The importance of attending these

country. They give me so much. They
support me endlessly.

It's a high -pressurised sort of two-,
three -day event.

But it lasts for years because the
impact is incredible.

the world and have one of the best
teams, one of the best groups.

The Filipino flair, just with the chefs
alone, what they do and what they stand

for and the humbleness I can relate to
