Probably 16, 18 hours a day for the last few months. And you guys go out there

Tom and I have obviously had a feud for a little while, for reasons why I

understand he's mad at me, you know?

He made a comment about my car, I chose to retaliate, and then I made a comment

about his car.

It's honestly, it could have been about anything.

He could have said, James, your hair looks like . and I would have said his

looks like shit tonight, and we both would have ripped each other's heads off

then and there. So that's what you do, and you expect to work in the same

restaurant? When I'm at work, I'm doing my job, you know? He doesn't look at me

and talk shit to me when I'm working, and I don't do the same to him.

Something's going to change.

It really is.

I'm not having staff like this.

I'm not going to have a restaurant like this.

And I'm looking at you because we've often had a problem.

And you're always defiant and you never own your bullshit.

When is the last time we had a problem? We've had many problems.

Kristen, you're a liability and a detriment to this entire establishment.

You are ordering drinks, taking them to the back, and drinking them. I've seen

them.

And suddenly now... With James, I feel like he's being sucked into your

as well. The majority of the theft is the exact same thing. I don't think so.

It's kind of part of the initiation of working at Sir, is you're handed your

third dress and a little manual that says, this is how you sneak drinks

your five -hour shift.

Everybody sneaks drinks at Sir.

I am not happy with what's going on.

James, I have a certain loyalty to Kristen and Tom because they've worked

seven years.

But with you, unfortunately, I have none. And everybody here is very upset

you. I'm not proud of any of you. Schwartz, I dragged him over the cold. I

am so disappointed in each and every one of you. I really am.
