think that I had a good shot at winning

whether that's I'm too strong of a
player or I don't speak up enough, I

didn't get a chance to showcase what I
can do here because I can do a lot.

They have not seen what I can do.

Brandon, how did it feel being in the

I love Tammy and I love Noah, so just
being in the position I was was not fun

for me. I know that was a really tough

pool area.

Really one of the most recognizable
backdrop in all of Bachelor history.

There are going to be two levels for you
all to choose from. There's the upper

level where you're tasked with creating
a poolside oasis.

And there's a lower level where we would
just love for you to create a wellness

retreat.

Ooh, that's cool. Those are good
challenges.

When I was the Golden Bachelorette.

Only one guy can go on a date with you
most times, so everybody else back at

mansion is looking for things to do. So
there is some downtime here, and a place

to exercise or to hang out is really
important, plus it passes the time. This

has been very needed for many bachelor
seasons.

So, Brendan and Noah, because you were
the bottom two remaining contestants,

are now our team captains this week. I'm
a team captain now,

so...

That makes me feel good. I finally have
the power and a sense, and hopefully my

fate is in my hands here.

Things, though, we're going to work a
little bit differently this time around.

Instead of picking players for your own
teams, each captain is going to be

choosing players for the other team.

This is a reverse draft.

You guys are sick and twisted, Jesse.

Oh, Lord.

But first, we've got to decide who's
going to make this week's first big

decision. So I thought we'd just do this
with a coin flip.

This coin has two names on it.

It's our two captains, Brendan and Noah.

I think we should think less about,
like, the idea of...

spa wellness and more like tranquility
wellness. And like this is your getaway

space. It's a tough experience being on
The Bachelor. It's not easy. There's a

lot of emotions and a lot of highs and
lows. So to be able to provide some kind

of a safe place or retreat that...

helps bring people back down to earth,
gives them a little bit of solace and

peace. It's super cool. And I think
we're all really excited for the

that it brings.

Everybody gets up in the morning and
wants to exercise a little bit. We want

move around. We need an area like
dedicated for exercise.

I'm looking forward to this team. I
think we have a very good eye.

Joan and Alicia work well together. I've
seen that. They have good style. I

think with the sunsets as well, I mean,
there's so much that you can do.

Haven't talked to Courtney a whole lot,
but I've seen a few instances where I'm

like, okay, girl knows her stuff.

Like yoga mats, obviously.

I think just having like some yoga mats
rolled up in a basket isn't going to be

it. We really have to make it look very
intentional.

I think that Noah's underestimating how
crazy that's going to be. Between

Courtney, Alicia, and Joan. Yeah. Yeah.

It was short -lived where he was like,

And then five minutes later, he's like,
yeah, I'm going to kill all you guys.

And the alliance the boys had, you know,
it's gone now.

the main thing. Like you didn't have
yoga mats. You didn't have any weights.

When I was the Golden Bachelorette, the
men that were staying in here bought a

gym and had it delivered to the house so
they could work out. We're going to

have an outside gym. This has been a
need for a really, really, really long

time. Do you guys like this for the top
of the bar? Yeah. I kind of like this

one. You like the white?

Yeah, it's kind of dark.

Do you think that white looks blue,
though?

I like mocha with that. So do these?
Yep.

For the juice bar, we were able to
choose this really cool granite. It has

a beautiful flow to it. It looks kind of
like a river.

I think it's kind of an eye sore.

We've got a gold shower head, which I
kind of like because of the goldens or

Well, right now? Do you want to stain it
or do you want to paint? I'm not a big

fan of painting wood, but I do think.
Neither am I. I'm not a fan of it

but I mean, it's rough.

Yeah. Do you think we should try to just
go darker?

Yeah, I would say we go darker.

It definitely needs a facelift. The
pergolas are rough.

I think rough it would tie into this
color. Yeah, yeah. Face a lot better.

Also, the grill and the countertop needs
to be completely redone. I like this

one right here for the face of our bar.
Yeah, yeah. And then it kind of, we

could literally do whatever on the
countertop. Do we want to mirror

face we put on the bar, on like where
the grill is going over there, over here

as well? I think so. I think so.

You know, we could do rose grates on the
grill.

Yeah. And then on top of it, we have
three or four giant spaces to decorate

fireplaces, couches, tables, the whole
nine yards right there.

These are cool loungers. I also really
love the idea of like these umbrellas,

like something fun.

We can't forget about the dining room.
We have to build the whole bar.

We'll add a little pizza oven. We have a
kegerator and a mini fridge going in

there. Something that says, hey, let's
have a little fun right here.

I do like the idea maybe to have like
some swaying curtains or something like

that, possibly.

But then it just kind of sucks because
then you're blocking the view off a

little bit. Well, I think we should have
curtains so we can pull them in.

I feel like we...

Don't have, like, enough of a statement
piece anywhere, though. I would like to

use that piece of wood that you guys
pulled from the bunk room challenge.

Like, you remember Tyler talking about,
like, how much he wishes he had it.

Right. It's cool. We should use it in
some capacity.

I wonder if we could hang it, like,
here.

That kind of gives me, like, Thailand
hotel Four Seasons vibe. Obviously, I

a reclaimed piece.

Would love to get the yoga platform.

We'll push for it.

It's also great for bachelor, like in
the future, what if somebody wants to

profess their love or say a speech? What
if they want to get engaged on the

platform? I feel like it's dual use.

And our shower's going to have to be

I mean, I feel a little exposed out

We're making an outdoor shower. We're
calling it the sexy shower. We're making

sexy tile wall, vibrant colors, breeze
block, so you can be out in the elements

but still get a shower. For me...

And all the girls, we agree, being on
The Bachelor, being on The Bachelorette,

it's very stressful.

And getting moments where you can feel
like you can recharge is priceless. The

sauna is going to be here and the shower
is going to be there.

We've got a sauna.

I think the way it's laid out is
incredible with the glass and just

about, like, how the show works and,
like, how many amazing moments can be

there and for the lead and for the
contestants.

A little zen, right?

I'm just a little worried that it seems
like they're going to be building a lot

and actually creating things, whereas
we're just kind of using the space that

have available to us. The con of the
pool oasis space is it's not like it's

going to be something wild and crazy and
something the judges can't fathom.

We're going to make it look beautiful,
but it's not like the wow factor that

wellness area might be. I hope we get
the points for just... beautifying the

space and implementing some super
functional spaces as well. Or creating

area. That was never even open before.
Yeah.

Yeah. I really want some sort of
lighting, bistro lighting, that kind of

even on the trees, if that's doable. But
I also like think of wellness and like

going to spa day, which for me as a mom,
like quiet time, I don't really get a

lot of that.

But even for working out, like even if
it was just one word. I think I formed a

team of the people with the strongest.

opinions and the strongest convictions,
I think I created a monster.

I think I might have gambled a little
too close. It might be in over my head.

I mean, I like think very big picture.
Like I was like, I would put a mural

right here if we could. But this is a
mural in itself. It is. But the artwork

like the landscape on it. You know, I
don't think that's, I think a little

I'm in the middle of like, what have I
done?

creativity with this. And I'm going to

I think we've seen throughout this whole
competition, regardless of what the

If I had one big ask, it would be to do
the whole thing in there.

I think it's going to be a little too
dark.

Courtney wanted to all be this kind of
brownish mustard yellow, the entire

I felt like that would be way too
monochromatic. It reminded me a little

the bar that was in the space that we
just did, and they got dinged for it not

having enough movement and enough color.

What do you not like about this?

I just, I think it clashes.

I really wanted to do the solid,
beautiful copper tile for the outdoor

but Alicia and Joan have a different
vision. I think it's a little busy. I do

think in design you can have a tendency
to over -decorate. Do we want to do

something a little different right up
the middle, like where the shower head

going to come out? I think it will look
nice. Do I love it? No.

Let's just call it.

thought, what about doing

bougainvilleas? That's what this is?
Yeah. Okay. So what we want to do is we

want to make it look like it's been here
forever.

And these are real vines that we cure
and cut down. Whoa.

They're wisteria vines. So the two
together, it'll look like live

bougainvilleas. That's going to be
beautiful.

I was thinking of mimicking these.
arches but then we can lightly go

those waterfalls oh yeah and the great
thing is that this is going to last up

10 years this is huge this is nice like
like six people could eat at

least this is really good the view is
pretty the space inside here is amazing

joan is an alliance for me right now and
someone who i really trust in this game

so i think moving forward every step we
take is going to be

very important. And I'm moving with
strategy at this point. We know if we

win, it's us going home.

If it's two people, it's us. If it's one
person, I think it's me. And then I

think you're shortly behind.

Whichever way that toss -off is, it's us
out first for the women. If we want to

be here, we need to win every challenge
from now on because we will be gone.

that throw off a lot of stress.

and I can read people really well. It

all design. I know that if we lose this,
I'm going home.

don't think you want to modernize it at

all. So we're not trying to do a whole
lot to it. Maybe just...

bring it back to life a little bit with
getting the dust off and maybe putting a

little conditioner on it.

How do we feel about the tile? I really

I think it looks great. I thought we
might have an issue with our design of

I think this team did a fantastic job
designing with Wayfarer's furniture and

Also, faux florals are so hard to pull
off.

I feel like I'm in the Mediterranean.

Yeah, it gives the arches a lot of life,
and I like that a lot.

Oh, you know what I actually really

This is a really great faux travertine

And in their remodel, they actually took

elements aside from just sitting around

place where you can swim up by the pool,

I will say, though, I didn't love the

There was so much going on, but in the
best way.

I was blown away by not only did you
have a gym, but you also had a yoga

platform. You also had a shower. You
also had a sauna. It was really cool.

I love that you guys had faux grass.

We don't have any grass around the
mansion.

The grass was a great element to add.

Every place was intentional, I thought.
You know, we talked about functionality

within the space and everywhere you go,
oh, there's a beach table.

Oh, that's next to the hot tub. Like, I
think that could have been a date right

there. The gym with the grass turf
outside was, like, multifaceted. And

just so many things y 'all did
throughout the spaces that make a lot of

For me, that was a space that I never
got to explore and wish I so desperately

had on my season. One thing that I will
say that I loved was the string lights.

I'm a big believer in ambient lighting.
