want to go back to someplace

we found so interesting.

And you may recall
Rocky Mountain Ranch.

Rocky Mountain Ranch
first came across our radar

when we were reading the
book Hunt for the Skinwalker.

ERIK BARD: Yes.

ANDY BUSTAMENTE:
Inside that book,

there's a ranch
referenced in Colorado,

but the ranch is
anonymized in the book.

We were able to actually
uncover the true location of it

and connect it back to
researcher, Katie Paige, who was

actually a child on that ranch.

And a big part of
her experience there

is what led her to become a
well respected UFO researcher.

Now, we went there and we
took Katie back to the ranch

the first time in 40 years?

- 40 years--
- Wow.

--at least.

There was just such an abundance
of data that came out of this.

We have a lot of jumping
off points to go back to.

MOCEAN MELVIN: During
the 2023 investigation,

while exploring an area on Rocky
Mountain Ranch that has been

a hotspot of activity,
Andy and the current owners

heard the strange humming
sound that Katie reported

hearing as a young girl.

WOMAN: What is that noise?

ANDY BUSTAMENTE: That doesn't
sound like a plane or a drone.

That's a pitched hum.

MOCEAN MELVIN: This led the
team to conduct rocket tests.

Something caused the first
rocket to go wildly off course

from its normal flight path.

What's it doing over here?

through an aerial anomaly.

we call the tree line

we want to explore.

And then the cistern, the area
where we first heard that hum.

I mean, our first
investigation here totally

blew me out of the water.

For all the data we collected,
we barely scratched the surface.

And the remote viewers
are just one example.

Andy and Paul want

to revisit data collected
during their first investigation

at Rocky Mountain Ranch.

They worked with a
former US Army Special

Operations officer, David
Morehouse, an expert

in remote viewing.

We assembled 70
remote viewers from

six different countries that
produced over 3,000 data points.

MOCEAN MELVIN: This
controversial surveillance

technique was first developed
in 1972 by the US defense

intelligence agency, and
used since the Cold War

to spy on enemies.

Andy and Paul
believe this data may

help to provide more insight
into the anomalies at the ranch.

I think this is

to dig deeper into those
targets and see what

we might be able to
understand about what's

going on at this place.

was one of the first trainees

in the government remote viewing
program called Project Stargate.

Over the past few decades, he
has trained over 23,000 students

in 16 different countries.

Just remind us, what
exactly is remote viewing?

How does it work?

The best sound bite
I ever heard for that--

or the best description that
was an elevator pitch for it--

was allegedly put together
by Admiral Stansfield

Turner when he was the
director of the Central

Intelligence Agency.

He said that this
is a learned ability

to enter an altered
state of consciousness,

to transcend space and time,
to view persons, places, events

and things remote
in space and time,

and to gather and
report intelligence

information on the same.

So remote viewing
is just another tool

all in the investigative toolbox
to try to get to the bottom

of some of these mysteries?

Absolutely.

MOCEAN MELVIN: For
this assignment,

the remote viewers were given a
target map faded to 3% opacity,

keeping the location and
topography of the ranch hidden.

The team of psychics then
drew pictures and wrote down

what they sensed happened on the
property over the past 50 years.

The final results were
collected by Dr. Morehouse

and grouped together as data
points on a map of the ranch.

All of these blue
orbs that you see

here, those are plotted points.

Now, they're not being
represented three dimensionally,

but all of these
points stack up.

Are you saying that these
dots are at different altitudes

above the ranch?
- Absolutely.

Because right away when
I'm looking at this--

I mean, this cluster
right here, this

is where we had our big
instrument rocket go down.

Where we literally
thought this thing

hit something in space.

And you're saying this is the
cluster that is distributed

through that altitude?

This is an enhanced
sketch of what they're

seeing at that sense point.

18 viewers sketched versions
of this in different ways.

Not every viewer is necessarily
a good artist or a good sketch,

so that's why viewers are taught
to probe and label the sketches.

So the descriptors of
this is that energy

is pouring out of one portal,
down through another portal.

And then it is spilling
heavily out in the ranch

and the surrounding area.

And it was described as
a wall of hardened energy,

a downward flow of force that
was spilling over the ranch

and the surrounding area.

us actually said it's

Katie Paige was terrorized by
strange phenomena at the ranch.

It was like this
heavy feeling of just

being uneasy, being watched.

MOCEAN MELVIN: One of her
most traumatizing memories

was when a strange,
disembodied electronic voice

threatened her family.

basically stated, you know,

we have allowed you to remain.

Your friends will be instructed
to remain silent concerning us.

That must have
been terrifying.

Well, the last
time we were here,

one of the strangest
things to happen

was that a rocket
actually crashed

over my left shoulder here.

It did, right there.

I have something that I need
to tell you about that area

where that rocket crashed.

So my sister and I was on a
typical spring Colorado day,

you know, with the sun
shining a lot like today.

NICOLE: Come on.

Come on, Osc.

We already have him getting a
little nervous coming up here.

What's going on?

He doesn't like
coming up this hill.

Oh, look at him.

He has his tail down.

That's really interesting.

does not want to come.

slipped out of his own leash.

I never understood it,
but it's just this area

that you're taking us to.

He doesn't want to go there.

Really?

Mm hm.

Isn't that something.

So what happened here, Katie?

KATIE PAIGE: It was
a wet, heavy snow,

a few inches on the ground.

And what was really strange
is there was this very large,

dry dirt, snowless
circle, as if something

was sitting here or something.

It was just so odd.

And then fast forward decades
later, when I finally acquired

the APRO report as
confirmation to the experiences

that I remember having.

MOCEAN MELVIN: Unknown
to Katie, back in 1978,

a group known as the Aerial
Phenomena Research Organization,

or APRO, also documented the
strange events at the ranch

around the same time she was
living there as a young girl.

And it actually says
that the investigators saw

the snowless circle, and
that it was approximately

75 feet in diameter.

Really bizarre.

Yeah, that's super strange.

And this is the area?

Yeah, it was right
in this area in here.

There's a cistern.

So that rocket
would have come down

just somewhere right over here.
- Yeah.

Right.

And it would have lost power
almost right above this area.

Wow.

DAVID MOREHOUSE: Next,
we're going to transition

over into below surface.

In the tree line.

that's where we

launched another
one of our rockets

and had it go wildly off course.

But I mean, look at this huge
cluster right by the cistern.

32 individual viewers sketched
versions of this cistern.

But the data-- the verbal
sensory data that supported this

was widening cracks
and low tunnels down

underneath it that spun off.

So--

These are corridors.

These things were all discussed
by viewers as militaristic.

PAUL BEBAN: Mm hm.

People in uniform.

tunnels, overhead lighting.

How deep?

Well, we asked them
to sense to 10,000 feet.

that Andy and I are going

to have to try to get some more
survey information about what's

underground under the ranch.

experiment on Rocky Mountain

Ranch, Andy and Paul have
brought in geophysical survey

experts Terra
Exploration Group to help

investigate the targets
the remote viewer

sensed underground.

This is an area that has
data that we've collected

from a remote viewer
experiment, which showed

multiple types of
strange anomalies

that might exist
underground and overhead.

And we've seen some really
strange effects here.

We had a rocket that
launched here and deployed

a normal chute, but then
that chute went wildly

off course, miles off course.

the Skinwalker Ranch team

used a magnetometer drone that
identified a magnetic anomaly

below ground next to the mesa.

ERIK BARD: It's
telling us there's

something going
on in the ground,

particularly there at
the homestead area.

I mean, it's clearly a
magnetic anomaly there.

MOCEAN MELVIN: Now,
the Terra group

will use the same technology
to see if they can identify

anything underground at the
treeline that could possibly

validate the cluster
of targets sensed here

by the remote viewers,
and help explain

what made the team's rocket
go completely off course.

is pre-programmed using

GPS coordinates for navigation.

stage of their investigation,

team to the landing site.

This is the location
where the team

had a rocket crash in their
first visit to the ranch.

It's also the area where
the remote viewers sensed

strange double
portals in the sky,

and where Katie
Paige, as a child,

saw the barren
circle on the ground.

I mean, this is
literally the crash site.

Hopefully, it won't be
crash site part two.

and expect the unexpected

in this place.

So where do we going next?

Our last hotspot is
up here at the cistern

right at the top of the hill.

ROBERT LEONARD: OK, let's go
over there, see what we got.

BROGAN LEONARD: Keep it moving.

MOCEAN MELVIN: The final
hotspot for the team to explore

is the cistern.

This is the location where Andy
and the current ranch owners

heard a strange hum during
their first investigation.

Did you hear a noise?

WOMAN: Just a humming noise.

[humming]
- Oh, that is a humming noise.

I hear that, too.

MOCEAN MELVIN: And where
the remote viewers sensed

large underground tunnels.

Our primary objective here
is to see what anomaly, if any,

exists underground.
ROBERT LEONARD: OK.

ANDY BUSTAMENTE: And we have
the cistern kind of blocking

our path in many ways.
- Yeah.

So trying to do the magnetometer
here would be a waste of time

because it's just going to say
that's an anomaly right there,

but we know it's there.

Right.

So resistivity will not
be affected by any anomaly

out there.

We've never had any
issues with resistivity.

MOCEAN MELVIN: In 2019,
the Skinwalker team

did a resistivity
survey that identified

a potential underground
cave in the east field.

So this is the raw data
plotted over a 2D grid.

So blues are going
to be more conductive

and reds are going
to be more resistive.

MAN 7: More resistive
might mean a hole.

PAUL BEBAN: Yep.

So that could be a cave.

MOCEAN MELVIN: Now Andy,
Paul, and the Terra group

will use the same
technology to see

if they can find evidence of a
tunnel system under the cistern.

This is one of the most
simple technologies that's been

around since the early 1900s.

It's just shock the
ground and read the ohms.

Shocking all.

Yeah.

MOCEAN MELVIN: Resistivity uses
metal stakes and wires to send

electric currents into the
ground that will bounce

off any solid objects or voids.

The team will test
down to 80 feet

to see if they can find
the tunnels that were

sensed by the remote viewers.

Robert, I feel a little
bit like we just built

the nuclear football here, man.

ROBERT LEONARD: Exactly.

OK, so now we got it all set up.

PAUL BEBAN
(VOICEOVER): We really

want to understand what's
going on with this anomaly

deep underground
under the cistern,

how that might tie in to all
of these strange experiences

here on the ranch.

Will we get something
completely unexpected?

You know, who knows?

the initial data look like?

I'll go plug it in
on that other program

and we'll take a look.

Expect the unexpected is
what I would have to say.

excited to see the results

that you came up with today

Because we have not had a
chance to look underground

on this ranch at all.

MOCEAN MELVIN: Andy, Paul,
and Terra Exploration Group

conducted magnetometer
and resistivity

surveys at three hotspots
on Rocky Mountain Ranch.

Now they're meeting
to review the results.

All right.

Well, let's just dig into it.

All right.

So this is what we did
on the cistern up there.

We ran the resistivity.

The reds are going to
be more conductive,

and the blues are going
to be less conductive.

So in my mind, haven't picked
up anything strange there.

But this shows our
equipment's working

good because you
can see right here

in the middle is the cistern.

And then underneath it, it
was just a higher resistance.

So it's probably
just really dry.

And what's our
maximum depth here?

This goes about 80 feet.

PAUL BEBAN: OK.

So, I mean, one thing
to keep in mind here,

Andy, is what we
learned from Morehouse

and the remote
viewing team is they

were identifying targets
that were thousands of feet

underground.

ANDY BUSTAMENTE: So,
yeah, it certainly

seems like whatever
underground anomalies

might exist at that cistern,
they exceed 80 feet.

Yeah, deeper than we can
detect with this equipment.

ROBERT LEONARD: All right.

So this is what we
did to the tree line.

And we flew our drone up there
and didn't have a whole lot

of luck flying the drone.

It was not-- it was not happy.

But we did get some
pretty good data.

When we use a
magnetometer, we're reading

the Earth's magnetic field.

The blues are going
to be less conductive.

And you can see on
the little scale chart

there, not much of a change.

So I, myself, would just kind
of pass this off as nothing.

But that doesn't mean something
weird isn't going on there,

it's just we can't
see it underground.

PAUL BEBAN: This was
the launch site where

on our last investigation
here, the rocket

just veered wildly off course.

But what you're saying, it
doesn't look like there's

anything on the ground--

Right.

--or underground that
would have caused that.

ROBERT LEONARD: It looks--

I mean, that's kind of as plain
as you're ever going to see it.

What we're seeing in the
tree line, what we're seeing

at the cistern, is not strange
in terms of the first 80

to 100 feet of topsoil.

Just happy we didn't
crash it this time.

All right, you ready to
go to the landing site?

Yeah, let's do it.

This one's a little
perplexing to me.

We were able to get
most of our grid.

But all that black area there
is no magnetometer data.

I can't explain it.

It's never happened before.

You've never seen this before?

Never seen it
like that before.

But the GPS was working.

The drone was flying
over this area.

It just wasn't-- the
magnetometer was not

collecting data from that area.

ROBERT LEONARD: Yeah.
Think about it.

It has to go back and forth.

So now it's collecting,
now it's not.

Now it's collecting,
now it's not.

So that's what I
don't understand.

So it's like an
on/off, on/off--

ROBERT LEONARD: Yeah.

So weird.

That's where we were
flipping the Frisbee where

we had that snowless circle.

PAUL BEBAN: This is
also the place where

during our first
investigation on this ranch,

our rocket failed
to deploy its chute

and crash landed right
inside that black area.

And we've hypothesize that the
reason it crashed is because it

passed through
some kind of aerial

anomaly at some 1,400 to 1,600
feet above this location.

Dr. Morehouse also showed us
a very distinct drawing compiled

from multiple remote viewers
that showed two different types

of anomalies at two
different altitudes

with two different energies
that coincided with each other.

PAUL BEBAN: Right.

Is there some kind of
disturbance at different levels?

Whatever electronic
interference is going on,

there's some kind of
pattern you guys are onto.

Something weird's
going on out here.

We're getting
all this weird data

that keeps asking us to look
up, look up at the sky here.

ANDY BUSTAMENTE: Specifically
in that landing site area.

There really is
something about this area

that points to all the same
telltale signs of a portal.

You know, we came here looking
to see if there was something

worth exploring underground.

And all of our data is pointing
us back towards the sky.

Even with the Terra team, even
with Terra Exploration where

we're looking to figure
out what's going on

with these underground
anomalies that Morehouse

and the remote viewers
pointed us toward,

we're still looking
up in the sky.

We saw the drone fighting
right as we tried to get it

to fly over the landing site.

I don't know what
was going on there,

but we lost half of the
data from the magnetometer.

I feel like we need to find
a way to engage the phenomenon,

actually explore the boundaries
of the anomaly overhead.

In that case, I
mean, I think there's

only really one way to go.

We've got to bring
in like precision.

Yeah, rockets seem
like the best solution

here because we get to decide
when they go, where they go,

and how high they go.

One of the things
I want to do is

I want to put some careful
attention into the payloads

that we put into the rockets.

Really, every rocket
we launch should

have a payload with multiple
data sensors inside it.

That way, we have
multiple chances

to collect whatever data is
actually happening in the sky.

This area specifically
that we're set up on

is one of the strangest from
our first experiment here.

No, the last year was--

a very odd launch.

Good flight up, no
ejection charge, right?

Rocket never separated,
no parachute.

That was not common.

some sort of anomaly

that brought our
previous rocket down

almost exactly on this spot.

What is going on?

And it was a very distinct, very
significant spike in EMF energy

at altitude at the peak
of the rocket's launch.

And since then, we've
confirmed that there's

multiple sources
of data that show

that there's some kind
of anomalous activity

somewhere around here.

So we've actually opted to
have two launch sites and two

different rockets
that we're trying

to launch into the same area.

launch two rockets from two

different locations, both
aimed at the airspace

above the landing site where
the data the team has collected

suggests there
could be a portal.

See if we can't really poke
that hornet's nest a little bit

and see what's going on.

Warlock is a four

and a half foot
rocket that can reach

a height of almost 2,000 feet.

Since an electromagnetic spike
was recorded at 1,800 feet right

before the rocket crashed
in their first investigation

at Rocky Mountain ranch, Andy
and Paul will equip this rocket

with a payload consisting of a
trifield meter that will capture

the electromagnetic energy
readings throughout the launch,

and a camera that
will record the data.

This rocket will be
launched directly

underneath the aerial
target at the landing site.

The team will watch for any
alterations in the rocket's

normal flight path
that might indicate

the presence of a portal or
unknown force in the sky.

I have to admit, this
particular launch has me on pins

and needles a little bit.

It was so unnatural seeing the
rocket tumble to the ground

last time right here.

to retrieve the rocket to see
if any of the data inside it

survived the crash.

This guy is just destroyed.

This is a punch to the gut.

Almost everything got destroyed
when this rocket hit the ground.

But the one silver
lining here, though,

is that we're getting
repeat results.

This is almost the
exact same outcome

that we had when we launched a
large rocket from the cistern

during our first experiment.

I don't know if our little egg
survived that crash test, man.

we can use to try

to further this investigation.

So the good news is that
these are still in one piece--

the two cameras.

MIKE TURICIK: We'll be
able to pull the cards.

Where is the
charge that should

have launched the parachute?

ALLEN ISDELL: Never went off.

It never went off?

Never deployed.

ANDY BUSTAMENTE: Huh.

That's odd.

That's very odd.

It burned through, and there's a
charred residue from the powder.

But it never kicked out the
cap to deploy the rocket.

Which would have been
the cap getting pushed out.

I mean, to see it
burned and still have

that little plug cap
in, it's the first time

we've ever seen this happen.

Wow.

You know, there's definitely
some phenomenon going on.

Well, the phenomenon
is not with the rocket.

The phenomenon is what the
rocket is entering into.

- Right.
- It's got to be.

PAUL BEBAN: Exactly.

I mean, here we have two
instances separated by time,

and we have very
similar results.

This is weird.

There's something
going on up there.

Let's see if the next
one will do better.

the final launch,

next rocket about

350 feet south at the cistern.

Having already targeted the
aerial anomaly from the landing

site itself, the plan is
to launch the second rocket

directed at the same

but this time from
a different angle

to see what additional
data it might collect.

anomaly might be here,

largest payload of data

that we've ever had in any of
our previous investigations.

Not only is today going
to inform Paul and I's

ongoing investigations here
in Rocky Mountain Ranch,

but it's also going to inform
the investigations that are

happening at Skinwalker Ranch.

Yeah, the payload
should be fine.

Everything looks good.

What's the matter?

It's saying we hit 1,300 feet.

But the other one
was 1,400, right?

Yeah.

It looked a lot--

And that appeared
to go a lot higher.

It sure seemed like it.

So that's-- obviously,
that's completely off.

The altitude
definitely seems wrong.

The range-- distance from
launch pad to where it landed--

I mean, this is saying it's
less than 1,000 feet away.

That's definitely
more than 1,000 feet.

PAUL BEBAN: That looks
like more than 1,000 feet.

And that's more
like half mile.

So, I mean, what is this
telling you right now?

I mean, the GPS is not
functioning properly.

There's definitely
something going on with that.

Yeah, we'll have to
download the data and see.

So we got a clean launch

and landing here.

But already, we're seeing that
there's some kind of problems.

Even when it seems like
everything has gone perfectly,

the ranch seems to be
interfering with our instruments

once again.

I mean, we just can't figure
out what's going on here.

You know, because
line of sight is good.

PAUL BEBAN: Yep.

But with this, we're
communicating via satellite,

so it's signals
going up and down.

Right.

So that means something
going up and down

is throwing that off.

I mean, it speaks to--
again-- possibly some kind

of electromagnetic
anomaly that's possibly

affecting the instruments.

things are a little weird.

affected in some way.

and our instruments.

So we got good flight,
good recovery, weird data.

GPS data is going
all over the place.

So what looked
like a pretty awesome

launch still had some anomalous
readings in the GPS arena?

Yeah.

Let's pack up and take
it back to the shop.

us about your adventures

at Rocky Mountain Ranch.

PAUL BEBAN: It's always an
adventure, that is for sure.

We got some results here that I
think both confirm a lot of what

we set out to understand,
but opened up,

again, just more questions.

ANDY BUSTAMENTE: We started
by splitting up right

out of the gate so
that we could try

to maximize our time on target.
PAUL BEBAN: Yes.

And I took Katie Paige,
the original experiencer,

back to the ranch.

She shared with me the
location of a place

where she and her sister,
as a child, used to play.

An area that she described
as strange because it

was perpetually barren.

How large of an area
are we talking about here?

ANDY BUSTAMENTE:
About 70 feet across--

Oh, wow.

ANDY BUSTAMENTE: --and
an almost perfect circle.

Yeah, so it's a
pretty big space.

And it actually also
corresponds with details written

in the APRO report as well.

And then this is where
our rocket crashed.

Last time we were there, the
rocket fell in the same location

as that circle.

So we have this corresponding
location that she

calls the landing site.

That's really interesting.

ANDY BUSTAMENTE: So
during our investigation,

we had the Terra
Exploration Team join us.

And they ran a
aerial magnetometer

over the landing site.

The black area is an area where
the drone and the magnetometer

failed to pick up any data.

Isn't the circle right
where the black dot data is?

ANDY BUSTAMENTE: Yes, sir.

TRAVIS TAYLOR: So they
couldn't get magnetometer

data of the circle?

ANDY BUSTAMENTE:
That's exactly right.

That's important to me.

That's very suggestive.

Yeah.

We also called in one of the
largest remote viewing exercises

to have ever been done,
led by Dr. Morehouse.

I remember that now, yes.

ANDY BUSTAMENTE: Yeah.

And some of the results that
the remote viewing team was

able to give us about what
they were sensing and viewing

at this location
is energy flowing

through a second set of energy.

The story is really coalescing
around this one location--

the landing site--

so we decided to double
down on exploring

our aerial anomalies more.

We called in Loc Precision
because of the results

that we just got from the
Terra Exploration Team.

I'm very comfortable
with that approach.

You're being led by your data.

actual rocket launch centered

in the landing site itself,
launched from the ground up

through the anomaly
near the landing site.

the malfunction

something through this anomaly.

And all of the SD
cards were corrupted.

We sent them to a data
recovery specialist,

and could not pull the data.

The cards were
completely corrupted.

What got us excited
about this experiment

was that we had a
repeatable experiment.

We put a rocket through
the same aerial anomaly

at a different point in time.

But in both cases, there
was systematic failure

of the rocket.

And in this case, with
the payload on board,

we also had some
sort of electrical

or digital corruption.

I got to tell you, Andy,
that point is not wasted on us.

So we came prepared

for this, which
is why we launched

a second rocket right
from the cistern

aiming at the same anomaly.

That gets my attention.

And, you know, the spectrum
analyzer is interesting.

It went-- it had a 1.7,
and it jumped to 1.4

when the trifield meter jumps.

ANDY BUSTAMENTE: Yes.

Now, that is interesting.

I don't know what the
assignable cause for that

would be.

And we didn't have
an explanation for it.

But where both of
our minds took us was

actually right back to this--

this drawing from the
remote viewing team.

Are we descending through
some kind of dynamic anomaly?

ERIK BARD: Yes.

Now, let's assume that this
is right in the peak location

that you were launching the
rocket toward this weird thing

here.

Before it gets to
that point, you're

seeing a 1.7 gigahertz signal
on the spectrum analyzer.

And then instantly, at some
point, we see a burst in the EMP

on the trifield meter.

You see it shift down
to 1.423 gigahertz.

That would mean that you
had a frequency change.

And since frequency is telling
you what changing energy is

happening, then that
tells us that you

went through some sort
of anomalous region

that would be
reminiscent of a portal.

ANDY BUSTAMENTE: I mean, to
hear you talk about some sort

of portal behavior that is
stacked above the landing site

that Katie remembers as a child,
that is in line with the area

that the ranch animals
don't want to go to,

that is also in
line with where we

lost magnetometer data from
the Terra Exploration Team.

I mean, this seems like
too many things happening

in one 70 foot diameter circle.

PAUL BEBAN: Right.

Like a pillar through sky.

I was just thinking, I was
just picturing this as a column.

TRAVIS TAYLOR: But you know
what it reminds me of, Eric?

The circle--
ERIK BARD: The circle.

--from the LiDAR data
that we got this year.

We measured a donut
about 50 feet in the air.

ANDY BUSTAMENTE: There
is a ring of data.

it looks like a donut.

in the actual crap?

That looks just like the
LiDAR data we took the summer,

and it's freaking me out.

It is absolutely
freaking me out.

What we have found
here with this return

to Rocky Mountain Ranch is that
this landing site could really

hold the key to whatever else is
happening on the entire ranch.

We're not done.

After two visits,
we're still not

done at Rocky Mountain Ranch.
