technology will ever be a reality I Am

persuaded that many respected members of
our scientific community Recognize it

as a possibility however remote but even
though we're dealing with tomorrow's

science I must nevertheless apply
today's laws and under today's legal

definition of death.

where your heart no longer beats and

brain no longer registers any electrical
activity, you're dead.

And aiding and abetting a suicide is

The right to privacy is a fundamental
protection extended by our state and

Because, in my view, the right to
control our own destiny,

as long as it does not affect the rights
of others, is the ultimate exercise of

this constitutional guarantee.
