Hello and welcome to another episode of my Facts and Glitches series.
Today with a special collaboration episode with Whatever57010, whose
which I highly recommend checking out, was the source for almost everything you
will see in this video.
There is a very strange security guard on the setup for the Jewel Store heist
where you steal the Bugstar van.
This security guard will use a baton if you're using a melee weapon, and will
shoot you if you have a gun out.
But something interesting happens if you make him switch from a baton to his
pistol and then kill him.
He drops dozens of batons for some reason.
The explosive sound of sticky bombs is apparently a lot louder than you might
think. This can be shown by placing some and then flying to the other side of
the map before exploding them.
When inside interiors, you may occasionally hear an unexplained
outside.
The source of these explosions is when pilots of the large planes despawn when
they fly too close to the interior you are in.
Getting a haircut during a hangout will result in some unique dialogue, despite
not specifically being a hangout activity.
I bet you got your hair cut in a salon, dick.
You going on a date, bro?
You got a haircut?
Why? Are you going on a date?
Nice to see you making an effort with your grooming.
Hey, you think I could do something like that with my hair?
Mmm, I don't want to sound fruity, but that's a nice cut.
So? That's what the kids are doing to their hair nowadays.
That's a real proper cut right there, dog. You definitely solved all your
problems with that one.
Hey, call your girlfriend next time you want to go to the salon.
I might want a cut, too.
That's a trill -ass haircut, bro. I'm serious.
Hey, you think I could get that cut?
I'd pull it off.
It's just that, you know, my hair.
Hey, what's the impact of that haircut on your life's problem, T?
That haircut, dog, it makes your eyes even crazier.
At the end of the Palito score, the characters jump onto a train in order to
escape. Obviously, this train is significantly longer than the normal
that are 7 -9 cars in length, but it might surprise you to learn that it is
actually 40 cars long.
The only other train that matches its length is the one on the Mission
that Trevor jumps onto.
Obviously, both were elongated just for the mission, and you can see at the end
of the Polito score that the train reverts back to its normal length.
One small part of the final mission, The Third Way, also known as Ending Sea
Death Wish, is taking out Stretch.
I got a message from your homies, Lamar and Franklin.
Hey, who this Jakey White do?
A consequence of instead picking ending A or B to kill Trevor or Michael is that
Stretch remains alive, which results in Lamar being too afraid to go outside
during the day, which is shown when you try to hang out with him.
One of the possible approaches to the Meriwether heist requires you to steal a
particular cargo bob.
It seems as though Rockstar was very keen for you to be able to fly this away
safely and so they gave it a missile repulsion field.
They did something similar on the mission Minoturbulence to protect the
dust so it could get into the back of the plane.
On the mission the Palito score sets up, the police are overheard to be making
roadblocks in an attempt to find who set off the false alarm at the bank.
We're going to set up checkpoints on the Great Ocean Highway and the Sonora
Freeway. Car -to -car searches and record checks.
Checkpoint! Searches! As the waypoint directs you away from them, most people
have likely never seen that the roadblocks are actually set up and are
impassable. But no, that's not why we need the money.
Then why do you need the money?
Alright.
On the mission Reuniting the Family, Jimmy will be so insistent to get into
vehicle that he will warp in if he runs after you for too long.
This is the same effect Dave has on Three's Company.
And Lamar has on Repossession.
On the mission Pac -Man, the crew is discovered by the police as they are
delivering the stolen cars, but Franklin plans to get into one in order to deal
with them. As Franklin will only drop off the truck when you switch to him,
can hold off until you're in front of a train for interesting results.
On the mission Derailed, the game will not register you as landing on the train
unless you are facing the right way.
On the mission Minor Turbulence, you are consistently warned by
Ron that if you fly too high, the military will detect your presence and
jets to shoot you down.
Funnily enough though, if you get out of your plane on the ground, the crop
duster will survive the missiles and still be flyable.
Additionally, the jets will not shoot at you again.
Unfortunately, however, you still can't progress as the large plane will no
longer open its back hatch.
Glass radically changes the direction that missiles take when fired through
This isn't exclusive to the mission The Bureau Raid, but it is a great place to
showcase its effects.
The mission Derailed does not remove characters from the area when the
starts. This means that you can place characters within the scene that
be there.
Trevor about?
He's probably out somewhere drinking human blood or eating household pets.
He's not that bad. Really?
Well, okay, he is pretty bad. Tell Trevor the monthly train is coming
What monthly train? The monthly train.
Where have you two been?
Getting some fresh air.
On the Bureau raid, you have the option to pick the cheap and less skilled
gunman Norm.
Ah, Norm.
Unfortunately,
he dies during the raid and cannot be revived.
Except, if you fail three times and skip over the scene where he dies, he
actually survives to the end of the mission.
This is clearly not intended because the game will get confused and call Norm
Packy for the rest of the mission, playing the dialogue that occurs when
everyone survives as a result of you picking the more skilled gunman.
Alright, we all gotta change before we get there. At some point soon, an APP
will go out looking for firemen. We cannot be playing dress -up when that
happens.
We need to get to the ride towards this fire truck as soon as possible.
We made it, didn't we?
Whole crew's intact.
Michael DeSanta?
Franklin Clinton, Gustavo Mota, and Patrick McReary. When people are talking
about the time guys went into the Bureau and wiped their files, man, those will
be the names, the rumors.
This one will go down in the ages.
On the mission Eye in the Sky, while we originally spy Franklin getting into his
car, we spend most of our time finding our target with Trevor, so we don't
normally get to see where he goes.
As it turns out, if you ignore the game's directions to find your target,
instead follow Franklin with the camera, he eventually gets stuck and repeatedly
bashes his car into a wall.
He will actually do this until his car breaks and he flees down the road.
If you then go and scope out your target, he warps back into his car, it
repairs, and he meets the target as normal.
On the Blitzplay setup where you go to steal a garbage truck, the game
recognizes that it would be hard to escape the police after stealing it, so
caps your 1 to level at 2 so it cannot go above that regardless of what you do.
This is easier shown in the military base that would normally give you 4
So that's it for this episode.
Be sure to check out whatever57010's channel for more facts and glitches,
especially if you have an interest in the other GTA games and GTA Online.
I wish you all the best.
