sort of has to be invested, making sure

that the transition from Doug to Dougie
Jr. goes smoothly, and that's a lot of

what this retreat is about.

It's like when you get a feeling in the
pit of your stomach and you can define

it as nervousness or you can define it
as excitement. I choose to define it as

excitement.

It's bittersweet for me because I want
to send that off and it's sad because

it's like the ending of an era, but it's
also sweet because I'm taking over and

I'm excited to, you know, to show what I
can bring and, you know, all that

excitement.

I really want to give Dougie the chance
to do this, and that is why this week at

the retreat is so big.

I need to see that he's got what it
takes.

So, yeah, today was interesting,

to say the least, in so many aspects.
