made the West a melting pot,

and into it poured
an incredible mixture
of people--

bootblacks and bankers,

shoe clerks and socialites.

They came
seeking their golden dreams
with shovels and pans.

Well, some of them
found the precious metal.

And in a small river in Utah,

two of them found something
far more valuable than gold,

as you will see in...

among the mountains

that were far more satisfying
