But if anything, through all this, it's
made Joe and I stronger.

Today, inside Newark Federal Court,
Teresa and Joe Giudice pleaded guilty to

multiple fraud charges against them. And
we're finding out how much jail time

the couple could be looking at. He faces
37 to 46 months in jail and could be

deported back to Italy. Teresa is
looking at a possible 21 to 27 months

bars. Start moving back, please.

Sometimes you forget about the kids in
all of this. What happens if both their

mom and dad are away in prison
concurrently?

It's a very, very sad day for that
family.

The bottom line is this. We have all
these things going on. I mean, you know,

we've got me with Jim, Bobby with Jim,
Amber with Nicole, you and Amber. You

know what? I'm just saying, like, you
know, today when I was watching that, I

got a little soft side of me that said,
you know what?

Over here, we're bickering over who said
what and who did this and nonsense and

this and that.

These people are facing real, I mean,
there's children involved here. These

kids might not see their father for two,
three years. I know. And that's a

problem. No, really, I know. And that's
what it is. And then he could be

deported? I mean, that's even... Well,
don't even talk to Teresa about

deportation and stuff like that because
that's a big problem. When you get

deported, are you allowed back in the
country? Yeah. Ever? Yeah, in a

My heart breaks because, you know what,
they came to America and basically they

were the American dream, you know?

The unknown is very scary. I don't know
if I can handle it as well as they're

handling what they're going through.

And I sympathize for them.

So I hope everything works out for them.
But at least, you know what, closure's

coming, you know?

At least they know that now there's
light at the end of the tunnel.

I mean, I don't think she's going to
jail.

The news reporter actually said that
they doubt she's going to jail. So now

all comes down to a guy in a robe with a
mullet.

This plea thing, it sucks.

I mean, we're down a pretty up road, you

So all I can do is hope that, you know,

but she did say very soon we'd find out

something big.

I think everyone's biggest fear about
all this is those four little girls.

I'm not too big on law and what the
hell's going on. I can barely figure out

checking account. So I have no idea what
they've done, what they're up against.

It's foreign to me, all this stuff.

I don't really understand Teresa's plea
deal. It's not really my business to

understand it, so I really couldn't
speculate if they are or they're not

to go to jail. I pray that that doesn't
happen for them.

I don't follow the case, so whether she
pleads guilty, innocent, blue, black,

white, green, it means nothing to me.
She's my girlfriend, and that's my role

her life.
