But each of you as jurors has a moral
obligation to weigh facts.

could not have reasonably expected that

But the simple fact is that these five
lives might very well have not been

destroyed if Northland would have given
them a simple warning.

A little extra ink was all it would have
taken.

While it is true that money will never
make these lives whole again,

money is all that Northland now has to
give.

At least let it give them that.
