And finally, a yellow '74 Fairlane XVB 099
stolen from the 800 Block Carmelina.
So much for the hot sheet.
Now, if you're wondering why it is so quiet around here
it may be because Baker and Poncherello left this morning
for Sacramento to teach an ISTC seminar.
Now, I put them on the plane this morning myself.
So, uh, I think it's safe to make the following announcement.
The division commander has nominated Jon and Ponch
for the Sustained Superior Achievement Award.
Jon and Ponch? - Yeah, that's right.
For superior achievement above and beyond routine duty
sustained over a two-year period.
And as I'm sure you're aware, only three officers
in the Los Angeles area have received this award
in the last seven years, so, uh, it's quite something.
Okay, Grossi, it's yours.
If the commissioner goes for it
we thought we'd throw the guys a little shindig.
Excuse me.
Kind of a half testimonial and half roast.
Since the guys are gone
we have a great opportunity to work up some material.
Now, naturally because of my literary sensitivity..
...and my facile command of the English language
some of us felt I should assemble
our recollections of some of their escapades.
Okay, everybody. Help him out. That's it.
Hey, Grossi.
What about that pursuit up on the grapevine?
Hey, don't forget that 1183 on the Harbor Freeway.
Grossman, what are you gonna start with?
The school bus.
Hey, you hit the driver.
Now, what? Ah, these kids.
Help! Help!
Hey, driver, turn the ignition off.
I can't reach it. I can't stop.
Okay, just hold it steady.
- Take it easy now. - Okay.
LA 15-7-Mary-3.
Facing a runaway bus, eastbound, heading for Jackson.
'Bring it on the white line and hold it there, alright?'
Okay, just hold it steady now. Hold it steady, alright?
Okay.
Hang in there, partner.
LA-15-7-Mary-4, 10-97. The runaway bus, Code-4.
Roll paramedics and ambulance.
Jon received a lot of attaboy letters for that one.
Of course, everybody seems to have a short memory
when one of us seems to make a mistake.
Like the time we had to re-enact that multiple collision.
Yeah.
I thought they were gonna nail Sindy for that.
Yeah, well, Jon and Ponch almost got nailed themselves
re-creating that accident to clear her.
With the commissioner's office and the state senator
breathing down our necks, trying to prove how and why
Sindy was forced off the road was, well, like
piecing together a complex jigsaw puzzle.
Ponch and Jon had to literally re-live the terror that Sindy
and that truck driver went through.
And believe me that was a real nightmare.
You must've played a lot of chicken.
I'll never do it again with a loaded truck.
- You missed me, man. - No. You missed me.
I don't know how the truck got on the other side of the line
but I'll tell you one thing.
Sindy did one heck of a piece of driving.
Yeah, she went off the road on purpose
to get out of the way.
Alright, that's enough.
I...don't want to see anymore of this.
I'll accept your argument.
- Wait a minute. I don't. - Hey, Bill, you just saw.
What I saw just scared the whey out of me.
But you're assuming the truck went on the wrong side first.
You haven't proven anything and you haven't shown why.
Joe, if you wanna do anymore of this, um..
...I'll ask you to take me down.
Hey. Hey, sarge.
Was something being delivered at the time of the accident?
Hold on, Ponch.
How about it?
Yeah, that's why I didn't see the accident.
I just checked in some roofing paper and, uh..
...just a second.
Yeah, here it is.
Ponch, they delivered some roofing paper
and some fireplace mirrors, a truckload of them.
Get one up there by 5 o'clock.
Go on up.
Okay, the truck clock stopped at 5:17.
That means we have to hit that curve at exactly 5:17, okay?
- Excuse me. - Yeah. What I'm trying to--
- Excuse me. - We don't need car five.
What I'm trying to tell you is, sunset today
is six minutes earlier than the day of the accident.
I know that, what.. That's right, Ponch.
Hey, sorry. Sunset is gonna be at 5:11.
We gotta hit that curve at 5:11. Everybody, mount up. Come on.
Okay, all drivers, go.
Go!
I can't see.
- Well.. - Now, I believe.
If it hadn't been for my acute solar consciousness
we would have never broken that case.
Well, maybe, Grossi, we should be giving you the testimonial.
Oh, now that you mention it, I was thinking..
Sarcasm, huh?
- Huh. Yeah. - See you, sarge.
Oh, Grossi.
Don't forget that time they volunteered for convoy duty.
Now, that was an assignment and a half.
'Five bucks says I can hit every sign'
'between here and the junction.'
Alright. Watch this.
Oh!
Let them pass, Turner.
LA 15-7, David.
'I have a possible drunk driver who's firing a gun.'
'Vehicle is an older blue International pickup truck.'
- No more shootin'.
- Leo, I said no more. - Hey, slow down, watch it.
Your statement will be taken. In the meantime, you sit down.
- Alright. - Here we go. Take it easy.
That, uh, sheriff had a prisoner in his car.
- He did.
And, uh, he's escaped.
Hey, hold it right there.
Don't move.
It's okay. No sweat. I know the whole routine.
Me?
Oh, no, no, never
- Keep an eye on this dude. - Come on.
It's my wife. The tiger. The door was open.
The tiger, the store, my wife. He's gonna kill her.
- Yeah.
Oh, the big heroes.
Had to throw fillets and top sirloins.
You couldn't throw pigs' knuckles, no?
'Couldn't throw a couple of hot dogs, no?'
Had to throw fillets. Top sirloins.
What's the matter, you born with a silver spoon in your mouth?
'And let me tell you, that's a prime example'
'of how this is often a thankless job.'
- Yeah, I guess so.
What I'd like to know is who put the cuffs on that cat?
Well, what do you want from me?
I think I've got a pretty good subplot goin' here.
Animal havoc in the line of duty.
I want everything you can recall
about that cattle rustling scam, okay?
Got it!
Well..
Now, don't clutch up on me, just relax.
- Alright. Um.. - Pretend I'm not here.
Oh, I've tried pretending you're not here, Grossman.
It doesn't work.
Well, you know I was the guy who broke that case.
All I got out of it was a headache.
Ponch and Jon got to play cowboys.
Hey, you ever wanted to be a cowboy?
You ever wanted to be a motor cop? Come on, let's go.
Yah!
'Okay, let's get it moving.'
The brand I saw on those cows the other day
was kind of a bar in front of an H.
Brand in there is an X in a circle.
Oh, well, it, uh, don't mean a thing.
Well, I don't know that much about it, sir.
But it seems to me these steers come from some other ranch.
I can see how you'd think that, but truth is
Circle X is another one of my registered brands.
As a matter of fact
I think we have our certificate of brand registration
up in there somewhere. Don't we, Buck?
Yeah, oh, yeah. Here you go, officer.
Hey, I'm okay. Go get those guys.
Well, what have we got here?
Looks like a couple of wet rats to me.
Bringing the erstwhile rustlers to their just deserts
with quick thinking and resourcefulness.
This could turn into another article for the patrol magazine.
If you put a little schmaltz into it.
Yeah. Heart. Feeling. Sensitivity. Schmaltz.
This is a testimonial, Harlan. Not a chopped liver sandwich.
Listen to me, Grossman.
Just remember to include that freeway demolition derby, huh?
The demolition derby? Heart, warmth, sensitivity?
Of course. Don't you remember?
Do you ever wish things were like they used to be?
Huh? Cruising down Van Nuys.
All the guys together every night.
- Nutty things we did. - Really knew how to have kicks.
Remember the night Prandy and Charles made off
with that street washer truck?
And drove it smack into Dundee's drive-in.
With all the water jets and the brushes going.
Hey, look out!
Are you lookin' to get trashed, you little creep?
Ah, get yourself a skateboard, it's faster.
I'll dump him!
Get him.
Back off. I didn't mean it. Come on.
- The throttle linkage is stuck. - Turn off the ignition.
I can't.
Oh, boy. Now, the steering's gone!
There's too much play in the wheel.
I can't hold this straight on the road.
Aah!
- I'll get a crowbar. - Yeah.
- A girl on the respirator.
An iron lung and an intern.
Hey, easy. I think my leg's broken.
- She's scared, but not hurt.
Hi.
Hi.
- I-I can't breathe.
Listen. I'll be right back.
You just relax, okay?
- Uh, it's broken.
See my partner, he'll call it in for ya.
Okay.
She's having trouble breathing.
- Respirator pump's knocked out.
- No, it's bolted down. - Listen, call for a crane.
- Tell 'em, on the double. - Right.
There's gotta be something we can do.
- There's a hand pump.
On the left side. Up near the front of the respirator.
Okay.
Wait, Ponch. These pipes can come down anytime.
Yeah. Let's hope not.
There's an emergency pump. I'll have it going in a second.
Guys, better get some ropes, chains, whatever you've got.
- Tie these pipes up. - You got it.
I got the pump going now. It's gonna be okay.
Hey, my name is Ponch. What's yours?
- Kathy. - Nice to meet you, Kathy.
- Um-hm.
Listen, you just relax.
With old Ponch here, you got nothing to worry about.
Okay, got it.
Okay, we're gonna have to hold that one.
Go on.
Hey, Grossman. Get that crane in here.
Let's go.
Hang in there. It tightens down on the other side.
Noisy little rascals, aren't they?
- Yeah, I'm fine.
Let's get this chain on other side.
Let's get this squared away, alright.
- I'll be 13 on Saturday.
You could've fooled me. I would've thought you were older.
- Yeah, 15 at least.
You just keep breathing, alright?
We'll have you out faster than you can say Rumpelstiltskin.
Don't tell me you never heard the story.
I don't think so.
Well, young lady, you've missed
one of the hair-raisers of all times.
You see, there was this beautiful girl
with long blonde hair.
And she had to spin gold out of straw..
That's the nicest birthday cake I ever saw.
You better blow out the candles. They're dripping on the cake.
I don't know if I can.
Hey, now, what kind of talk is that, huh?
- Sorry, you're on your own.
- Good girl. Happy Birthday. - Thanks, you guys.
Huh
That's strong, Harlan. Really strong.
Too bad I won't have room for it.
I gotta hit the bricks. I'll catch you later.
- See you later, Bear. - Alright.
How about this one animal story you forgot?
I think I got that angle covered, Harlan.
No, no, but this is a wonderful story.
Well, come on.
Alright.
Here's the scene.
A quiet residential neighborhood.
It was a day just like any other day.
But who would have imagined what lay in store that day.
That fateful, fateful day.
Jeff, Jeff. Come get this thing out of my car.
Whoever left that, sure must have been in a hurry.
Yeah. I'll move it out of the way.
'LA-15-7-Mary-3, we got a 11-24'
'on the 1500 block of Hyde Avenue.'
Request a 10-28 on Sam-Queen-Zebra, 280.
'15-7-Mary-3, 10-4.'
Jon.
Jon.
Jon!
Jon!
There's a snake in here. Get me out.
- Okay, unlock the door. - It's jammed. Yank it open!
Okay. Push your shoulder into it.
Argh. It's got me.
- Didn't know you like snakes. - I hate 'em and he knows it.
- He's getting ready to bite. - No. He's a boa constrictor.
They don't bite, they just squeeze
and, of course, then they swallow you.
Don't try to cheer me. Get him off me.
- Get him off me! - He's really hangin' on, man.
I think he likes you.
You think he'd like to have me for lunch?
Good boy. Yeah. Here we go.
Aah!
- Stand back, son.
Leave him alone. He's mine.
Me leave him alone?
Oh. You big boy.
Oh. Come here. Oh.
Oh. Don't worry. I won't let him hurt you.
- It's okay, Ralphy.
I know what you mean. He scares me to pieces.
Well, you shouldn't carry him around loose in the car.
We don't. I left him in there to clean out his cage.
Yeah. Hey, nobody likes a dirty snake.
You know it's only right we put in a few laughs.
Gives our heroes a human side.
Parts inventory and maintenance schedules.
Better late than never.
- Erasing it.
- Interesting, Harlan.
But it's not exactly what we're looking for.
Ponch's snake charming incident.
Harlan, you have to realize that the SSA honors
great courage, heroism, risk of life.
What about great inventing?
It was my supercycle that caught that motorcycle stunt rider.
Well, that is one I'd rather forget.
That wasn't one for the books.
It was more like one for the movies.
Good food, huh?
Yeah. Why do you have to insist on this place?
'Cause I get bored with the same old streets
same old cars and lunch counters.
Never anything new and different.
You were saying..
LA heading north on tollway. We have the phantom rider in sight.
Reckon I'll be going to jail, huh?
You go to the hospital first to check on that ankle.
Oh, I hope it ain't broke.
Can't ride in the big show with my foot in a cast.
I don't think there's gonna be a big show, Roy.
Come on.
Hey, Grossman, where have you been, man?
I've got a hot one for you. This one's a real cliffhanger.
- Be my guest.
- Testing. One. - Fritz.
- Two. Three. Four. - Fritz!
- Testing. One-- - Fritz!
- You're on. - Okay, okay.
You call this one..
...a life hanging by a thread.
Hey, look, skydivers.
Now, that's something I've always wanted to try.
Looks like he's in trouble.
He's got a reserve shoot. That's what you call lucky.
Yeah, but he's still in trouble. Too close to the freeway.
Correction. He is on the freeway.
Clear traffic and call it in. I'll go up there.
LA 15-7-Mary-4 requesting a 1-11-41 and additional units
for an 11-84 eastbound 10 at the East LA interchange.
She's hurt. She hit this rail like a ton of bricks.
- Yeah.
She screamed and passed out.
- Okay, give me your belt.
Your belt. Can you hold this please?
Loop it through mine, you can hold me with it.
- Yeah.
Do me a favor and hold on to my legs.
- Watch it. - Hold on to my feet.
- Got it. - Alright.
Okay, I'll try to take some weight off the signpost.
If that bar lets go, her weight will break your back.
Jon, there's a hook and ladder on the way.
Can you hold on?
Yeah, not for long.
If the signpost goes, it's all over.
Let's get in the cars, please and pull them forward.
Sir, get in your car, please.
I wanna clear this lane for emergency vehicles only, so..
Come on, get in your car, please. Pull forward.
Pull this forward, please.
Sir, I need your crane. Pull it forward.
Help.
Just don't move, ma'am. Just stay still, alright?
You'll be okay.
Put it right here. Come on.
Thank you.
Listen, that's where I gotta go. Take me up.
I'm hurt. My arm.
Just don't move, alright?
Just stay still, ma'am. It'll be okay.
Oh, please, don't let me fall.
- Get a hold of me, you guys. - I got you.
Please, please, don't let me fall.
Just stay still and let me come to you.
Come on.
Alright.
It's alright, it's alright.
It's okay.
It's alright. It's okay.
On second thought, maybe we shouldn't show a case
where Ponch ended up with a victim in his arms.
- You know Ponch and women.
Hi, Ponch.
Hi, Ponch.
Hi.
Hi, Ponch.
Hi, neighbor.
- Oh, yeah.
Lean down here, you two.
You know, that reminds me of a great story.
I was sitting there, down at the marina.
Oh, man, beautiful. Just beautiful!
Looks like we're gonna have to use plan B.
Come on, get your clothes off.
Get 'em off! Let's go. Come on.
- Okay, I'm ready, let's go. - Okay.
Tell me I didn't see what I thought I just saw.
Anybody aboard?
Oh!
Well, well, well.
Ah, I think we've had it.
I didn't know we were that far from the beach.
I hope this isn't any inconvenience.
Oh, not at all. Welcome aboard.
Thanks.
Neat escape setup, huh?
Grossi, what did that have to do with Ponch and Jon?
Nothing. But it's a great story.
Sure, Grossi, sure. Hey, I'll catch you later, huh?
You know, this is some good stuff, Fritz.
Could be the making of a bestseller.
Well, it could.
Like they say, write what you know.
Adventures at high speed by one who lives them.
Got another one for you, Grossi.
You wouldn't have happened to crack this case too?
You do me an injustice, Grossi. It had nothing to do with me.
Okay, shoot.
It was out on the Angeles Crest Highway.
He's got a big case of the hurries.
We better pull him over before he gets down the hill
and hits that construction site.
I lost my brakes.
His brakes are gone.
Didn't we just see Baricza giving a citation?
About two minutes ago.
Okay, you go ahead and clear the way.
We got one rescue shot and we gotta try it.
7-David, 7-Mary 3, request assistance on runaway truck
'coming down the hill behind you.'
7-Mary-3, this is 7-David. You want a lane cleared?
Negative, I want your brakes. How are they?
New linings last week. What are you getting at?
Okay, we're gonna use you to stop the runaway.
Get in front of him, kiss bumpers, and slow him to a stop.
'You can't mean that.'
Can you come up with a better idea? You've got two seconds.
Ponch, give me some room.
Okay, I'm gonna guide him into your front bumper.
We'll use his brakes to stop. You got it?
Got it!
What's your truck speed?
Sixty eight.
Okay, man. Truck speed 68, ease into it now.
Are the eyes in the back of my head, Jon?
I'll be your eyes.
Okay, you're ten feet closing.
Ten feet. Easy.
Okay, hold it straight and get against the line.
Okay, two feet, easy. You're almost there.
Okay, brake!
Back that thing. We got people up here.
Hey, Bear, you okay? Fantastic.
- Come on. - Yeah, I'm fine, I'm-I'm fine.
So this one had nothing to do with you, huh?
It was really nothing. We were all just doing our job.
Is that so? I hope I live long enough to see you people
actually doing your job.
You told us to help him out.
Yeah, on your time, not mine.
You know, sarge, the problem with cops
is that so much of what we do is routine.
Granted, except for Baker and Poncherello.
They can't even jump in a swimming pool
like everybody else, you remember?
Come on. The keys are in it.
- You're not supposed to drive. - My brother doesn't care.
We'll lose the courts if not there in 15 minutes. Come on.
Hey, call this in, ambulance and a wrecker.
Get us out of here, please. Get us get us..
Get us out of here.
What are you doing?
Please, Peggy. Help me. Get us out of here.
Please. Peggy.
No, don't leave.
Can't open the doors. The water's holding 'em shut.
We gotta get water in to equalize the pressure.
Oh, Peggy. Wake up, please.
What
Can't open the windows. They're shorted out.
Gasoline. The water is forcing it out of the carburetor.
- I know I got a mouthful. - And the car's full of fumes.
We gotta break a window.
What are you doing?
Hand me that pipe.
Behind you, over there.
Peggy!
Peggy!
Peggy, oh, no!
Where are we?
And there is water coming in.
I have to admit that wasn't routine.
Of course, not. It was Baker and Poncherello.
Just like Poncherello's routine helicopter check-out.
This really the first time you've been up in a helicopter?
No, just this time.
Please watch where you're going.
Ha ha ha. So it isn't me you hate after all.
I don't hate anyone. I have no hate in my body.
I go to church. I love my country and my mother.
But you're terrified of flying.
I am not. Get it through your head, Bob.
I love flying.
There is one thing I'm terrified of.
- Crashing!
Hey, can we go lower? There's a van down there I recognize.
Helicopter 5, any unit in the vicinity of Magnum and Laurel?
H5, this is 7-Mary-3, westbound on Sepulveda.
15-7-Mary-3, this is helicopter 5.
We got a possible GTA. Two vehicles involved.
'On Magnum, east of Laurel.'
'Number one is a light blue Mercedes.'
Number two a brown, '76 Chevy van.
The same van, Jon. The same van.
He's heading into the hills. Can't we get any lower?
- We're gonna lose him. - Hold on.
Get closer, can't you?
Bob, if he gets into the canyons, we're gonna lose him.
Can't you put this in front of him? He'll have to stop.
- Or hit us. No thanks. - Maybe just above his head.
Scare him enough to slow him down.
I can't without clearance, Ponch.
They wouldn't give me clearance for a stunt like that.
You wouldn't know it if you got it.
- Report me if you want to.
But that guy tried to kill me and Jon. I want that guy!
I thought you were terrified of crashing.
So don't crash.
We're not gonna lose him.
Right on top of him.
We got him.
Alright.
Alright!
Hold tight. That's alright.
I got it now.
Hey, Grossman.
Grossman.
- Grossman. - Aah!
Ho! Hi, sarge.
- I need to get away.
I need some peace and quiet to bring all this together.
- Actually, I got a problem.
I need something different, you know? A change of pace.
Well, um..
Yeah, let me tell you about the time Baker and Poncherello
underwent a lot of strain in the line of duty.
I got lots of those stories.
This is eye strain. Eye strain.
Hey, coach, can't you speed it up a little?
If we're not there in ten minutes, we forfeit the game.
We're coming up to our turnoff. We'll be there in time.
Just relax..
You're not changing here on the freeway?
Sure, why not? We'll be ready to play when we get there.
Just drive.
Oh, boy. The police.
Cover up! Get under the seats!
You're a little late with your warnings.
- He saw everything.
Uh!
Are you crazy?
There's a motorcycle cop following us.
Make that two.
Think you're gonna outrun them
I just wanna get to the center.
We made it.
We've got exactly five minutes to be on the court.
Officer, we have a very important game.
'It's the quarterfinals. If we're not on the court in--'
It's okay, um, I just need the driver.
- That's me. - Come on, girls.
Well, I guess we all have to admit
that, uh, road duty does have its pleasurable moments.
Hey, thanks, sarge, that's just what I was looking for.
You think anyone will believe it?
Well, I don't, but that's the way it read on their reports.
Well, would you believe a report that said that it took
two CHP officers 20 minutes to catch a kid on a minibike?
Yeah, and one of them had to swim three miles to do it.
Oh, yeah.
He's just entered the flood control channel.
10-4 7-David. ETA 1 minute.
He's on the levee on the west side of the channel.
Reach out, Chris, reach out. Reach out!
Reach out!
'Hang on, Chris!'
Okay, Ponch.
I got you. Come on.
Thanks, partner.
I was starting to get worried.
It's all over, Chris. You're gonna be okay.
Could be little Chris'll be a CHiP some day.
Hey, I saw him handle that bike. What a bomb!
- Bomb. - Bomb.
'Attention all units.'
'We have a report of a semi-trailer'
'interstate transit carrying a bomb.'
'Vehicle's northbound 405 from Olympic.'
Must be up ahead. I know we haven't seen her.
LA 15-7-Mary 3 and 4.
Northbound 405 from Washington.
'10-4, 7-Mary 3 and 4.'
'LA 15-7-Mary-3 in pursuit of bomb truck.'
'Have 7-Adam run a break in traffic'
'northbound 405 from Venice'
'and 7-Charles run a roadblock in southbound direction.'
10-4. 7-Adam-LA run a break in traffic
'behind 7-Mary-3, 405 northbound from Venice.'
'7-Charles LA run a roadblock southbound 405.'
7-Charles responding.
There she is.
'Pull that traffic break fast.'
'7-Charles LA, expedite your break in traffic.'
'7-Mary-3 has bomb truck located'
'405 northbound at Sunset.'
LA 15-7-Adam.
'I'm in position behind 7-Mary 3 and 4.'
'Traffic break has started.'
Pull over. You got a bomb on board.
Pull over before it blows!
Come on, Robbie. Get on here, let's go.
- This is my last tractor. - Come on, we're out of time.
If I lose this one, I'm out of business.
I might as well go with it.
Alright, get in the cab. Let's go! Get in the cab.
Alright, go! Go!
- Uh-oh! Writer's block.
Ah, give me a break.
I need a finish. Something special.
Something that tells us about them, tells about all of us.
Hey, Grossi, there is no finish. We just go on doing our job.
And doing it and doing and doing it.
On duty and off.
You know, they say we're unappreciated.
What do you think, sarge?
Well, I don't think anybody really enjoys getting a ticket.
But I think down deep in their hearts they know what we do.
Jon, Ponch, all of us.
I think they know.
Alright, let's hear it for him, folks. Not too bad.
Okay, everybody on the floor. You ready?
'Come on, get in there.'
You guys are really something on the dance floor.
Can I pick a partner, I ask you, huh?
You guys are the first policemen I've ever known.
- You're really fun to be with.
You must really enjoy your life.
It has lots to do with the company we're with.
But our profession has a lot of ups and downs
and...peaks and valleys.
'Could you step back, please? Excuse me, excuse me!'
Please, help me.
Come on, you're gonna be okay now.
Ponch, she's gonna deliver right here.
Go to the microphone. Tell M.G. Kelly to ask for a doctor.
Can me some towels, napkins, tablecloth, whatever, okay?
Ah! Please!
Listen, folks. Help us out. Let's form a circle.
Face outward. Alright?
Form a circle, face out, okay?
It's gonna be fine. Everything's gonna be okay.
Grab her hands and keep her calm.
Okay.
Help me.
Make sure there's an ambulance on the way, alright?
Yeah.
It's alright.
It's okay now.
It's gonna be okay.
Now, push!
Push, come on!
It's a boy.
It's a boy!
'Aw!'
Thank you.
Excuse me. What's your name?
Uh, Jon Baker.
- Frank Poncherello.
These are the doctors that delivered our baby boy.
Wait a minute, hold it. They're not doctors.
You're not-you're not, you're not doctors?
What are you?
We're California Highway Patrol Officers.
Alright!
