To give the prospective host
a chance to develop, mature.

They have to be old enough
to make a judgement

as to if they really want to be joined.

Once they are joined,
this host's personality

is suppressed by the symbiont?

lt's a total sharing, a blending

of both symbiont and host.

Neither is suppressed by the other.

So with each new host, there does come,
in fact, a new personality

a new different person.
