Well, you know, right now is where the
risk comes in.

One thing is putting
100 gallons of moonshine

in the back of a truck
and transporting it.

But now taking a thousand gallons and
putting it onto a boat.

That's something I've never did before.

That's the first step of this,
uh, hooray right there.

But we've got to be a lot of bodies.

I'm just glad that we got...

we just got 250 pounds of peanuts.

These peanuts are raw.

So we're going to have to roast them.

What I'm thinking is to make like a
rotisserie, like a tumbler.

I'm going to scround up some parts of
pieces and build a roaster.

Building a roaster is the easy part.

Figuring out how to firmen these things,
that's going to be the job.

But first thing is the first.

I got to get home, get all my supplies
together, and get the building.

Considering we're going to be messing with
peanuts, this is a stainless barrel.

So there's probably a work right here.

Got a lot of scraps from a lot of
different projects.

We ran around my property
and grabbed just about

every dog gone piece
of metal we could find.

This might work for a frame right here,
maybe.

Now that I got the stainless barrel and all
the metal, now we're going over the shop.

Hopefully get this thing done.

So now I got to get
these things in the middle

of the essence, fairly
straight up and down.

Now I got to put the arms on it that's going
to hold my 50 gallon drum up in the air.

Run the stainless rod
through it, weld it together,

and man, we're on our way
to having a peanut roaster.

The gorilla weld ugly but strong.

Now that we got all that together,
now we've got to drill some holes in the

barrel, and then we can run the shop
through and put it all in place.

It's like a process right.

The very last thing
I got to do to it, this

thing's got to have
some kind of vents in it.

We're roasting peanuts
if it's completely sealed,

and it can't breathe,
and it's going to blow up.

Now it's time to roast some damn peanuts.

We've got to get this thing set up and get
this fire lit.

in there and then start building

the fire, and then put it all
back together, start roasting.

oven for like 30 minutes.

We're using a lot more heat than that,
and roasting a lot more peanuts.

So we're going to apply 15 minutes.

And then check them.

Yes, I can get very heat.

You can tell by the sound of that.

There's no burnt spice.

After 15 minutes, we'll
pull the peanut roaster off

and check them into
peanuts and roast it perfectly.
