Hop on the back, I'll take you for a spin.

I really shouldn't.

She doesn't like you hanging around me.

Look, kiddo if you don't hop on the back of this cycle

in ten seconds, I'm gonna take off without you.

This person does not know

that a parent's authority

expresses their love.

(Billy) 'They're blasting ahead.'

Well, in that case let's get out of here.

They're heading right for the blasting area.

So, Billy and Mentor were nice enough to drop me off.

when you go out riding with Tom.

Billy, no wonder Tom took off so fast.

The boys just stole some beer from the market.

before there's more trouble.

I just wish you wouldn't drive so fast.

(Tom) Open that up, Paul, pass it around.

- It's on the way. - Don't open that.

(Debbie) Tom, please, stop the car. Let me out.

(Tom) Debbie, just relax.

[tire bursts]

[tires screeching]

I'll take a look.

'Yeah, it's flat, alright.'

See if we can move it off the road.

[instrumental music]

Holy moly, that truck is headed right toward them.

[intense music]

Off the road, there's a truck coming.

[music continues]

[honking]

[music continues]

We meet again. Debbie, are you alright?

Yeah, I think so. I'm just glad that you showed up.

- I'll second that. - And count me in too.

Well, the important thing is that no one

was seriously hurt this time.

[bird chirping]

It's a lucky thing you didn't open this.

But you've got a lot of explaining to do.

[siren blaring]

[instrumental music]

[engine revving]

What going to happen to them?

That'll be up to the judge.

What they did was wrong.

I'm glad you weren't a part of it.

[instrumental music]

(Mentor) 'They're more than enough, Debbie.'

If you've learned that when your mother or father

tell you what to do they're not showing you their authority

they're just showing that they love you.

Then that's more thanks than Captain Marvel would ever want.

Even Captain Marvel couldn't have said it better.

When a parent sets rules and regulations

it really is a form of expression of their love

and concern and sometimes the hardest thing

for them to say is no to something we want.

But you can be sure if our parents say no

they feel there's a good reason for it.
