Well, you'll only be doing in San Diego the same old things you've been doing

for me here.

We came here just to support ourselves while I went to law school and all we

planned on were weekly paychecks.

But what we got is worth so much more.

Not that you can place a value on friendship and faith and support.

You guys know that the going is pretty rough for us here sometimes.

But there was one thing that we could always count on.

And that was the St. Gregory.

Because it's not just a hotel.

And it's not just a building.

It's people.

You took us in your hearts.

You gave us a home.

And a family.

And a lot of terrific memories.

And that's the best going away present I could think of.

You know, you can take the candles out of the St. Gregory.

But you can never take the St. Gregory out of the candles.

Damn, we're going to miss you.
