These things are called crimes.

Now, these same laws
provide the penalties

that commit these crimes

must pay to society.

These laws go a step further.

They also provide that
all those accused of crimes

have equal rights
to defend themselves

against the accusers.

Spells out the specific method

by which these
accusations are made

and places the entire
burden of proof

on the accuser.

Now, do you understand that?

I understand one thing--

if someone's guilty,
he's guilty,

and that's all there is to it.

That's the way
my father ran things,

and that's how
I'm gonna run them.
