who might've brought drugs

the night Wendy went missing.

but in a surprising twist
that no one saw coming,

drug dealers are not eager to answer
texts or calls from unknown numbers.

that after Wendy left to cool off
from her fight with Ozzie,

that he came over to the condo,

and the two of them
spent the rest of the night getting high.

Meanwhile, while Wendy was at the cabin,

she was targeted by a drifter,

the same individual linked
to a string of robberies in the area.

Though the police refused
to even investigate

any possible connection
of that drifter to Wendy's death.

Which is why our theory
is that during the course

of an attempted robbery at the cabin,

Wendy was killed with a gun Ozzie owned.

The assailant then fled the scene

and discarded her phone and purse
off the side of the 91 Freeway.

getting high to the point
of complete incapacitation.

Hmm. Though I will say the drugs
and the abuse feel parallel.

So, not only is he innocent
in this random crime gone wrong,

but also, we can portray him
as a broken man

who was forced into a life
of drug and sexual abuse as a child.

Then after years of searching,

he finally found someone
who not only helped him get clean

but was committed to
spending the rest of her life with him.

Now, she's dead.

He has no possible motive,
just pain and loss.
