I mean, hopefully I got a date

with Douglas, but that all

depends on when Thomas comes to

It's not wrong for him to pay

Hope's baby?

>> Douglas: Liam doesn't live

then Hope and Liam would still

be together.

They, uh, signed the annulment

papers.

I know that we're not together

daughter, had she lived.

you'll ever have to go through.

Seeing you with Douglas just

now, it reinforces the kind of

mother you would have been.

>> Hope: You know, I was just

telling my mom how lucky I have

to Douglas here, to form this

relationship with him during

this time in my life.

>> Thomas: I can't imagine

what you've been through

since that night in Catalina.

So much suffering,

and now your marriage has ended.

>> Hope: Yeah, it's hard.

I never wanted my marriage to

end, but it's what's best for

Phoebe and Kelly and for Steffy

and their daughters.

That is Liam's family.

It's different when I thought,

you know, he had two families --

a daughter with Steffy and a

daughter with me -- but Beth is

gone.

She was taken from us.

And, without her, my only option

was letting Liam go.

>> Thomas: I want to take away

your pain.

>> Hope: [ Chuckles ]

Yeah, well, that won't happen

overnight.

But I'm beginning to think that

it will fade because of Douglas

and...

because of you.

I -- I can't make any promises,

I don't know what the future

will hold, but...

at a time.
