get here with the new younglings later.

Yeah. The Welcome Festival tonight

honors the friendship between Tenoo and the Jedi.

I can't wait for the new younglings to meet everyone and make new friends here.

[Dotti] All right, come along you three.

We need to finish up back at the workshop to be ready for tonight.

Oh. Hi there, Nash.

[Nash] Hey, everyone.

Wow. All these decorations remind me of the Welcome Festival we had

when you three first came to Tenoo.

So much has happened since then.

We've had so many adventures...

And we've made so many friends.

- the supplies I asked for. - Whoa!

Now we just need to put up the decorations in the Sap Tap,

prepare refreshments, organize party favors and... [groans]

There's so much to do.

There's a festival in town tonight.

If we ruin it we'll send a message

that the Jedi are no longer welcome around here.

They will leave and stop getting in your way.

Apexx, while those Jedi are annoying,

I have more important things to work on,

like this.

- [device beeping] - Behold my new wrist remote.

It lets me control these bug bots.

When they attach to droids I can take complete control of them.

I can make them come here to my ship, offer them upgrades

and then we'll have even more friends.

Rek's distracted by these toys, but he should be focusing on the Jedi.

I was created to beat them.

[sighs] So, if Rek won't deal with them I will.

[bug bot scurrying, squeaking]

[grunts] It's like he can't hear us.

It must be what's making him act so strange.

There's only one person who would do this to a droid. Rek.

- I bet he's around here somewhere. - Yeah.

Nash, while you take RJ to Dotti's workshop

we'll go find Rek and figure out what he's up to.

- [speaks Poobian] - Thanks.

Rek usually hides his ship in the forest.

- Let's start looking there. - [speaks Poobian]

[chuckles] The bug bot took over that RJ unit perfectly.

Apexx. What are you doing with my wrist remote?

The Jedi must be dealt with and I won't let you stop me.

I'm going to take over all the droids in town and ruin the festival.

But that's not what the bug bots were meant for.

[gasps] What's going on?

[chimes]

- [gasps] - Take Rek to the brig.

Stay quiet. Don't let them spot you.

[grunts]

Apexx is controlling you. You're not acting like yourselves.

[stammers] I gotta get those bug bots off of you.

Rek's been captured by Apexx?

[speaks Poobian]

If we rescue him maybe he can tell us what's going on.

Our friend RJ's been taken over by one of those things.

[sighs] I built those bug bots because I wanted more friends.

They take over droids so I can bring them here,

offer them upgrades and hopefully they'll wanna stay.

That's no way to make friends.

Apexx is using the bug bots to control my droids

and he plans to ruin the festival tonight.

He wants to send a message that the Jedi aren't welcome on Tenoo.

Then we have to get him to stop. We have to talk to him.

Actually, yeah, talk to him. That's a great idea.

Come on. We can use this passageway to get us there.

Excellent. We're nearly ready for the next phase of my plan.

You sure about that, Apexx?

[both grunt]

Rek, you joined forces with the Jedi? How could you?

We're just here to talk, Apexx.

Please, release your control over the droids.

Rek created me to defeat you Jedi and that's what I'm going to do.

But not just you, all the Jedi on Tenoo will have to leave.

- [Rek grunting] - Rek, no!

[both grunt]

[gasps]

Gotta get that bug off of you before someone sees me.

- [droid chimes] - What's that?

- Nice work. - [Rek grunts]

[all grunt]

With you out of my way, now I will bring these to the festival.

They'll take control of all the droids in town

and send the rest of the Jedi away for good.

Fire the engines. We're going into town.

To the festival.

Hang on, RJ. We'll power you up as soon as we get that thing off.

Hmm. These circuits are tricky but very well made.

- [droid] Dotti, - [Dotti gasps]

all droids must join us.

Welcome Festival must be destroyed.

Red eyes, just like RJ.

[gasps] Oh, no.

- [chuckles] - [Dotti chimes]

- [beeping]

We have to find a way out of here and stop Apexx.

I just wanted to bring more droids to my ships so they could be my friends.

Back home everyone thought I was strange

because I spent so much time with droids.

[sighs]

who's felt different because of what you like.

It's okay to be different.

You can even find friends who appreciate you because of the things you like.

[speaks Poobian]

But to make friends you have to be kind.

We've seen how you offer upgrades to droids and wanna help them.

After all I've done you're still kind to me?

- [footsteps approaching] - [gasps]

and we have to find a way off this ship to protect the Welcome Festival.

[droids beeping]

The rest of you, remove those bug bots from as many droids as you can.

We need all the friends we can get in this fight.

[all yelling]

I built you to defeat the Jedi

because I thought they were getting in the way of me making friends.

But they've shown me that I can't steal and control to make friends.

Even though it seems like that would be easier sometimes.

I don't need you to defeat them.

I just need you to be my friend.

[droids beeping]

People of Tenoo,

- Wanna come to the festival tonight? - Sure.

- [speaks Poobian] - Right.

We've got a little cleaning up to do first. [chuckles]

When I first arrived on Tenoo I lost my training saber.

And you gave me this.

A while ago, I found my old one,

so I think it's time for the next youngling to have this.

When you gave it to me

I thought being a great Jedi meant perfecting my skills with a lightsaber.

But I learned it's really about caring for other people, making friends.

I wanna help the next youngling learn that too.

Mmm.

I have always seen greatness in you, Kai Brightstar.

But today you have seen it in yourself.

Proud of you I am.

Best party ever. [sighs]

I'm really glad we came to Tenoo.

Yeah, we've had the best adventures.

Made the best friends.

I know one day we'll be Padawans and leave this planet,

but no matter where we go or where we train,

Tenoo will always be home.

- [speaks Poobian] - [all laugh]

So, when you're Padawans do you get one of those braids like Wes?

Oh, it's not just the braid.

We get real lightsabers and we train with the Master

and go out on adventures all throughout the galaxy.

But did you know, we don't just get our lightsabers.

- We get to build them. - [Lys laughs]

[Lys] You just had to ask, huh?

[Kai] But only after we have...

[speaks Poobian]
