first things first you want to grab your nail just under the head and Grip it

nice and tight under the head. Okay, so you have to grip the head really, really

And then place it on the wood where you want to do your nailing.

And you want to aim it up so that the head of your hammer is centered right on

the nail.

You use it to measure stuff. It's pretty self -explanatory.

So you can really use this to measure anything.

It's pretty simple.

You know, the numbers are really obvious as far as, like, how many inches, but

there are all these lines in between.

So, you know, we're going to teach you what that means, what a quarter inch,

half inch, three -quarter inch, all of that.

There's this trend going around where you get to guess, pulling this out, how

much is seven inches?

it out and guessed how much seven inches was.

The biggest one in between is a half inch, and the other two larger ones are

the quarter inch and the three -quarter inch. So that was 14 and three

-quarters. Uh -huh. Okay.

and you know you might not be able to lock it securely so we're going to

the doorknob and change the locks on this door now when you're doing that

obviously it's secured by a screw so you can either use a power drill with a

phillips head screwdriver head on there or if you want more control you can do

you know a regular screwdriver and do it by hand That way you have a little bit

more control with it.

So, let's get started.

So, I'm going to use the handheld screwdriver for this job, just so I have

little bit more control.

Also, because this one's a little loud, so, you know, you might not be able to

hear me.

And so what we're going to do is we're going to unscrew this plate.

And, um, honey, can you, oh, um, honey, can you hand me this

doorknob?

Um, so, like I said, you, you're going to unscrew the plate and,

So first you need to unscrew the plate, and then you're going to replace it with

the new knob, right?

So what we're going to do is unscrew this plate

so that we can replace it with the new knob.
