Looks like the truck
just crossed the toll in

the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel.

- The Metropolitan Grid
substation.

It uses insulating gas to
protect high-voltage equipment.

at the substation.

out from the substation.

She's entering the substation.

to check something out nearby.

He saw two men run into
a building with guns.

We haven't heard back
from the team yet, but--

It's a lighthouse,
a building that houses

all the fiber optic cable
for the city.

Every telecom emergency
service lane convenes

at the base of that building.

- This isn't a lone wolf event.

This is a wide-scale attack.

They're targeting
Lower Manhattan.

- Okay, we need backup
to 60 Hudson right now.

- It should be coming up.

contact with FDNY and NYPD.

911 emergency line
is also down.

- We're completely dark here.
Nothing is responding.

No traffic cams, no pole cams.

- Hey, cell towers
are not responding.

They could be down or
could just be overwhelmed.

- Jubal.
- Yeah.

- They did it.
- What?

- They took down the city's
entire fiber optic network.
