neighborhood, and I see this trippy
-looking front end still coming down.

celebrities, and back in the 90s, I held

Barry White's studs for him while he was
on tour. About a year ago, his wife,

Glodine, asked me if I could track down
that studs.

And I got to tell you, looking for that
car?

It's like trying to find a ghost.

If this turns out to be Barry's car, I'm
going to be thrilled because Barry's

wife, Glodine, she's been a friend of
mine for years, and she would love to

this car back.

It's been sitting in my driveway for

These cars are all handcrafted. They've
got a ton of gold -plated trim on them.

Ball.

-end cars for high -end people.

How did you come to get this car?

It was used to pay a debt.

Why can't I find people to pay me? Not a
bad bargaining chip. I know.

mean, Ryan said you're willing to sell

like mission impossible.

find this car, and I really feel like

car belonged to Barry White, I was

surprised. But it all made sense with
looking at the trunk. But it doesn't

change the fact that I do not want that
in my driveway anymore.

It's not my style. I do not have the
resources to get it fixed up. And it

should be fixed up the way that it was
meant to be and when it was new.

If I gave you $5 ,000 in cash, $100
bills, and rolled this out of your

A few days ago, a guy brought in a beat
-down 50 Chevy pickup that he wants to

restore for his fiancée. We'd like to
make a really nice hot rod out of it for

her. We've taken the truck all apart,
really looked it over, so now I've

Shane in so we can talk some dollars and
cents.

Shane, thanks for coming down, man.

There's a few issues.

They cut the front off so short that
there's nothing there to mount the front

end to. That's why it was kind of...
That's why everything was flopping

yeah. And you can see under here where,
you know...

The subframe in the front, it's very
patched right here. I'm really not

comfortable with that at all.

You were telling me that this was for
your girl, Tanya.

Yes. And for her, I'm sure you want it
to be as safe as possible.

And then the front, I'm not sure what we
would do. You know, we'd have to start

doing a whole lot of welding and putting
stuff together to make that even work.

I'd rather put that effort into putting
this onto a new frame.

It's a little disappointing.

I was hoping to spend about $15 ,000 on
it.

It's not safe, so it looks like I'm
going to spend a lot more. I hope it

too much more.

We can do the whole project with a new
frame for probably around $25 ,000.

lines up tight and right. They went
crazy on the paint. Instead of just

the bottom, we went with a candied root
beer. And then the cream on the top is

all pearl.

Get the thing out in the light, and it
just goes nuts.

All the wire wheels are all brand new.
It looks good.

Oh, yeah. This is my favorite set right
here. The dual bars, the small grill.

That is money right there. It's
beautiful. Beautiful, man.

I just see him.

I'm expecting for him to be standing
here somewhere.
