You even sent Yi Fei

to find that Spider?

It must have something to do with Mr. Li Senior's death,

right?

Of course,

if you can make good on your promise,

I will keep my mouth shut

and continue to work for you,

Mr. Huo.

Now that I've thought about it,

I think you make a lot of sense.

Cooperation will benefit both of us.

I will handle the compensation.

It will be in your account tomorrow.

Mr. Huo.

Just now, I shouldn't have

spoken to you in that manner.

I was just...

We've been friends for so many years.

Of course, I know you.

Later,

I'll have Miss Yi put a few boxes

of fine wine in the trunk of your car.

Go back now.

No, Mr. Huo...

You deserve it.

Go on.

Thank you.

(The focus of the industry) As the new

(Huo Jian as the Chairman of Ocean Group) Chairman of Ocean Hotel,

I will lead Ocean Hotel

(If you don't want anyone to find out about your secret,)

(King of Spades) (then do as I say.)

Now that you've found out

about the last thing you should know,

you can't stay alive any longer.

(She even wanted to call the police.)

I told you.

This was your last chance.

What a pity.

You messed it up.

(Look.)

Even the heavens think

that you are a fool.

You don't deserve a single penny.

That's enough.

If you drink any more, I'll have to send you back.

You might even throw up in my car.

Who asked you to send me back?

I'll get you a glass of milk tea.

No need.

Do you think I'm still a baby

that suckles milk like you?

Never mind then.

When I saw you playing drums earlier,

I knew there was something troubling you.

Liang did

go a bit far this time.

He didn't even tell us

about such a big thing.

But what's worse

is that

he actually announced it at your family's party.

There must be something wrong with his brain.

That said,

there must be

a reason why Liang didn't tell us.

Think about it.

We grew up together.

When has he ever managed

to hide something from us?

Maybe

he never even wanted

to get along with that Su Xie Yi.

Today, he introduced her to us.

Tomorrow, they might have already broken up.

Why bother?

What score?

What's the score?

Don't lie. Be serious.

90.

Pretending to be impartial here,

aren't you?

Miss Shi,

you are incredibly hard to console.

Hou Xiao Dong!

Do I need you to console me?

This is silly.

This is dumb!

I...

Wait! I'll send you back.

(At 4 PM today,)

(the traffic police department received a report)

(that a wrecked vehicle was recovered)

(from the river.)

(According to the preliminary judgment)

It was raining quite heavily a few days ago.

(at the scene.)

(Based on the car's license plate,)

(to find out the cause of the accident.)

Someone saved him.

(We also hope that viewers)

(who know the owner of the car)

(can contact the police to provide information.)

Liang.

Ever since that Su Xie Yi

appeared,

you've been getting more

and more mysterious.

Be honest with me.

Do you sincerely

like her,

or are you just trying to pass the time?

If I wanted to pass the time,

I could just play games.

Mr. Li,

he is awake.

Let's go.

Mr. Li.

You sure got lucky today.

If Liang hadn't asked

Ji Ying Song to follow you,

you would be

at the bridge to the other world by now.

Mr. Li.

You saved me?

Who else could it be?

Huo Jian?

You attacked Xie Yi.

I had Ji Ying Song follow you

to capture you.

That's my fault.

Before this, Huo Jian

wanted me to investigate Miss Su.

However, she found out.

I had no choice but to...

This...

I know.

You were only working for Huo Jian

because of your father.

I put some money on this card.

It's enough

to cover the rest of your father's medical expenses.

I'm sorry, Mr. Li.

I was wrong.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

You should know

that I didn't just save you

out of kindness.

I need you to repay the favor.

You've been working for Huo Jian for all these years.

You've done many of his dirty deeds for him.

I'm sure you must know

some of his unspeakable secrets.

I want to know the real reason.

You even sent Yi Fei

to find that Spider?

It must have something to do with Mr. Li Senior's death,

right?

Could it be

that I got it right?

What did you say?

I overheard it as well.

He sent Yi Fei

to find someone known as the "Spider".

Spider?

This "Spider" guy is the one

who cleaned the windows for the hospital Mr. Li Senior was in.

It was very strange indeed.

I only made it up in the heat of the moment too.

Right.

It must be because of that.

However,

it seems he disappeared two years ago.

The "Spiders"

hang outside the wall.

They are not within the surveillance zone.

Liang.

You've been investigating

the people who appeared inside,

but you found nothing.

Could it be that it was someone outside

who discovered something about Huo Jian?

Now it makes sense.

Liang.

We have hope now.

I'll go

and search for clues about the Spider right now.

You and Ying Song

take him away from here right now.

This place isn't safe.

Remember to leave from the back door.

All right.

(According to the preliminary judgment of the investigation,)

(the cause of the accident)

(is believed to be drunk driving)

(or drowsy driving)

(by the driver)

(and the slippery roads)

(caused by recent rainfall)

(and other weather-related causes.)

(We would like to remind)

(all drivers)

(and to avoid drunk driving)

(and drowsy driving.)

(In addition, police were unable to locate the driver)

(at the scene.)

(Based on the car's license plate,)

(police have contacted the driver)

(and asked him to help with the investigation)

(to find out the cause of the accident.)

You don't like to go to the company.

It turns out

you prefer to hang around here, huh?

It's more fun to drink here.

You have a girlfriend now.

You should spend more time with her.

Why are you here, Uncle?

This belongs to Miss Su, right?

Yi Fei found it.

Back then, I wouldn't dare to say

I didn't like such alcohol

for fear that others would say I had no taste or class.

Now that I'm old,

I've decided to stop pretending.

If I don't like it, I don't.

After all, no matter how well I pretend,

I will be found out

sooner or later,

isn't that right?

You're right, Uncle.

Don't worry.

She is perfectly safe right now.

It's inevitable

that people would sometimes misplace things.

I lost something yesterday too.

Have you seen it?

Miss Yi?

You're awake, Miss Su.

How do you feel?

Miss Yi.

What is this place?

Why am I here?

This is our group's clubhouse.

Mr. Li was worried that the hospital would be too crowded

and disturb your rest,

so he had me

bring you here.

You mean, Mr. Li...

Ze Liang told you

to bring me here?

Of course.

Then where is he?

Mr. Li is in a meeting right now.

You must be hungry.

Try our clubhouse's soup.

It's delicious.

Thank you, Ms. Yi.

Oh, right.

Have you seen my bracelet?

The one I always wear on my left wrist.

Your bracelet?

No, I haven't.

Then what about my phone?

I want to give Ze Liang a call.

He should know

where my bracelet is.

I haven't seen your phone either.

Then what about yours?

Can I borrow it?

Miss Su.

I've told you

Mr. Li is in a meeting right now.

He doesn't have time

to answer your call.

The most important thing

you should do right now is rest and take care of your body.

You're right.

Ms. Yi.

When will Ze Liang

finish his meeting?

I miss him.

I don't know.

Wait for the notification.

Sorry.

I just recovered. My hands are still weak.

Can I take a shower?

Where is the darn lock?

Is something the matter?

This... This door...

This door has no lock.

If you need anything,

tell me.

I'll be right outside the door.

Hurry up and shower.

It's my first time here.

Aren't you going to give me a tour?

You have quite a lot of private rooms here.

Who is it? Are you asking for trouble?

Mr. Huo?

Mr. Huo.

Why... Why are you here?

My girlfriend.

You have a girlfriend now?

Well, introduce her to me.

Mr. Huo,

I don't think the circumstances

are appropriate.

Nothing of the sort.

We'll have to meet someday either way.

Besides, I am your senior

as well.

Mr. Huo.

How about this?

I'll introduce you guys another day.

Girls are shy.

She doesn't have makeup on either.

Next time, I'll bring her

to visit you personally.

Is that all right, honey?

Be good now.

Feisty, isn't she?

Look.

She's embarrassed.

All right.

Another day then.

Why is she taking so long in the shower?

Miss Su.

Miss Su?

She mustn't have gone far.

What exactly

did you lose, Uncle?

Why don't I help you look for it?

Think.

You should know what it is.

Certain items have grave consequences

if you lose them.

Just like Miss Su's bracelet.

It's important to her,

but if someone else picked it up,

they might not appreciate it.

Hello?

Hello?

Li Ze Liang.

I was locked up by Yi Fei.

I finally managed to escape.

Hurry up and come and pick me up.

Stay where you are.

I'll head over right now.

Uncle,

I don't know

where the thing you want is,

but I've found

what I've been looking for.

I won't keep you company any longer.

Put it on my tab.

I'll be leaving now.

Tell me your location.

Hello?

I apologize, Mr. Huo.

She slipped out.

We're looking for her right now.

Thank you.

Owner,

do you serve noodles here?

Do you have money?

I'm here.

Wait.

Help me pay for my noodles first.

Keep the change.

Their noodles are good.

Do you want a bowl of noodles too?

I'm fine.

Thanks.

What exactly happened?

When I woke up,

I found myself in a huge villa.

My phone and my bracelet were missing.

Yi Fei said you took me there

and told her to take care of me.

But she wouldn't let me contact you,

and she followed me everywhere.

She even

stood guard outside while I showered.

Fortunately, I was smart.

I noticed something was off right away.

That was practically a house arrest.

Something must be up.

So I tricked them

and got out.

You didn't take me there, did you?

No.

Why did Yi Fei

lie to me?

Could it be Huo Jian that's behind this?

Finish your noodles first.

It won't taste good once it gets lumpy.

Sorry.

Xie Yi.

I said

I would protect you,

but I failed to.

I'm sorry.

I'm fine.

I'm all right.

I'm just a little hungry.

Eat slowly.

I'm done.

Let's go.

I left in a hurry earlier.

I lost one of my slippers.

Did you find out where Lin Tai is?

I didn't see him

at the entrance of the bar,

but I checked the surveillance cameras nearby.

This is surveillance footage

from a cafe behind the bar.

This was when I went to the bar.

But I haven't managed to find out

where Ji Ying Song

took Lin Tai.

They are deliberately hiding.

You won't be able to find them.

But this isn't entirely a bad thing.

On the contrary,

it revealed my nephew's true colors.

He...

Could it be

that he has found the Spider?

That shouldn't be the case.

We've been looking for him for two years,

and we haven't even managed to find him.

he won't find him that easily.

You bought me a new phone

and paid for me to stay at a hotel.

Is this what they call

a blessing in disguise?

There are

no grudges between Yi Fei and me.

Why did she do this to me?

She must have been acting under Huo Jian's orders.

But why does Huo Jian want to imprison me?

Could it be that he wants to use me

to threaten you?

Or...

Could it be that he is involved with my family's matter as well?

And he is warning me?

Look.

Chen Heng Sheng may have been the one

to have signed the contract for Zhiwei,

but Huo Jian

could still get Chen Heng Sheng

I'm scared.

Don't worry.

I won't drag you down.

I'm not afraid of being dragged down.

I'm afraid he would hurt you.

I'm worried

that you would act impulsively,

given

your reckless personality.

If that happens,

not only would we not be able to get anything on him,

but we would also alert him instead.

Then

why are you telling me this now?

I'm telling you this

because I want you to stay alert and be more cautious,

not because

I want you to go after him.

I don't think he knows about your relationship

with Zhiwei right now.

He only wants to use you

to get to me.

So you should

still be safe right now.

As long as you don't do anything rash,

he won't actually hurt you.

So you want me
