property of Supra Genomics. We demand
their return.

The law offers little precedent.

Both sides claim ownership, and both are

If I accepted their claims to these
embryos at face value, then yes, their

return to supergenomics would be a
proper remedy.

However, by Mr. Dawson's own testimony,
these embryos were acquired through

dubious legal means at best and
knowingly illicit means at worst.

As such, it is this court's decision
that the fate of the embryos be the same

what would have happened had none of
these parties, Hopelift, Theratandin,

Supergenomics, become involved in the
first place.

They are to be destroyed.
