=Bloom in Turmoil=

=Episode 13=

Come with me.

How touching.

Lu Shiqi.

To succeed, you can't be hindered by personal affections.

Kill Lu Xinnian now,

and you'll still be my most trusted henchman.

My dear brother-in-law.

If you can't do it,

I will help you.

Yunhe.

Trust me.

(Yunhe, stay calm. Don't trust Lu Shiqi.)

(Don't trust Lord Huai'en either.)

(You must uncover the truth yourself.)

General, go quickly!

After them!

Xinnian.

Perhaps this is our fate.

We're unable to kill or love.

But I won't let you die.

You go first. I'll hold them off.

Lu Shiqi.

Do you think I can escape

in this situation?

Listen, I don't need you to save me.

My vengeance is yet to be fulfilled. I cannot die or resign to fate.

Jump off the cliff for a sliver of hope.

My Lord,

Lu Xinnian and Lu Shiqi have fallen off the cliff.

Even so,

you can't get over her, can you?

My men have not found their bodies.

They will surely pose a threat.

Don't worry, My Lord.

I'll surely help you find them.

I have thought of a way.

Lu Xinnian and Lu Shiqi

are both indispensable.

I will go to see His Majesty tomorrow.

Xinnian, you're awake.

Grandfather.

You came to see me in my dream.

Xinnian.

Xinnian.

You've suffered.

Grandfather.

Slow down, Xinnian.

Careful.

Xinnian.

Grandfather.

Xinnian.

Grandfather.

You...

Xinnian.

Grandfather.

You're alive!

Yes, I'm alive.

Grandfather.

I missed you so much.

I missed you too.

Grandfather.

I'm here.

Grandfather, don't cry.

Okay.

Xinnian.

Sorry, I made you worry.

Grandfather.

What exactly happened?

Why didn't I know anything, Grandfather?

It's all my fault. My fault.

I forbade Shiqi

from telling you the truth.

What?

Shiqi?

I know what you both went through

during this time.

You've suffered.

Grandfather.

Where is Shiqi?

Is he still alive?

Yes, he is.

Shiqi is alive.

Great.

Shiqi...

Shiqi is still alive.

But...

Water's here.

General, open your eyes!

He can't lose any more blood.

It won't stop.

General!

Miss, don't touch him.

Xinnian.

Old General Lu.

Although the arrow has been removed,

the bleeding won't stop.

He's nearly bled dry.

I truly did my best.

Shiqi, wake up!

Wake up, Lu Shiqi!

Didn't you say

you had a lot to say to me?

Lu Shiqi.

Xinnian.

Lu Shiqi.

Change it.

If it weren't for the Lu family,

he would have followed you to death when you fell off the cliff that day.

Listen up,

I would rather die

than be with a beast like you.

General.

Let me go.

General, calm down.

If you die,

the Lu family will truly lose all hope.

You can't jump.

Find her.

I want her alive.

I want her alive.

Alive.

Sir, I'm truly sorry.

Shiqi.

You did nothing wrong.

I brought disgrace upon the Lu family,

put you in danger,

and caused Xinnian to die tragically.

If Xinnian knew

you acted out of a sense of justice,

she wouldn't blame you.

I failed to protect her.

I thought

she would be safe

by marrying Lord Huai'en.

Shiqi, this isn't your fault.

The young emperor was deceived by Lord Huai'en.

You tried to maneuver,

pretending to work with Lord Huai'en in slaughtering the Lu family,

while secretly saving their lives.

And you prevented the Lu's Army from falling into Lord Huai'en's hands.

We endured all this

precisely to stop Lord Huai'en

from usurping the throne.

Trust me.

Xinnian won't die in vain.

The truth will come out one day.

You saved hundreds of lives

and tens of thousands of soldiers.

They're all waiting for you.

Waiting for you to lead them back to the capital.

I'll never disgrace the Lu's Army

and will eliminate the traitors.

Only then

will I dare face Xinnian again.
