[kids] ? We are the Wonder Pets The biggest little team ?

? We're full of heart, super smart And stronger than we seem ?

? We're different, but together We can do what must be done ?

? Wonder Pets More wonderful as one ?

[kids cheer, laugh] Hooray! Let's go! Come on! All right!

Unbelievable.

[kid narrator] "The Wonder Pets in the City! Help The Wallabies!"

[child] Bye, Tate and Izzy.

See ya, Zuri.

I missed you, Mommy, but I squeezed my stuffie and it helped.

[parent] Aw.

[ringing]

? I hear a beeping ?

? I hear a buzz ?

? It's the walkie-phone ?

? That's what it does ?

? And if it ever makes a peep at all ?

? Then an animal that needs us ?

? Is trying to call ?

Check it out, Wonder Pets!

? It's a little joey in Tasmania ?

Uh, "joey"?

How do you know his name is Joey?

[giggles] I don't.

- [joey groans] - ? You call a baby wallaby a joey ?

- Oh. - [joey groans]

? I'd have called him Wally But what do I know? ?

Aw. I think he's calling from inside his mama's pouch.

- [coos] - He's so cute.

What's a pouch?

Wallabies have pouches on their bellies

that they use to carry their babies.

Yep.

? It's so comfy in here So fluffy and furry ?

? It makes me feel safe Like I don't have to worry ?

? But now Mama says I'm too big ?

? And I can't stay in here forever ?

? But I wanna stay till I'm ready to go ?

And when will that be?

? Never! ?

Can you help me?

Aw. Of course we can, adorable little joey.

I'd sure never want to leave a pouch like that.

[parent clears throat]

? I wish you could stay in my pouch ?

? I cherish and love every minute ?

? But he's gotten so big and so heavy ?

? I can't even hop anymore When he's in it ?

You gotta be able to hop, Mama.

Hopping is the best thing ever.

Can you come help my joey see that it's time to hop out on his own?

No! I wanna stay in pouch.

- Stay. - Uh, it's okay.

We'll be there soon to figure something out.

? The wallabies are in trouble ?

? They need our help, for sure ?

? Unbelievable ?

? What are we waiting for? ?

- [Izzy] Whoo-hoo! - Oh, yeah!

[Tate] Sweet!

- ? Izzy! ? - ? Zuri! ?

? And Tate! Now let's ?

? Save the day We're the Wonder Pets ?

Wonder Pets, here we go!

Come on, team. Let's build the Jetcar!

- Whoops. - Tate, what's that?

It's my snuggle-stuffie.

? It reminds me of home And puts me at ease ?

? I know I can always give it a squeeze ?

Oh, I have a stuffie like that too.

? It's my veggie-snuggle-boo! ?

? And whenever I'm feeling blue I give it a snuggle or two ?

But I don't have a stuffie or a snuggle-boo.

? But now I see they comfort you ?

? In times of stress and struggle ?

? I wish I had a stuffie I could snuggle ?

[sighs]

It's okay, Zuri.

We can help you find the perfect snuggle-stuffie together.

? Working together ?

- ? Me ? - ? And you ?

? And you ?

? Different, but together There's nothing we can't do ?

[Izzy] How about this mousy?

Hmm. Too squeaky.

How about this rock?

Um, too rocky.

How about your favorite sock?

That's a great idea, Tate. Sock it to me.

Mmm. Perfect.

Soft and snuggly.

Sock on! [imitates guitar riff]

Now hold onto your stuffies, we've got two wallabies to help.

Bubble power!

We're coming to help you, little joey and joey's mama.

- Whee! - Oh, yeah!

- [Zuri] Whoo-hoo! - [Tate laughs] Let's go!

? We are the Wonder Pets The biggest little team ?

? We're full of heart ?

- ? Super smart ? - ? And stronger than we seem ?

? We'll help the joey and his mom And do what must be done ?

? Wonder Pets ?

? More wonderful as one ?

[Tate] Look, there's Tasmania.

It's so green, like me.

- Tate's eyes for the win! - [chuckles]

Hold on, Wonder Pets.

? We're going in ?

Good day, Wonder Pets.

Good day, wallabies.

? So you wanna stay Where it's warm and cozy ?

? Right in my mama's pouch ?

? But when he's in there And you try to hop ?

? All I can do is slouch ?

- Ouch! - But But

? Look, Wonder Pets It's just like I told her ?

? I'm still pretty little I'll hop out when I'm older ?

I can understand that.

A fair point to be sure.

? But even a joey as little as you ?

? Has things that he needs To learn how to do ?

? Like hopping and playing You need to prepare to live in the world ?

? But you can't from in there ?

That's a good point too.

Um, could you give us a sec?

Okay, Wonder Pets, we came to help both wallabies, but it's mega-tricky.

What should we do?

Ooh, maybe the joey will want to hop out and play with those other wallabies.

Hopping idea, Zuri.

Okay, little joey.

? I know that you love All the comfort and coziness ?

? Only a pouch can provide ?

? But try to imagine the wonderful stuff ?

? You could do if you hopped outside ?

? You could run You could spin ?

? You could meet other wallabies ?

? Like this one Or this one ?

? Or any and all of these ?

? But I can meet them from here If I say, "Good day" ?

- ? Good day ? - ? Good day ?

? Good day ?

? But if you hop out We could play hide-and-seek ?

? I'll count while you hide And of course I won't peek ?

- [chuckles] That does look fun, right? - [chuckles] Yeah, hide-and-seek.

I'll play with you, but I can hide in here too.

Well, what about hopping?

? After one hop, you won't wanna stop ?

? But you've gotta come Out here to do it ?

? It's like walking With pogo sticks stuck to your feet ?

? So come on, hop on out, and hop to it! ?

? Hoppa-hoppa-hopparee ?

No, thank you, Zuri.

Even the power of hopping isn't enough to get him out?

? Unbelievable ?

Isn't there anything that makes you wanna leave your pouch, little joey?

? I feel safe and happy in here With my mama so near ?

? I wanna hop out and explore ?

? But I wouldn't feel safe anymore ?

That's how we feel about our home, little joey.

- Oh, yeah. - For sure.

So whenever we travel far away

? We squeeze our snuggle stuffies ?

Because it makes us feel safe and happy too.

I just got mine today.

Adorable, right?

Ooh, so soft and fuzzy.

Maybe if you have a stuffie like this to remind you

of your cozy and safe mama's pouch

You'll wanna hop out too!

Sounds like a hopping idea to me. [chuckles]

But where can I find something that reminds me of my mama's pouch?

Oh, we can help you with that, together.

? It's gotta be smooth And soft and light ?

? This moss should probably do all right ?

? The pouch is brown So something that color ?

? These vines are all brown Some brighter, some duller ?

? And it's gotta be fuzzy Just like her fur ?

? These pussy willows are fuzzy for sure ?

[Izzy] ? Working together ?

- ? Me ? - [Zuri] ? And you ?

[Tate] ? And you ?

[Wonder Pets] ? Different, but together There's nothing we can't do ?

[sniffing] Aw, it's so soft and cuddly and fuzzy just like my mama.

So, think you're ready to try and hop out on your own now?

Give it a try, sweetheart.

- Mega-awesome! - You did it!

Hoppa-hoppa-hopparee!

[sighs] I'm so proud of you, my little joey.

Mama, look, I'm hopping on my own.

I'm a big wallaby.

[exclaims] You sure are.

- Come here. [chuckles] - [Wonder Pets sigh]

? Now I can hop Now I can play ?

? And make friends Instead of just saying, "Good day" ?

- Good day! - [parent chuckles]

? And whenever I'm missing the pouch ?

? Where I always felt happy and snug ?

? I can take out my mama stuffie ?

? And give it a great big hug ?

- Rock on! - That's right!

Hoptastic!

Thank you, Wonder Pets.

You helped both of us today.

You truly are the best.

So, ready to hop, hop, hop and find some berries for dinner?

- Oh, yeah! We can hop together, Mama! - Oh, I would love that.

- Bye, Wonder Pets. - Bye!

- Happy hopping! - Bye, wallabies!

He hopped out, now it's time for us to veg out.

Whoops. [chuckles] Wrong veggie.

[chomping]

Looks like our work here is done, Wonder Pets.

To the Jetcar!

? We are the Wonder Pets The biggest little team ?

? We're full of heart ?

? Super smart ?

? And stronger than we seem ?

? We helped the joey and his mom ?

? And now our work is done ?

? Wonder Pets ?

? More wonderful as one ?

[kids] ? We are the Wonder Pets The biggest little team ?

? Wonder Pets More wonderful as one ?

[kids cheer, laugh] Hooray! Let's go! Come on! All right!

Unbelievable.

[kid narrator] "The Wonder Pets in the City! Help the Slimy Slug!"

[child 1] Bye, Tate!

See ya, Izzy and Zuri.

[child 2] Dad, did you know slugs make slime?

[ringing]

? I hear a beeping ?

? I hear a buzz ?

? It's the walkie-phone ?

? That's what it does ?

? And if it ever makes a peep at all ?

? Then an animal that needs us ?

? Is trying to call ?

Check it out, Wonder Pets.

It's, uh

I actually have no idea.

? Let's look for clues ?

? There's so much ooze I can't see what's behind it ?

? If an animal's in there somewhere I'm not sure we can find it ?

Whoops, let me get that.

[giggles] Oh, silly me.

Now I can see it's a slug from the garden outside.

But why was the screen covered in slime?

Slugs ooze it.

It helps them move on the ground.

How can we help you, little slug?

[sighs]

? I made friends with two bugs and a bee ?

? But they aren't slugs like me ?

? Now they're on their way over But I don't know whether ?

? There's a game bugs And slugs can all play together ?

We got you, little slug.

? I, for one, am sure ?

? The three of us can find a game That's perfect for you four ?

Yeah, we'll find a game for you and your friends to play.

? A slug is feeling worried ?

? He needs our help for sure ?

? Unbelievable ?

? What are we waiting for? ?

- [Zuri] Whoo-hoo! - Oh, yeah!

[Tate] Sweet!

- ? Izzy! ? - ? Zuri! ?

? And Tate! Now let's ?

? Save the day We're the Wonder Pets! ?

Wonder Pets, here we go!

Come on, team. It's Jetcar time!

Oh, dear.

What's wrong, Tate?

? I'm really sorry ?

? But I think my tail Just turned the Jetcar pink ?

I think the Jetcar looks great, Tate.

It does?

Totally.

In fact, what do you say we paint on some more rocking color?

? Together ?

? Working together ?

- ? Me ? - ? And you ?

? And you ?

? Different, but together There's nothing we can't do ?

When I splattered the paint, I thought I'd messed up, but the Jetcar looks great.

It just needs one last thing.

- Rock on! - Ooh!

I love it!

Now let's rock and roll into the shrink machine.

We've gotta be slug-size to help the little slug.

Ooh. "Shrinky-dink-aroo."

[Wonder Pets] Tiny bubble power.

We are coming to help you,

- little slimy slug. - [Tate] Whoo!

- [Izzy] Oh, yeah! - [Zuri] Whoo-hoo!

[Tate chuckles] Let's go!

[Wonder Pets] ? We are the Wonder Pets The teeny, tiny team ?

? We're full of heart ?

? Super smart ?

? And stronger than we seem ?

? We'll help the slimy slug And do what must be done ?

? Wonder Pets More wonderful as one ?

Wow. These sunflowers are as tall as pine trees.

And this puddle is as deep as a pool.

? If we hadn't been shrunk I'd never have thunk ?

? That we're just in back of the school ?

But where's the little slug?

If we follow the trail of slime, I bet we can find him.

There he is.

Tate's eyes for the win.

Hold on, Wonder Pets.

? We're going in ?

Oh, thanks for coming, Wonder Pets.

My new bug friends will be here any minute.

? Have you thought Of a game we can play? ?

? What do you think would work best? ?

? Something for bugs, but also for slugs ?

? I've got a game to suggest ?

? It's one where you run And hop and zigzag ?

? That's right, I'm talking about Slug Tag! ?

You're it, little slug.

- [chuckles] Try and catch me! - Whoo-hoo!

Here I come.

Uh

? What's with the slow-motion chase? ?

? In tag, you go fast like a race ?

I know. I know.

? But slugs like me go At a slower-than-very-slow pace ?

Uh, you're it?

[chuckles] Okay, maybe we should play something else.

? If tag's not working, that's okay ?

? We'll find another game to play ?

I know.

How about hide-and-seek?

? I'll cover my eyes and count to three ?

? We'll each find a hiding spot ?

One, two, three!

? Here I come, ready or not! ?

Hmm.

I can follow this slime trail to where the slug is hiding.

Found ya!

I guess it was obvious.

[sighs]

? It seems That again my slime is to blame ?

? This really might not be The right kind of game ?

Wait, let's give it another try.

We can use these leaves to cover your trail of slime.

- Wow. "Slimetastic" idea. - I'll count.

One, two, three.

Ready or not, here I boing!

? The slime's covered up I can't see a trace ?

See? I knew this would work.

[sighs]

? But I followed the leaves To your hiding place ?

You found me again, and it's all because of my slime.

? Forget it I've had it ?

? It's over I'm done ?

? There isn't a single game Under the sun ?

? That I wouldn't Just automatically lose ?

? By being too slow Or oozing my ooze ?

I'm just gonna have to cancel my playdate.

Oh, no.

Cancel your playdate?

? Unbelievable ?

Tag and hide-and-seek didn't work, but we can't just give up.

Yeah. If we keep trying,

I'm sure we can find a game you and your bug buds can play.

Whoo-hoo!

Did you see me slide?

I wanna do that again!

Uh, you do?

Yeah. Izzy, Tate, you've gotta try it out.

Okay, we will.

? Slime and roll! ?

Wait for me!

- Slip, slide! [chuckling] - I can't believe it.

? I thought my slime was a problem ?

? Now it seems like everyone is slipping And sliding and joyfully riding ?

? We are, because it's fun ?

Wait, that's it.

Back in the classroom, I thought my snake tail

messed up the Jetcar with that pink paint.

But the paint actually made the Jetcar look great.

Maybe your slime is just what you need to make your playdate mega-awesome.

You really think so?

Totally.

And the best part is, it's something your bug buds can only play with you.

Then come on, what are we waiting for?

Let's make a slip 'n' slime.

? Together ?

? Working together ?

- ? Me ? - ? And you ?

? And you ?

? Different, but together There's nothing we can't do ?

- We did it. - And just in time.

Look, your bug buds are here.

Hey, we know those bugs.

? It's Roly Poly, Stickbug ?

? And little Bee ?

Thanks for inviting us over, Slug.

What do you wanna play?

? I think we'd have an awesome time If we tried playing slip 'n' slime ?

Slip 'n' slime?

I'm buzzing to try.

- Then follow us. - Oh, wow.

- Super-mega-slime! - [Zuri] Whoo-hoo!

[exclaims]

[gasps] I wanna try!

- Me too! - Me first!

Come on! We can all slide together.

Whoo-hoo!

This is the best playdate ever!

I wish I could make slime.

I'll buzz to that!

Buzz! [giggles]

Wonder Pets, thank you for helping me see that

? My slime's not a problem That I need to hide ?

? It's my own special slug way Of making a slide ?

[Wonder Pets] Aw.

I'll veg to that.

[chomping]

- Slime ya later! - Bye!

Have fun with your slip 'n' slime.

- Bye! - [chuckles] We sure will!

- [bugs cheering] Whoo-hoo! Yay! - Bye!

Thank you again, Wonder Pets!

? We are the Wonder Pets The teeny, tiny team ?

? We're full of heart ?

? Super smart ?

? And stronger than we seem ?

[Wonder Pets] ? We helped the slimy slug ?

? And now our work is done ?

? Wonder Pets ?

? More wonderful as one ?

- [Zuri] Whoo-hoo! - [Izzy] Yay!

[Tate] Whee!
