of your tension just
flowing out.
Go to
that happy little place.
Whether it's a beach or it's a park or a bench.
Wherever your happy place is, envision yourself there.
One of my favorite things to do is envision watching Bob Ross
paint pretty little trees, pretty little birds.
There are no mistakes.
It's just trees and birds.
Curiously enough, in the late 1800s, it was very, very popular
for most of your housewives to go see a therapist
for what they referred to as a pelvic massage.
A lot of women really weren't understood back then like they are now.
Anytime a woman would have emotional outbursts and stuff, they refer to it as
hysteria.
And a very effective technique, they would bring
the woman in and she would get a pelvic floor massage.
And by the time she left out of there, she was just...
feeling like the world was right.
It's a bit old school, but I think they were onto something back then. I really
think they knew what they were doing.
And what is that?
Well, if I were to slowly insert my fingers
and massage your pelvic floor,
That would bring you to a heightened sense
that would release all of your tension.
Usually in one orgasmic happening.
And the relaxation that follows is just immensely satisfying.
So, of course, it's covered in the session as well.
So, I really think it's something you can benefit greatly from.
I don't know.
I've never heard of that before.
Like I said, it was quite popular in the 1880s.
There you go.
Just relax.
Flip over for me here a little bit.
See, I can just feel that anxiety and tension just releasing from your body.
Yeah, it feels good.
Were you still going to do that method that you were talking about?
The pelvic floor massage?
Yeah, I feel like that might really help.
Oh, I certainly can.
Okay. Okay.
That's it, yeah.
Feels really good actually.
of that pressure.
Thank you.
I think I'm going to come.
That's it.
That's it. Give me the release.
Give me the release.
Oh, my God.
Oh,
yeah.
Oh, my God.
I think that really helped.
Oh, it definitely helped.
I think I could have some more, too.
You think you'd like some more?
Yeah.
I'm a lot happier.
I see how you feel that tension and release.
Yeah, that's very nice.
Now I have a little different type of therapy. It's a little mutual therapy.
that you're in this happy little place, giving back takes it up to another
level.
So I think maybe a little reciprocating would put you in even a
higher state of enlightenment and satisfaction.
Okay. Yeah.
Oh, okay, yeah.
I was not expecting that.
Like that This
is
really big
um um
um um
Oh, yeah.
Would you do me a favor?
Would you lay me back here?
Oh, yeah.
in your throat.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, yeah.
Good. But I think I want some more.
Oh, really?
You can do that.
Oh.
Oh, my God.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, my God, it's so big.
I can't believe I'm doing this Oh
my god
Fucking so deep.
I love you.
Yeah, is that your spot?
Yeah. Yeah, you got a lot of tension getting away? Yeah.
Yeah.
Oh, my
God.
Oh, yeah.
Okay You can try this way
I'm not expecting this.
This is crazy.
It's a bit unconventional.
I know the results are there.
I think I'm going to come again. Oh, yeah?
Yeah. You're going to come again?
Yeah.
Oh yeah. Oh yeah.
Oh yeah.
Oh yeah. Oh yeah.
Oh.
and kept us in touch.
attention to Lucy, don't you? Yeah.
I feel so much better.
Good. Oh, yeah.
I think I'm going to release some tension here tonight. Yeah, it's your

Now we both feel better.
Well, most definitely.
