[kid narrator] "The Wonder Pets in the City! Here Comes Cousin Luca!"

[teacher] Bye-bye, friends. Time to hop on home.

[kid 1] Guess what? My cousin's coming to visit today.

[teacher] Ooh, that sounds like fun.

[kid 2] Bye, Tate. See ya, Izzy and Zuri.

[ringing]

? I hear a beeping ?

? I hear a buzz ?

? It's the walkie-phone ?

? That's what it does ?

? And if it ever makes a peep at all ?

? Then an animal that needs us ?

? Is trying to call ?

Check it out, Wonder Pets.

? I can't see much ?

? But it appears ?

? To be a rabbit Judging by the ears ?

[chuckles]

? I've got a cousin, Luca Those ears look just like his ?

? For a sec I thought it was my cousin ?

? That's because it is ?

Luca! Hi!

? Well, what do you know? ?

? Greetings, one and all ?

? To what exactly do we owe The pleasure of this call? ?

? Well, I'd love to come and visit ?

That sounds top-tastic, wow!

? Well, how about next week? ?

? Or how about now? ?

[all exclaim]

I let myself in.

Welcome to the classroom, cuz. I'd like you to meet--

Oh, I already know who everyone is.

Tate the Snake and Izzy the Guinea Pig.

You are the amazing Wonder Pets, and I wanna join your team.

- You do? - Yupperz!

? I wanna help with the rescue ?

? Imagine how cool that would be ?

? As cool as it gets Wonder Pets ?

? More wonderful with me Luca! ?

He sure is excited.

That's one word for it.

Luca, we're so happy to have you join in on the teamwork.

But first, we need the walkie-phone to ring.

Oh!

? Well, what are you waiting for? ?

Come on!

[imitates phone ringing]

[ringing]

[gasps] I did it.

- ? I hear-- ? - ? A buzzing ?

- Uh-oh. - ? I hear a ding ?

? It's the Wonder Phone I made it ring ?

Um, that's not how the song goes.

And we usually sing together.

? That's okay Leave it to me to do ?

? It's the Wonder Pets and Luca How may we help you? ?

? I'm a squirrel from here in the city ?

? And I love to climb around ?

? But I scampered up here to enjoy the view ?

? And I can't get back to the ground ?

Aw, it will be okay, little stuck squirrel.

I'll be right there to rescue you.

Uh, I think you mean "we"?

? If you wanna be a Wonder Pet Even for the day ?

? You've gotta learn to do things The Wonder Pet way ?

With teamwork.

Teamwork!

? That's the most important thing Without a doubt ?

? I mean, I don't know what it is But I'm sure I'll figure it out ?

Let's go, go, go!

? A city squirrel is in trouble ?

? She needs our help for sure ?

? Unbelievable ?

- ? What are we waiting for? ? - Wait, wait! Me too, me too!

- ? Izzy ? - Luca!

- ? Zuri ? - Luca!

? And Tate Now let's ?

? Save the day ?

'Cause I'm a Wonder Pet!

Wonder Pets, here I go!

[Zuri] Uh, okay.

We gotta make the Jetcar, right? Do we use this part or this one?

Actually, the little squirrel is right here in the city,

just like us, so we can make the [imitates guitar] Jetscooter!

Ooh, I can make that too!

I bet this part goes here and this part goes here.

Uh, not really.

And Luca, you're forgetting the teamwork.

Don't need it 'cause I'm all done.

Still needs something

I know!

? It would be really neat-o If I had my own seat-o ?

We can use that tile to make an extra seat for Luca.

- But it's way up there. - It's okay!

? If we could get the tile Down from off the shelf ?

? With teamwork! And the best of all, I'll do it by myself ?

Uh, that's not how teamwork

Whoa!

[grunts]

works.

I was almost there. Want me to try again?

Or we can do it together?

That's what teamwork's all about.

? Working together ?

- ? Me ? - ? And you ?

? And you ?

? Different, but together There's nothing we can't do ?

That was awesome!

- Thanks! That was team - Bubble power!

work.

I am coming to save you, little squirrel!

It's "we."

We are coming to save you, little squirrel!

- Whoo! - Oh, yeah!

- Whoo-hoo! - [laughs] Let's go!

? We are the Wonder Pets ?

? With Luca on the team ?

- ? We're full of heart ? - ? Super smart ?

? And stronger than we seem ?

- ? We'll help the city squirrel ? - ? Who's right outside the door ?

? Wonder Pets ?

? More wonderful as four ?

? Does anybody see the squirrel? ?

? Luca's on the case ?

? There she is on the awning Of the pizza place ?

Wonder Pets! Thank goodness you're here.

But I thought there was only three of ya's?

? Before there were three ?

? Now there's four Thanks to me ?

? Nice to meet ya I'm Luca ?

? And you can be sure ?

? I'll save you all by myself Little squirrel ?

Wait, Luca! We have to put together a rescue plan.

It's not teamwork if you hop up there alone.

? You worry too much Don't sweat about the small stuff ?

? Let's deal with ?

? "This-little-squirrel's- Gonna-fall" stuff ?

? But, Luca, if you work Without a team ?

? You'll find that all the small stuff's Not as small as it might seem ?

Hold on, Luca, I have an idea.

Maybe we can all make a chain and slowly reach down to reach the little squirrel.

Rockin' idea, Tate! [imitates guitar]

? Tate, the snake, I totally agree ?

? But I can do it all myself Just watch me ?

- Whoa! - Wait, Luca! Don't forget about the--

[Luca grunts]

Teamwork!

[all shouting, grunting]

So, uh, was that part of your plan?

Nope.

? Just bad luck Now we're all stuck ?

- ? Un-- ? - ? Unbelievable! ?

Did he just steal my line?

? Unbelievable! ?

That's how it goes.

Luca, why do you keep trying to hop to the rescue all by yourself?

It seems like you don't get what it means to be on a team.

Like the Wonder Pets.

I think I get it. I mean, maybe I get it.

I mean [sighs]

? I wanted to prove that I'm awesome ?

? That I've got what it takes And yet ?

? All that I've done is show everyone I'm no kind of Wonder Pet ?

? You don't have to show us You can do things on your own ?

? Being on a team means That you never work alone ?

It does?

? Plus, it's more fun And you get way more done ?

? When everybody works together As one! ?

Hey, I think I get it! I think I finally get it!

Whoa!

Whoops, sorry.

This awning's almost as bouncy as that jumping ball back in the classroom.

[chuckles] But it's okay, I won't hop myself off this time.

[Wonder Pets laugh]

Wait, that's it!

Maybe if we all hop together on this bouncy awning,

we can all bounce back up onto the branch!

Ooh, just like we bounced up to reach the extra part for the Jetscooter!

? Oh, yeah, we won't stop Till we hop to the top-- ?

Together!

Ooh, count me in! I'll hop too.

? Working together ?

- ? Me ? - ? And you ?

? And you ?

? Different, but together There's nothing we can't do ?

Whoa!

We rocked it!

- Yay! - Yes!

Teamwork for the win!

Wow! Thanks, Wonder Pets!

You really are a top-notch team. All four of ya's!

See you round the city.

- Bye, little squirrel! - Stay safe!

I think our work here is done. We sure do make a rockin' team.

And that includes you, Cousin Luca!

Aw, thanks!

Okay, Cuz, you got the Wonder Pets experience,

but for the New York City experience, wanna try some fresh roasted peanuts?

Or some fresh, roasted celery for our fresh roasted celery-bration!

Wow! Food even tastes better when you eat it together. [chuckles]

- Right on! - Thanks, Luca!

Guess I should be hopping on home now.

Not so fast. Are you up for some sightseeing before you go?

Oh, yeah! I really wanna see the Statue of Liberty!

Well, as long as we can go there together.

You know we can, Cuz! Come on!

? We are the Wonder Pets ?

? With Luca on the team ?

? We're full of heart ?

? Super smart ?

? And stronger than we seem ?

? We helped the city squirrel ?

? And now our work is done ?

? Wonder Pets ?

? More wonderful as one ?

[kids] ? We are the Wonder Pets The biggest little team ?

? We're full of heart, super smart And stronger than we seem ?

? We're different, but together We can do what must be done ?

? Wonder Pets More wonderful as one ?

[kids cheer, laugh] Hooray! Let's go! Come on! All right!

Unbelievable.

[kid narrator] "The Wonder Pets in the City! Help the Emperor Penguin Fly!"

[kid 1] Bye, pets!

[kid 2] Mom, today we learned that there are birds that can't fly!

[ringing]

? I hear a beeping ?

? I hear a buzz ?

? It's the walkie-phone ?

? That's what it does ?

? And if it ever makes a peep at all ?

? Then an animal that needs us ?

? Is trying to call ?

Check it out, Wonder Pets.

? It's a little emperor penguin In Antarctica ?

? I've got the penguin blues I need your help real bad ?

? Izzy, what's the penguin blues? ?

? It means he's feeling sad ?

? See my wings are teeny tiny Way too small to fly ?

? They're perfect for swimming and sliding But not for soaring through the sky ?

I wanna fly like that big bird up there, but I can't. [sighs]

Aw!

I never knew that some birds can't fly.

We've got you, little penguin!

We'll be there soon to help you turn things around.

? A little penguin's got the blues ?

? He needs our help for sure ?

? Unbelievable ?

? What are we waiting for? ?

- Whoo-hoo! - [Zuri] Oh, yeah!

[Tate] Sweet!

- ? Izzy! ? - ? Zuri! ?

? And Tate! Now let's ?

? Save the day We're the Wonder Pets! ?

Wonder Pets, here we go!

Come on, team. It's Jetcar time!

? I'll run over here and grab a wing ?

? I'll boing to get the bubble jets Like a spring ?

Boing!

Wow!

? Tate, You can boing in a way that few can ?

? I wish I could coil my body up Like you can ?

[imitates guitar] You rock!

Well, I wish that I could shred air guitar licks like you.

[both sigh]

? If you both wanna do What the other can do ?

? Maybe you could help her And she could help you ?

Let's try it!

Tate, maybe I can help you shred air guitar like this.

[imitates guitar]

- Ooh! Tail guitar! - [imitates guitar]

[vocalizing]

? Play that thing And make it sing ?

? My tail is like a guitar string ?

[imitates guitar]

Now it's your turn, Izzy!

? Climb on And soon you'll be enjoying ?

? What it feels like to go boing ?

Rock and roll! [laughs]

Uh, I mean, rock and boing, boing, boing.

I'm doing it! I'm really doing it!

? You helped him And he helped you ?

? Now I wanna help out too ?

? Working together ?

- ? Me ? - ? And you ?

[Tate] ? And you ?

? Different, but together There's nothing we can't do ?

Now let's rock and roll out. We've got a little penguin to help!

Bubble power!

We're coming to save you, little emperor penguin!

- [Izzy] Oh, yeah! [chuckles] - Whoo-hoo!

Let's go!

? We are the Wonder Pets The biggest little team ?

- ? We're full of heart ? - ? Super smart ?

? And stronger than we seem ?

? We'll help the little penguin And do what must be done ?

? Wonder Pets More wonderful as one ?

Here we are, Wonder Pets. Snow Hill Island in Antarctica.

Oh, yeah!

- Whoo-hoo! - [laughs]

Look! I see the penguin.

? Zuri for the win ?

Hold on, Wonder Pets.

? We're going in ?

The Wonder Pets are here!

I can feel the sad penguin blues going away already.

[giggles] Whee!

Whoa!

? Now that's a rockin' way To slide down a hill ?

[imitates guitar]

You think so?

? It's a unique penguin skill ?

[giggles] Thanks for coming all the way to Antarctica to help me fly.

I wanna do it just like he does.

Ooh, what kind of big giant bird is that?

[penguin] That's an albatross. They have the biggest wings of any bird.

[sighs] I wish I had big wings like that.

? Then I could feel what it's like ?

? To soar through the air with grace ?

? Above the snow, high as I can go ?

? The wind blowing in my face ?

? But as much as I've flapped ?

? As hard as I've tried ?

? I just fall on my belly and slide ?

[sighs]

? If you just want the feeling of flying ?

? You really don't have to look far ?

? We can give you a real rockin' ride In our flying machine called ?

? The Jetcar! ?

I can fly with you?

Of course!

Icy bubble power!

I can't believe it!

I'm flying!

I'm really flying!

How does it feel?

? It's all that I could have imagined ?

? And more than I hoped it would be ?

? What a rush As we swoop ?

? And soar as a group ?

? It's so awesome to fly with you three ?

Rock on, little flying penguin! [chuckles]

[imitates guitar]

Huh? Hey, little penguin dude.

Fancy seeing you up here. I've never seen a penguin fly before!

It's my first time!

? I can't believe I really flew ?

? Way up there in the sky ?

? Oh, what bliss ?

? Now I can kiss Those penguin blues goodbye ?

Whoo-hoo!

Now those are some radical moves!

I've always wanted to surf the snow on my belly like that.

But my huge wings get in the way.

See? [sighs]

? It sure is a bummer ?

? Not being able To flop on my belly and cruise ?

? It gives me a terrible case Of the albatross blues ?

[sighs]

Hey, since you're here, think you could help me out too?

Help you?

Yeah!

Surf the snow on my belly like little penguin dude.

Oh, sure, we can help you figure it out.

But wait, you've gotta keep helping me. I wanna get back up there and fly.

- Wait, you wanna fly again? - [penguin] Uh-huh.

I wanna fly today, and tomorrow, and all the time!

It's the only thing that keeps away

? The sad penguin blues ?

So now you both need our help?

? Unbelievable ?

What do we do?

? The penguin wants To fly through the sky ?

Like the albatross high overhead ?

? And the albatross Wants to slide down the hill ?

? Like the penguin Sleek as a sled ?

Wait, that's it!

Both birds wanna do what the other can do.

This is like back in the classroom, when I wanted to boing like you.

And I wanted to rock out like you.

[imitates guitar]

So

? If they each want to do What the other can do ?

? Maybe you can help him And he can help you ?

[stammers] What?

Animals are good at different things.

You surf the snow on your belly.

You fly in the sky with your wings.

? But instead of giving up Or feeling blue ?

? Why don't you share The things that you can do? ?

? So you can help me slide ?

? And you can help me fly ?

? Exactly, now come on Let's give it a try ?

? Working together ?

- ? Me ? - ? And you ?

? And you ?

? Different, but together There's nothing we can't do ?

? Hang on tight Little penguin dude ?

? 'Cause we're about To get some altitude ?

I'm flying again! I'm flying!

Now switch!

Okay, now you hang on me.

Whoo-hoo! This is so much fun!

It's working! They're all doing what they wanna do!

Goodbye, penguin and albatross blues!

Wonder Pets!

? You helped us kick the blues We're full of cheer ?

? Now slide with us It's all downhill from here ?

- Rock and slide! - [all cheering]

Thank you, Wonder Pets!

Happy to help both of you!

Now, come on, who's up for an in-flight snack celery-bration?

Radical!

Yum!

Looks like our work here is done, Wonder Pets.

- Bye! Come back to fly - And slide!

with us, anytime!

? We are the Wonder Pets The biggest little team ?

- ? We're full of heart ? - ? Super smart ?

? And stronger than we seem ?

? We helped the birdies lose the blues And now our work is done ?

? Wonder Pets More wonderful as one ?
